Question: Why do bad things happen?
Higgins: Bad things don’t happen. It is only your perception of a thing that makes it good or bad. In truth, all things conspire towards your greatest good. All things are directional signs pointing the way to your happiness.
You physicals like to claim innocent. You prefer to believe that bad things happen to everyone in some sort of random lottery. Untrue. Bad things happen because at some point an alarm went off in your head or your heart or your stomach and you ignored it.
Begin listening when your ‘gut’ tells you something is amiss. Follow instinct and impulse for instinct and impulse will guide you away from what you do not want and towards a life full of positive experiences. And should a negative experience slip into your life greet it gratefully for it is a friend pointing a directional arrow to assist you in getting back on track.
