Do What You Do for the Pleasure Received

Offering from Higgins:

Do what you do because it brings you pleasure– or at least some measure of relief or satisfaction. Examine your daily activities. If they do not bring you some kind of relief or satisfaction then why do them?

Even if you continue to do the very same things that you did before your examination you will be doing them with a different energy, one that recognizes the relief that the task brings, and that will increase your vibration and thus your enjoyment of life.
