Helping Others Be Right
To construct and maintain a social paradigm in which harmony reigns we must learn to help one another develop emotionally into steady, self-confident, kind individuals. One way to do that is to help others be right. Very often it seems we are intent on being right ourselves at the expense of courtesy and decency towards another.
When someone states their opinion we need to be able to understand their viewpoint without needing to agree with it. That way, we gain understanding and clarity while allowing each person to be right.
