Cheryl: Entelechy- you are inspired to do something, you take action and you get a result. If you are taking action in joy and following up on your instincts and impulses, the things that come back at you are joyful, fun and interesting. Higgins has been trying to coach us in this for a long time but now we have a word to help define it.
Last week someone asked, “How do we use peace to do anything?” From the Unity Church publication, the Daily Word, Martin Luther King Jr said, “Peace is not merely a distant goal that we seek but a means by which we arrive at that goal. Peace is not an escape from troubling circumstances it is the path through it”.
(Cheryl attempted to bring in Higg(in)s but Higgins wanted entity to share this prior to initiating their conversation with us.)
This morning I got up and meditated which is something I do when I can’t sleep. It happens more frequently lately. I set two intentions: one for work and the other for how I wanted to present Higgins tonight, which is to be accurate and precise in bringing forth their meaning, clear in enunciation, and to form complete sentences that you can understand.
They started waving my right hand, and rotating my left in careful, robotic-like movements. Higgins asked me to relate this to you as to what they were doing. Do you remember the game Cat’s Cradle with string around fingers of both hands? You would start looping it back and forth and make a pattern between your hands. You changed the pattern over and over between strings you picked. Imagine the strings between the hands and they are carefully picking the strings moving one hand and flipping them around. They did this for 5-10 minutes. They were moving something and the movements were extraordinarily precise; some of the movements would start out one way and then become exquisitely careful in what they were plucking or they would move my hand just a fraction. Like reconstructive surgery (although Higgins would not say it was some kind of surgery).

H: The reason we wanted the entity to share that with you is because we would like to do a similar thing with the group now as we begin this session.
Let’s say you have a telephone line that is buried and someone cuts into it with a shovel, or a tree fell on a powerline it and it’s not working correctly, or we’re adding more cable making it faster, or upgrading it to make it run more smoothly. However you want to look at it, we are going to have you in a circle and we are going to meditate and we will start moving the lines so that you can carry energy better with fewer hiccups and interruptions.
Beginning with the entity and going to the right around the circle and back to the entity. We are sending an energy bundle into the center of the circle and it will radiate equally to each of you. Receive it if you please. 7-minute meditation.
H: Who had a question about peace? (No one remembers.) The question was about peace and how does holding peace create the positive world you want to live in. That is a segment. Let’s talk about the word “entelechy.” When we first came to the entity she said “please make it easy on me. Set me to reading the right material; set me to finding the right understanding so that I will have the verbiage to speak for you.” We did that (we do that) and she says, “Well, I don’t believe Higgins is really speaking through me because I just read this in a book.”
The reason we have impulsed her to read Jump Time is because it helps with this particular topic she worries about which is following your inspiration of living the life that you intended to live. It is a connection to your God Source. It is living in the flow. When you are so connected to that energy stream, you make every right move, every right choice, every right decision. It is fun. Life is fun in those moments.
Now let’s talk about peace. Peace is an energy, an emotion, a wavelength and it helps calm you enough that you can get into your flow. Sometimes, peace is an end in itself. But peace helps you calm muddy waters. When you as individuals are creating and you are muddied in your emotions, you have a muddied response from the Universe. You do not like that. One of the reasons to learn how to be peace is so that at all times you are a crystal -clear receiver and a crystal -clear transmitter. When you can be in peace and you have an external impulse – something happens to you- and you stay in peace you can wait until the correct inspiration comes to you then take action. And when you do that, your inspiration is clear and your action is clear. This takes us to entelechy or acting in communion with your eternal intelligence.
P: When I feel like I am in peace, I’m moving in the right direction. It doesn’t have to be peaceful; I can be moving real fast or a little crazy but if I feel I’m in alignment I feel I can handle any of that. It’s easier if things are quiet and I’m not being bombarded or disturbed by something. For me, it’s about alignment.
H: Again, peace is an emotion and there is the emotional scale and each of you is guided by those emotions, so of course you are going to feel many, many emotions. We are supporting the use of peace as a tool to help you be clear. As you move throughout your day you have many emotions, so yes, friend, as long as you can stay in that balanced/emotional place, you can have a sense of peace at the same time you can feel a sense of excitement. You can’t really feel peace and excitement at the same time, so it is a different emotion but it will “feel” like peace and excitement at the same time or being in control while you are in utter chaos.
P: Yes.
