Question: Hi Higgins. Do you have any advice on how to help self-esteem? Especially to attract a romantic partner?
Higgins: Yes. Let’s start with elevating self-esteem.
Each of you is a segment of a Broader Being. Your Broader Self holds in mind a vision of you in your perfection and always recognizes you as beautiful, courageous, capable and smart. Many times you physicals do not recognize yourselves this way. When you do not recognize your own beauty, courage, capability and intelligence you set up a discordant note between you and your Broader Being that doesn’t feel good.
Low self-esteem is one of many discordant notes that may harbor within you and they are all addressed the same way. Any time negative emotion arises within the first thing to do is instruct your energy to stay with you. A simple statement such as, “I want my energy to stay with me,” is enough to slow the energy hemorrhaging from you. Usually, this statement will stop the energy loss immediately but sometimes, when you feel very low, it may take making the statement twice or even three times before the energy loss ceases.
In any case, the energy loss will cease within seconds to minutes and improvement is immediate.
Sit for a moment allowing energy to flood your being. When you feel extremely low it may take up to 10 minutes to feel full but in most cases you will feel much better in 30-60 seconds. Within a few minutes you will fill up like a cup overflowing with water. Direct this energy to flow harmoniously through you. It will. It is helpful to develop a statement such as, “I choose that my energy shall flow harmoniously through me so that I may live joyfully, expressing the Truth of my Being from this physical perspective.”
Each time you feel in any way out of sorts (hurried, harried, impatient, frustrated, angry, insulted, fearful, embarrassed, low or depressed) use this technique to re-set your personal energy. Master this for there is no quicker or more solid way to re-align with eternal wisdom.
Developing self-esteem will take practice so spend some time with this and we will provide the next step when you’ve had time to absorb this.
