Last week we did a meditation that we called “Respecto.” We said it is an extraordinarily powerful meditation. We stopped you multiple times to help balance things because of the strength and power of the meditation. It sounds like you are reaping some benefits from that. We would like to continue the conversation that is leading to the capacity to hold these kinds of energies. We will step out and let the entity remind of you a couple things.
Entity: They wanted me to remind you that one of the things we are working on is to not move until you are emotionally in alignment with doing what you are doing. It is like having no oil in the engine and you drive the car and the engine seizes.
Regarding respect, this is the kind of respect garnered for having done something huge and powerful for the betterment and well-being of all of you.
Higgins: As we proceed together in this evolving and advancing energetic pursuit, one of the things that is extraordinarily important is your attitude. We mean you need to carry with you a positive attitude. Why? The why is because your positive attitude acts as a buffer so that those negative beings do not come towards you. They are repelled by your positivity. As your teacher, offering our knowing and wisdom, we know that if you will maintain all your waking moments the most positive emotional level you can achieve you will buffer yourself from negativity. Also, you will draw to yourself good ideas; you will always be in the right place at the right time. Being in a positive mood is singly the easiest place to work from.
When we heard that story about the tractor’s motor seizing up because the engine had no oil, then the repercussion was they had to spend $30,000 to replace the engine, we said that’s exactly what we are talking about with you. If you do not take the time to oil your engine, you are going to have repercussions and then you will have time and effort that it takes to repair or buffer yourself again.
We really do want to spend some time asking you how you keep your attitude positive and how much of a percentage of your day do you feel uplifted. Not just neutral, just not in a bad mood, but how often do you feel in a good mood where there is a smile playing on your lips?
P: When I go to bed at night and get up in the morning, I just am so grateful for my life, my health, my continuing edification that are really important to me (aka spiritual life). I recently learned to ask for help. Miraculous things happen when I ask for help. I think gratitude is one of the most important vibrations one can have.
H: When you experience it, is it in your mind or to you feel it in our body?
P: At first it comes into my mind and then I get this body feeling. I haven’t used the angel cards in a long time and I wanted some advice and then they just appeared. I picked a card that said trust and the next said surrender. I watch for the signs and I follow the signs. I spend a lot of time feeling really good. I’m challenged by technology but I am so grateful.
H: When you feel grateful, it isn’t in the mind, it is in the energy that goes out from you with which you engage in the world. You are telling us that you have begun to have a constant conversation with the world around you. It is not that what you are experiencing is extraordinary, it is ordinary. What is extraordinary is that you think it’s extraordinary. This is ordinary and how it should be. You are living what humans are meant to experience, to have a constant conversation with the world around you and to read it like a book. Literally. People say, “I just don’t know what is going to happen.” Well, that’s b/c you don’t have your eyes open. Look at the people you interact with; look at the things and events that happen in your day; look at your possessions and you will know what is happening and what is going to happen. Think about your thoughts. The same when you are speaking. Those words and thoughts dictate your future – so you DO know.
We appreciate your success.
P: I love the little surprises. They are fun.
H: There is nothing but God. There isn’t anything else.
P: I am constantly thinking about positivity. I am trying not to use the word “working” but instead “focusing” on positivity. It’s paramount in what I am doing. I am not universally positive but I am not wallowing in a sea of despondency like I used to feel. I am doing very well and focusing on positivity. The time I feel most good is when I am out in the yard and weeding and the sun is behind me and I am basking in the sun. I don’t see so well so I have to feel the dirt and the weeds. I just feel good.
H: We know that you and the entity have had a long-standing conversation to tell each other about your day every evening. And you tell each other about your day through questions and that you answer all of them in the positive. That is one aspect of how you can focus on positivity.
The earth is your friend. You are made of the earth. The earth is vibrating at a level that is something you are equal to and so when you sit on the earth you harmonize with it. And you harmonize at a normal energy so whatever energy you had before when you touch the earth it helps you stabilize at a healthier energy. That is part of working outside – it will kind of draw you into an emotional vibration that is very comfortable for you.
