Bees Flying Around in Peace Mode

This is another re-post. It was originally received November 6, 2022. Higg(in)s presses me to review these posts. I have been practicing these things for a while now and it seems that they are about ready to take a next step? Anyway, this reposted message is abbreviated for, well, brevity.

K. R. asked about peace and what they mean about being peace in such a way that when one gets up to move from one place to another it is not one moving, but instead peace is moving.

They first reminded me of the original teachings of Higgins, the Wisdom Phase, when Higgins shared that emotions run the gamut from very slow feelings of abject depression, abject fear, overwhelming guilt, and inconsolable mourning, to joy, elation, love and peace.

They were very clear to say that emotions are not linear. Describing them as linear is easier for us to understand, but emotions are not linear. So while elation and peace are both very high emotions, you won’t find them in the same place.

They went on to describe a continuing education program I (was working through at the time). I have to certify in BLS and ACLS every so often. I started the BLS and was surprised to discover that it is all online now. The program is guided by Artificial Intelligence so when I make a mistake, it quizzes me more thoroughly on that topic, and areas where I show mastery, the program moves through swiftly.

If my recollection is correct, the program started out something over and hour, maybe an hour and 5 minutes to completion. As I worked through the program, each mistake I made added time to the run time, so at one point I’d been working on it for twenty minutes and still had an hour and twenty-one minutes left.

Higg(in)s went on to compare life to this Artificial Intelligence learning program. Each time we ‘make a mistake’ the ‘computer program’ that is life, repeats the sequence we need improvement in until we master it. If I understood correctly, if we use peace as our fallback position when we are in doubt as to the correct choice, we will tune into God, or Source or whatever that infinite intelligence is that is behind the universe. When we do that, we are guided, or maybe inspired is a good description, to right thought, right action. Even if we just simmer in peace, peace would be a ‘right answer’ in the Artificial Intelligence analogy.

My understanding about Higg(in)s’ comment about being peace is that they want us to learn to simmer in peace. When we are going about our daily lives, we should use peace as our baseline emotional point. That way, when we move from here to there it is peace moving around in a physical body.

Taking it a step farther, if we are in the emotional set point of peace then we are, by definition, not angry, frustrated, hostile, sad, or depressed. We are peace. And, well, peace is peaceful. Imagine stirring up a bee’s nest. The bees fly out in attack mode. Higg(in)s seems to want us to be bees flying around in peace mode.

A Reiteration of Recent Conversations (Reposted)

–Originally posted October 26, 2022, this is another post worthy of re-reading. These are things Higg(in)s wants us to master as we begin movement into the Knowledge Phase–

Higg(in)s is back in some way. Not in the clear and decisive way I expected, but back just the same. They gently press me to master three concepts, which I have expressed in the two previous posts. This is a recent iteration.

  1. Appreciate the wonderfulness of easily breathing in and out. Appreciate sight, hearing, taste, the sensation of touch. Appreciate the workings of the body we don’t normally think about: thought, the circulatory system, the digestive system. Be grateful for our body working smoothly.
  2. Remember to be peace in such a way that when you get up to move, it is not you moving. Instead, it is peace moving.
  3. Remember to ask for what you want from life. The more clearly you envision the desired thing being a part of your life, the more quickly it will manifest. This is because the magnetic attraction you emit is most powerful when you know clearly what you want and what you will feel like once you have achieved it.

If you will do these things: Success with step one ensures you will stay alive, referencing the body; the application of two means you will survive, referencing having necessary basics; and with the application of three you will thrive, even in difficult times.

Higg(in)s persists, saying, “And this means mastery of these things. You must practice until you develop strength and flexibility, just as you would to master any skill.”

Foundational Teachings for the Knowledge Phase

–Worthy of a re-read. Reposted from October 4, 2022–

Yesterday I sat with Higg(in)s for a while. They came in quite readily, it seemed. I use the word ‘seemed’ because I am sometimes not fully convinced that Higg(in)s is anything more than my imagination. The being who came to interact was from neither the Wisdom Phase, nor from the Knowledge Phase. ‘He’ ‘said’ we now know to appreciate breathing in and out, and to appreciate the fine, full workings of our bodies. We also know to be peace in such a way that when we move from one place to another, that we are not moving, instead, peace is moving.

‘He’ went on to share the next part of their teaching. I am unable to recall whether he referred to this as a third step, or the second step in the Knowledge Phase. Either way, he intended this as step three in a series of actions we can take to help ourselves to thrive during our planetary turmoil. Step three has three parts. First, ask the question. Second, listen for the answer. Third, take action. (Act upon the answer is what I think he said.)

