Appreciation of Self

One of our goals as Higg(in)s is to support humanity as you make a transition. This transition is one of emotional growth. When you are born into this physical body, some of you do it smoothly and some not so smoothly. It is the same with this transition. Some of you are eager and willing and ready for whatever is coming. Some of you are afraid but are completely unaware of why you are afraid or even aware that you are afraid. But you act out vigorously and frequently and that in itself reveals your fear. We are here to help birth you into the new way.

Since the entity through whom we communicate with you is part of Higg(in)s we do not consider her a different aspect from us. Obviously, though, her role is unique among the members of Higg(in)s. She is, in some ways, a test pilot. We give her information and wait to see what she does with it and to discover what help she needs to succeed. A year ago, we said three things:

  1. Appreciate the fine workings of your body.
  2. Be peace.
  3. Clearly envision what you want from life and look for evidence of its arrival everywhere.

After providing her with this information she asked for even more. When the entity asked for more, we realized we were at a sort of impasse. She clearly did not understand the value of the that which we shared with her. We stopped transmitting for a while to allow her the chance to incorporate these practices into her life. This gave us a chance to reassess how to present the information we plan on sharing. Now that she is experiencing first-hand the power of appreciation, being peace, and envisioning one’s life, the whole of Higg(in)s is ready to begin sharing with the majority.

This is what we now know to be the foundation of the successful transition: individual self-love: appreciation of self. We ask you to ask yourself: What do I like about myself today? We realize that some of you find it hard to answer this question, as though it is somehow wrong to think well of yourself. We are not asking you to be a braggart. We are asking you to appreciate something about yourself. This never need be said aloud if you don’t wish to. It is a very powerful technique, though, whether or not you share. It is also the foundation upon which we will build the Knowledge Phase, so it is worth mastering. Get good at finding something to like about yourself.
