I Just Want to Feel Better

Question:  Ok, Higgins.  Say I believe what you say about our health being a metaphor for our emotional state.  Who cares?  I just want to feel better.  How do I do that?

Higgins:  Two things exist in your physical realm—call them positive and negative, light and dark, fast and slow. What exists is a thing, anything, and its opposite. Once you have noticed that you don’t feel good in some way then automatically you can know that its opposite, feeling good, exists for you. All you have to do is allow the feeling good into your life experience.

Emotions are what allow or block a thing from manifesting in your life experience. If you are manifesting negativity whether it is health or any other thing your emotions are primarily negative and if you are manifesting positive things in your life experience then your emotions are primarily positive.

This last paragraph could also read: If you are manifesting negativity then your emotional state is allowing negativity to flow into your life. If you are manifesting positivity then your emotional state is allowing positivity to flow into your life.

If you want to feel better and to manifest positive change in your health you must decide to feel better. Then follow impulses towards a life that is better in all ways, not just as regards your health.

We already feel the resistance to this answer welling up in you.

Yes, we know this means drastic change may be in your future and that may be scary for you.  We also know that it is possible to change gently. The way you manifest anything depends on you.  You get to choose. So if you want to feel better and you want the necessary changes to be gentle and easy then make that part of your decision. Feel free to change your mind again and again as you move towards a life of good health and true freedom.