P: Why do I feel peace is really an absence of all the other emotions. It feels empty and a little boring, like no emotions at all. So what is wrong with me?
H: Friend, there is nothing wrong with you. Let’s make that clear. You are just right. You may feel things a little differently. This is one of the things about words. We are using the entity’s version of peace, of rain, of sadness; her definition of any word that is available. We can coach her; have her read books; we can give her energies that say “this means this” better, but each person has their own sense of what a word means.
H: Why don’t you feel anything when you are feeling peace? So many reasons why not. Peace in emptiness (how do we say this….)….the flow isn’t powerful enough. You could be experiencing peace but not carrying enough of the energy. Like if you have a glass of water and you put a drop in orange juice in it does the glass turn orange? It does not. The more orange juice you put into the water the more orange it gets. A drop of red food coloring does not turn the water red. You have to put lots of food color in for it to become red. So, it’s possible that you are simply not allowing enough flow to feel that. We can work with you on that. There could be some other learning experience that your guides are helping you with.
P: When I think of peace I think of calmness. Happy feeling. Feels really good.
H: Peace is calm and typically quiet. However, as friend B mentioned, you can feel peace in the midst of chaos. This brings us to the conversation of last week which is – there are myriad ways a person can experience peace. Here in this state where the entity lives it rains. The rain can be a mist, or pouring or intermittent. Peace also has many different flavors.
P: When I feel peace, then everything is right in my world. Everything is the way it should be.
H: Yes. One of the things that we have been attempting to convey to you is peace as a tool. If you’re noticing C, and S, life sometimes gives you bumps in the road. If you can find your peace during these bumps, then you can be clear enough in your energetic offering that the clearest, best solution can arrive. That is one way we encourage the use of peace. Also, we have many times encouraged peace as a preventative. For example, before you walk out the door if you are in peace you will repel that which is not peace. If you are intentionally creating but you are not clear about it, you just want something generally good, peace is a good place to be to repel drivers who are not paying attention or getting an elevator with someone who is sick and you do not want that in your life experience.
P: Is peace the same as being centered, or different? If so, how?
H: Centering helps you to achieve peace. Example: There is a person at work that is very difficult for the entity and even when she’s in her house, she brings in her mind this conflict that she’s having with this person; so this person never goes away. The entity is in her house with her husband and this extra person is there, too (in her mind). We said OK let that person go and think of what you are doing right now and notice the difference. When the entity does that she becomes centered again and that thing she recognized was pulling on her. Higgins, she’s pulling one me.
H: Yes, she’s pulling on you and it pulls you off center. So let go of that and stay centered. And, centered is where you find peace. But if you allow yourself to think of that over there and that over there or that which is on TV or the thing you haven’t done yet, then you are not in your center. If you are not in your center, you are not in your peace.
P: So centered is a place and peace is an emotion?
H: You are a body. When you look in the mirror you see your body. We know that not all of you have all your parts—legs, arms, etc. but this group happens to have all its parts. You have an assembly point and it is between your shoulder blades. Right in here from front to back (they point to a location that is between the shoulder blades in back and between the breasts in front). This is where your energy that creates you assembles and makes your body. We know this is not the cleanest explanation, but your assembly point is between here and here. (They indicate between the shoulder blades and breasts.) If you are letting your energy go over there (they point across the room), or to work, or to the traffic, or where your homeless brother is going to sleep, if you are thinking about those things, you are not assembling properly. You are coming apart. You wouldn’t necessarily know it but you feel funny. Nobody would see it in you but you don’t feel calm and peaceful. When you bring yourself to center now you can get all those good emotions stabilized in you.
(Addendum during typing this up…. Of course, once you learn to understand stable vs. unstable you will learn to feel it right away. Others will also notice the difference between a calm demeanor and a flustered demeanor.)
P: Is that spot equivalent to your solar plexus in front?
H: It is between your shoulder blades.
P: So it’s a little higher, like behind your heart?
H: Yes. If you were to learn how to assemble and disassemble you could literally take your body apart and put it back together. This group is not there yet but you are starting to gain that understanding about what it is to be assembled and be balanced.
Example: Have you heard the terms “coming apart at the seams”, coming unglued, she’s losing control of herself?” Your body is not yet coming apart but your energy is every which way. Coming together is bringing all your energy back to your assembly point and letting it run this way, and as it runs this way it creates that apple shaped orb you are becoming familiar with. (Higgins demonstrates that energy should flow essentially in a line down from head to heart to feet then into the Earth. Then establishes as an apple shaped orb.)