During our interaction he made attempts to clarify what asking the question means. I came to understand that first a desire has to be noticed. After clarifying my desire, which is the asking part, I next relax my mind and await the response part. This is what he called ‘listening for the answer’. This part cannot be hurried. Relax and let the response seep in. One might assume that if one were in a life-or-death emergency that the response would come quickly and obviously but since he didn’t mention it, I suppose it shouldn’t be assumed.

Thirdly, act upon the answer. This seems obvious, but there have been many times I received inspiration that I did not act upon. Take action. The action part, he conveyed, is crucial to our success.

If I understood him correctly, by following these directions we have all the information needed to thrive during turmoil. He meant this literally. He encouraged us to practice these things to mastery, saying they are the foundational teachings for the Knowledge Phase. We must understand them fully, and master the application of them, in order to fully benefit from the Knowledge Phase.

The Final Message from the Wisdom Phase and the First Message from the Knowledge Phase

-This piece was originally posted September 28, 2022. It is worth reposting-

It was a warm evening and I sat outside. Some sort of connection was initiated and while it was not the tight and tingly feeling I have come to expect it was definitely something. It seemed as though neither the wisdom phase beings nor the knowledge phase beings were speaking. Instead it seemed to be an intermediary between the two groups who said:

Item 1) I cannot stress enough how important it is for your well-being during this difficult time on Earth that you shall recognize and appreciate how much you enjoy breathing in and out; that your body moves in wonderful ways; that you enjoy your vision, hearing, taste and other senses. You enjoy a keen mind. You appreciate your heart pumping blood, and all the parts of your body, known and unknown, working in harmony for a body and mind in tip top condition. And if you’re not in tip top condition that tip top really sounds like a good place to be.

And that would be the final message from the wisdom phase.

And this shall be the first message from the Knowledge Phase:

Item 2) Wherever you are, be peace in that place. If you are sitting you are a haven of peace in that location. If you are walking then each step is a place of peace. Peace is moving, it is not you moving, peace is moving.

These two steps will help keep you safe and comfortable during this transition.

What Is Peace?

Question: What is peace?

Higgins: Let’s start with what peace is not. Despite dictionary definitions, peace is not the absence of war. Peace is not the absence of conflict or disturbing emotions. Peace is a presence of its own. Peace is the presence of serenity and tranquility. The peace we specifically call you to is the peace of inner serenity and tranquility.

Remember to yourself the last time you were near someone who was extremely angry. The anger was palpable. Peace is also palpable. And due to the attractive quality of emotions, carrying peace inside oneself will draw serenity and tranquility like a magnet. The serenity and tranquility exuded will draw you towards that which is peaceful, and simultaneously discretely repel that which is non-peace.

This magnetic quality of emotions is why we encourage you to be peace walking. When you walk from point A to point B carrying peace in your soul you draw only that which is desirable into your experience. You are a safe port in any storm. You have only to look at the news to understand why this is desirable. Furthermore, mastering this step sets you up to receive Higg(in)s’ Phase II, the Knowledge Phase.

Why Did Higgins Change Their Name to Higg(in)s?

Question: Will you clarify the name change from Higgins to Higg(in)s?

Higgins: All things begin in the interplay between something and nothing. Thought literally causes a coagulation of particles. From the carpet under your feet to the day’s events, your thoughts create your life out of the air around you.

The entity once read with us a description of the Higgs boson. It was simple and we will utilize the basics of it to explain creation to you, thus explaining our name. The Higgs boson is a fundamental particle. These particle/non-particles zip around you all the time. Envision them zooming across a room full of people. Groups of people are scattered about. They are talking about this and that. When the Higgs bosons reach the other side of the room some have gained mass and some have not. Emotion is the difference. Conversations, and the thoughts they provoke, stimulate emotions that vary from feeble to powerful. The Higgs boson gathers mass from interacting with your thoughts and specifically with the thoughts you think with powerful emotion.

When the entity finally understood this, we were able to shift our name to Higg(in)s. Higg(in)s better expresses our intent in interacting with you but would have been unexplainable prior to now.

Note from Cheryl: I wish I could remember the article they refer to. I would give credit to the author and direct you to the site.

The Value of Appreciation

Questioner: Will you please talk about the value of appreciation?

Higgins: Appreciation is the most important aspect of human life. Even as we type these words, we scan our collective wisdom banks for anything more important and find none. While there are many things important to the human being, appreciation more than any other thing assists with the creation of positive and enjoyable life experience.

