Question:     I’d be fascinated to hear Higgins’ comments on my telepathic communications with young (name deleted).  (Higgins) mentioned that it may go through some changes.  My connection to him has certainly changed in the last month or two and is now more difficult to make.  I think I understand why this is, but I’d love some clarity on this if you get a chance to ask Higgins sometime.

Note to readers:     This question revolves around the questioner’s telepathic communications with a young fellow with a diagnoses in the autistic spectrum.

Higgins also asks for this quote from Abraham-Hicks:     The basis of life is absolute freedom. The objective of life is absolute joy. The result of life is absolute growth.

Higgins:     Humans, the Soul part of you, choose the Earth life experience for the thrill of the ride knowing that the ride, whatever happens, will result in growth (soul expansion). The particulars of the birth environment and the condition of the body at birth are chosen, not accidental. The conditions of the home environment are chosen to provide a suitable launching pad. The launch pad is chosen for its unique ability to act as a catalyst for growth in the desired area.

(Higgins asks for a description of the game Pin the Tail on the Donkey. I pulled this from Wikipedia on November 29, 2014. “A picture of a donkey with a missing tail is tacked to a wall within easy reach of children. One at a time, each child is blindfolded and handed a paper “tail” with a push pin or thumbtack poked through it. The blindfolded child is then spun around until he or she is disoriented. The child gropes around and tries to pin the tail on the donkey. The player who pins their tail closest to the target, the donkey’s rear, wins. The game, a group activity, is generally not competitive; “winning” is only of marginal importance.”)

The idea of life, in a general sort of way, is like the game, Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Each of you plans a life in which you can explore and expand some facet of being-ness. (This is the ‘tail’.) Each of you has clear emotions that will guide you towards success in the desired area. (The ‘donkey’.) The happy exploration of which will bring joy. (‘Winning.’)

Then each of you is shaken up a little in the early years, just enough to cause a slight disorientation, and you are released to try to ‘pin the tail on the donkey’.

You are each free to follow the call of your heart…or not. The better able you are to follow the call of the heart the happier you will be but there are no winners or losers. From the eternal Soul perspective the desired growth occurs whether or not you achieve happiness in the Earth realm. (You got to play and that is all that matters to the Soul.)

OK….now to answer your question…

Your young friend chose this life for his personal Soul growth. You, from a young age, have been remarkably aware of this condition, a clear signal that you chose this area to pursue for your personal growth. The two of you have come together for the purpose of co-creating and of course this was prearranged between you.

Life happens and these events provide opportunity for static in the line of communication between you and your eternal guidance. If, during these moments when ‘life happens’ you can remain mentally relaxed it is likely the lines will remain open and you will sail easily through any turbulence. Your young friend was born with static in his line of communication. Imagine the level of difficulty he has chosen for this life!

When you experience difficulty in connecting to him it is likely that some life event has occurred that his conscious self couldn’t process very well and has subsequently pried a greater gap into his communication system. This would present as greater difficulty in his daily life. When his conscious daily life is very difficult, that part of him that communicates with you is too busy dealing with him to communicate with you. A second sort blockage also occurs when his conscious self becomes, on some level, aware of you and perhaps jealous or afraid of the conversations his eternal self carries with you. He may, from time to time, insist on a sort of ‘allegiance’ from his eternal self. Because the human form is dominant here on Earth the eternal self would comply.

Our suggestion to you is to discuss with his eternal self whether the two of you have completed your agreement. If not, ask how you may proceed.

It is our understanding that this communication occurs/occurred to inspire you towards greater understanding in the area of autism and that you would then find ways to share your broader, deeper understanding. Your insights might then open doors of possibility for the incorporation of all people with mental health issues into mainstream life. Let’s rephrase that…eventually there will be no ‘mainstream’…the incorporation of all people into the ocean of life.

We are quite certain that you will experience many of these ups and downs with him. However, as it is part of his Soul’s Purpose his eternal self will figure out how to communicate with you. Keep trying. Make the sessions relatively short and at quiet times of day. Night is OK, too, but remember that the soul travels at night and you may from time to time catch him while he’s ‘out’.