P: Does that have anything to do with embryonic development. I believe that the heart is one of the things to be created first.
H: The heart and the brain are your 2 major assemblages. Your brain helps you to create and maintain your physical reality. Chemicals are emitted from your heart and also your brain. Do you know how terrible you feel when you say “my heart is breaking?” Your heart literally hurts. Or when your heart is uplifted our feel such joy? You feel those things because chemicals are literally being released from your heart.
P: I believe that the heart is one of the first organs to be developed in humans and it seems like it is close to the assembly point. So, I wondered how they were related.
H: Can you picture why the heart would be developing so early?
P: In my mind that’s the core of our soul, our spirit. It’s different than the brain. The brain seems more analytical and the heart is the essence of our feelings.
H: Right. So you could literally see how that is part of your assemblage point, a literal assemblage point. Yes, your acute, keen thoughtfulness is exactly as you see it.
Peace. Entelechy. If you can find peace, if you can stay in peace you can begin to be guided by your broad eternal connection that is all that is and knows all about you and all about the possibilities and guides you. Why does this matter? Why is that important to you? It’s important because you want good health and happiness, and because you want to prosper and have good relationships, and because you want to participate in the world around in a way that pleases you but also so that you are of value in the world. As you learn to have that clear center then you can navigate, friend C, through your difficult work place. Friend S, through these up and downs that just happen through your health, your relationships, anything that comes up with you. Two aspects you can do this purely and clearly. And here’s the thing: QUICKLY. When you begin to receive clear impulses, follow up on them with action and your words. Your life starts going just the way you would like it. Many more good things happen and your life starts to take on the picture of what you would like it to be. Friend, C, you had some time off. We know that in certain ways you enjoyed it (though there was some stress). Why would you be given some time off?
P: I needed and wanted it badly. Most of my colleagues, same.
H: How did you feel day after day getting up and you didn’t have to go to work?
P: Free, happy and I was able to do more of the writing and channeling projects I have been putting off because I was too stressed. Suddenly I do those things. It took a few weeks but I finally felt I was myself again instead of the reaction of all the crap at work.
H: You didn’t cause the government shutdown but the shutdown was used to help you. That silver lining in every cloud is important because you got a taste of what you would like to be living. You have to go back to work now and you are going back to a difficult environment. You are having to put effort into to staying calm. So, now you are divided. You have to get yourself back together and that is hard. The beauty of having the time off is to help refresh your memory and help you have positive feelings for a while. When you have concentrated time feeling positive feelings you are positively creating out into the Universe. The wheels that you have been setting in motion for a long time prior to this had a really good greasing. Now, as you go forward, there will be many more days where you are doing this thing that once interested you (Higgins refers to her job), but you are being called in another direction. This time off has helped you prime the pump so to speak. You are helping yourself get where you want to be. You have done a lot of positive creating during this time off and now as you show up to work you discover that everything else is not you any more. As you continue to remember what it felt like to have the freedom to do as you choose, the Universe has to – it must, it is a requirement, there is no other option – the wheels have to start turning. And that is creation. We want you to understand that as you intentionally create, the Universe responds to your-whether you are intentionally creating or not -it responds to your energetic demands on it. It has to. It’s not optional. It’s the way the Universe works and it only works that way. So back to your metaphor of the food dispensing machine you have been hitting B4, B4, B4 for some number of weeks now and the universe has to give you that option. Now that you have to go back to work it’s going to start offering B6 or B10 but you are now practiced at hitting B4 and as you ruminate and contemplate on those things that you enjoy then the Universe will have to adjust to suit you. That is how creation works from your physical perspective.
P: You had asked Cheryl to read Jump Time and was it helping her to align with her true self. Is that correct?
H: A little bit. The things that we do with her, that we inspire her to, we do so that when we speak through her we have the right words to use or we have the right understanding in her. We help her by inspiring her to read a certain book, watch a certain tv program, speak to a certain person. This causes some discomfort because she says, “But Higgins, I don’t even know that you exist. The things you are saying are things I just read.” And we say, you asked us to do it this way. You asked for it to be easy. So we inspire you to read, or to come into contact with, that which will help you share our words. We inspired her to read Jump Time because it will help her help us explain to you what the next steps are that this group needs.