We offer you this simple practice process: Every day we would have you find one thing to truly appreciate about yourself, one or two people who are important to you, and your surroundings. This practice takes only a few minutes a day and will stimulate the Universe positively on your behalf.

Why Don’t I Make Progress?

Questioner: Regarding your post, The Difference Between Maintanance and Progress…I feel that I do a lot of maintenance. Why don’t I make progress?

Higgins: Progress is a natural next step from maintenance. What progress would you like to see? Progress should be a natural progression and regular occurrence for a person who has mastered maintenance. If you are not seeing progress it is likely that you are not clearly defining what you expect to see. What defines progress for you?

We also know that maintenance is crucial to progress. If you see maintenance as a burden rather than a success, the emotional offering will push progress away. Burden and progress are two differing emotions that are not compatible.

The Difference Between Maintenance and Progress

Questioner: I want to make progress. What is the difference between maintenance and progress? For example, if I didn’t mow the lawn, the grass would become out of control. If I mow the lawn on a regular basis I’m not moving forward, I’m staying in place.

Higgins: A delightful question with two aspects to the response. As you are aware, the two are not the same, yet progress comes more readily when a steady ritual of regular maintenance is in place. Imagine yourself on a beach, walking in dry sand. Your feet slip with each step. You decide to move closer to the water. Now you are walking on wet sand. Wet sand, closer to the water’s edge, packs more tightly making a firm surface. As you walk on the solid surface better propulsion is achieved and forward momentum is easier. Forward progress is made with less effort.

In a similar manner, maintenance provides a stable foundation from which to move forward. Maintenance tells the Universe you are successful. Every mow of the lawn, every dish washed and put away, every vacuum bag emptied…these all tell the Universe that here stands a successful person. Whereas, when the lawn is unkempt, the dishes left out, the floor dirty the Universe understands that here is a person who is either disinterested or overwhelmed. The disinterested person moves through life accepting what comes. The overwhelmed person, who actively wants more nice things in their life, will receive more, certainly, but in the way of a leaking water heater. The ‘more’ that comes, comes in the form of overwhelm rather than progress. This is why maintenance is vital to a successful person who makes progress.

Let’s think now in terms of energetic offerings. The emotion offered by the advancing person says, “I’ve got this. No problem.” And it shows in their ability to maintain what is before them. This kind of energy aligns with progress. The struggling person, those who do not maintain, do not align with progress. In short, maintenance is the key to aligning emotionally with progress. Progress is a natural next step from maintenance.

Comparing Yourself to Others

Question: What do you have to say about comparing yourself to other people?

Higg(in)s: You are here, in this physical representation of your broader, eternal self, to explore you and to express you. You are here to interact with others. You are here to create with others. You are here to explore your physical environment. You are here to interact with your physical environment. You are here for the spiritual growth and expansion that naturally occurs in this environment in which you are free to choose.

There is very little value in comparing yourself to others because you came here to be you and they came here to be them. Looking at others and judging them relative to your experiences and desires, or judging yourself against theirs has no benefit because the comparison has no validity.

It is like this. You are an orange. They are an apple. You judge them to be less than you because you are thick skinned, round and a glorious shade of orange and they are not. Or you judge them to be better than you because they have delicate skin, a denser texture, and an appealing, sensual shape.

The problem with this is that you did not come here to be an apple and they did not come here to be an orange. Yet you all keep expecting one another to be the same and you are not, to want the same things but you do not. You can’t because you are not the same and did not come forth to be the same. You came forth to discover you as whatever kind of orange you are, and then to be the best orange you could be in this physical environment.

You did not come here expressly to love, to be kind, to be helpful, to laugh, to have fun, to be interested, to be generous, and to master crafts and develop skills. You came here for the growth and expansion that you knew this environment would stimulate in you. You knew that no matter what happened here, you would grow, but you anticipated that because these things feel good you would pursue them vigorously. You knew that maintaining these sorts of positive emotions was the superior method for achieving your goals. You anticipated that you would express yourself in myriad ways and that you would do so kindly, generously, and steadfastly because you would be happiest if you did. Moreover, you knew that your happiness was the marker that you would use to judge whether you were successfully living the life of the orange you wanted to be.

Having said all that, as you are deciding how best to express the orange (or apple) that you are we anticipate that you will look around at others for inspiration. When you find another that inspires you to be your best self, we do understand that the comparison of yourself against that which you strive to be can be very helpful.
