Question: Higgins, it seems as there is too much to do and I cannot keep up with it. I feel overwhelmed and frustrated. What can I do? I feel angry and as though I am drowning in my own life full of stuff.
Higgins: Friend, this is just another opportunity to play the role of victim. You are not a victim of anything. Ever. Since you are not a victim you may want to try looking at your situation from a different perspective.
For example, could you be more organized in your approach to completion of the chores?
Here’s what we suggest: Write a list of all the things you need to do. Divide the list into things that you must do today and things that can wait. Then do the things you must do and give the other things over to the universe to do.
Make a daily habit of writing this list. Do what must be done and give the rest over to the universe to do. Quite a few things will be solved this way and the act of writing the list gets a flow started so less time is wasted.
