A Conversation With Higg(in)s, December 5, 2022

Sitting with Higg(in)s this morning they reviewed the entire series of steps again, and then added a fifth element.

  1. Appreciate the body working well: all the workings of the body but especially breathing in and out.
  2. Be peace. Find peace after each excursion to another emotion. Launch your responses from peace.
  3. Ask: Define your desires.
  4. Trust the Universe to provide your desires, and trust that you have been an emotional match to those desires. (You have been, if you launch your desires from peace.)
  5. Add gratitude. Be grateful for what you recieve. Whether it looks as you expected or not, every moment is a direct response from the Universal Source.
