Helping others be right

There is more than one way to do anything. The next time you feel like saying, “That’s not how I would do it,” stop and reconsider. Unless they are in imminent danger it is often best to allow each person the dignity to do what they are doing their way. Allow their way to be right.

This doesn’t automatically make your way wrong. It simply allows both to be correct. It is one way to extend courtesy towards, and to show respect for, another.
