Regarding your question surrounding ‘creatively’ paying taxes:  The question is not whether you should feel guilty about your tax paying scheme but rather whether you do feel guilty about your tax paying scheme.

Emotions guide you towards your own understanding of what is right or wrong for you rather than what is right or wrong by law.  If each of you did follow your emotions then you would always choose the action that feels better and that will always lead towards what is good and right for you and what is good and right for you is good and right for all of Earth and its inhabitants and indeed, all the universe.

Guilt is one of the very lowest vibrations so if creatively paying your taxes brings guilt then the only reason you would choose to do that is if paying your taxes less creatively brings unto you a feeling of incapacitating or disabling fear.
