Offering from Higgins:
Love is at the foundation of your being. Love is something you are. Love is an emotion.
What most of you mean when you say “I love you” is “I am love and in this moment you have drawn from me this wonderful feeling of deep appreciation for who you are.”
Because the love that you are is experienced as an emotion it comes and goes. One cannot feel love every moment since emotions are offered continually throughout every day as guidance from Broader Self and one cannot experience two emotions at the same time.
Expect the feeling of love to come and go. Seek aspects of others to appreciate and allow yourself to be offered, by Broader Self, the emotion that is love often.
