Apparently, the outline Higg(in)s has been giving me lately is extremely important because they repeated it again today.
- Appreciate the body you are in. Give it gentle, regular exercise. Specifically, they suggested a gentle regimen of stretching, toning and cardio. For cardio conditioning, walking uphill is enough. Keep a happy mind: consciously think positively.
- Be peace walking. Return to peace from wherever you emotionally roam. Peace is emotional home.
- Review each emotional excursion from peace. What did you do well? What could you do better next time? This is the creation process. What do you want next?
- Trust that your request is granted. It is only a matter of time until it appears in your life.
- Gratitude. Give thanks as though you already have recieved your request.
- Notice the cyclical pattern. Be respectful of the pattern as you respect the tides. Work with it. Learn to love that time is not linear but cyclical. You will never no anything, whether you want to or not, that is outside this cycle. Memorize the cycle. Work the cycle as though you are riding a show horse: ride every step.