P: I forgot the last meditation was so powerful and you reminded us that it was significantly higher than what we have previously experienced. So many small things happened this week. I woke up one morning with this sense of peaceful joy in my body, not in my head. I didn’t have to coach myself to think good things. I woke up thinking I hardly ever feel joy in my body. This is wonderful and I want to keep doing this. This is what I had as a child without thinking. That is a great blessing. On a given day I tend to wake up and pay attention to how my body feels. What I pay attention to is what doesn’t feel good. Then I start thinking positively and say, “Oh I need to not worry about being stiff. I need to go exercise. I need to feel more and think less.” I can check in with my body and not think it into something. I am so used to using the western approach of having to be in control and thinking. I think I need to think it first when I just need to relax and feel more. When I am thinking gratitude and thinking feeling good I am probably at 80%. When I’m actually in my body it drops down to 30%.
P: I think this is one of those times where I am not understanding the rules of this game. You are all wanting to know if I am working harder to have a good day. I don’t care if I am having a good day. What I really care about is if I’m doing the right thing. I don’t care if it is difficult or unpleasant, I just want to be sure I’m doing the right thing. My happiness quotient is very low, but growing up it was zero, so I feel I’m getting somewhere. I feel more concerned with staying in alignment. I have to report this past week I have stayed in alignment the whole time. I have had several weeks of being out of alignment and being very upset. There were things I had to discuss with my husband that I didn’t think would go well and I was really angry and distraught. I didn’t know about the right way to say what I needed to say so I just waited until I felt more in alignment and picked my time and we ended up having a really good heart to heart discussion and not an argument or a fight. I feel that was coming from a place of alignment, that being in alignment didn’t make my concerns go away but it helped change them enough that it is now a discussion and no anger, tears, and fighting and ended up very good. But that is because I waited through the difficult parts and until I was in alignment. And he was in alignment as well. Then we could have a discussion. It worked out.
H: We are very interested to hear you speak so candidly. The emotion of pleasure and happiness is unknown to some of you, so that you did not know that you wanted it since you’ve not had it. We tell you that we worked with the entity for 20 years and she is just now moving into that constant happy state. Like you, she went through the days that were just not that bad so it was good. That was enough because getting from there to happiness was a quantum leap she couldn’t make.
What you are saying is there is still a quantum leap you cannot make but where you are- you are doing every right thing to help yourself stay in alignment; to help yourself to get as stable as you can before you take action. So, you are doing all the right things! As you continue to do all the right things and stabilize and work with your husband and work with your friend with dementia you will gain more and more confidence and as you have successes and things quit being awful then things feel better and you will move towards better because you will like what better feels like. We don’t want you to feel disconnected. You are doing exactly what we are talking about.
One day we would like you to be so happy every second of every day that you will not tolerate anything but happy and that you will get yourself in alignment with happy before you move to do anything. We strongly hope this for all of you because it is a beautiful existence when you achieve that. Where you are now is also lovely so I do not want you to think we are critical or not honoring the persistence you have placed in working on an energetic level and moving towards at least decent. We understand moving toward at least decent. The entity was working in an environment that was intolerable. When it became tolerable, she said when did that happen? And then when many times it actually became good, again, she said when did that happen? Well, it’s been happening for years. When you’ve done your best to find the best in every situation, to have things be less awful and move toward at least decent, you are 100% doing the right thing.
P: I know those days of pure joy and pure happiness and I know I am having more of those where it’s a joy just to go to the grocery store and talk to the clerk and interact; listening to music; being outside. I really like not working. I loved my job as a nurse. Jobs can be hard. I loved feeling like I was making a difference but it could be stressful when something didn’t go right. I’d go home and have it in my mind spinning around. I am more peaceful and relaxed now. I do miss it and I can understand what you, C, are experiencing. You are making a difference and that is wonderful.
I really love waking up and dozing off. I’ll want to do that and then I’ll say, “Oh ok, it’s Wednesday, I could go to the gym and I have Higgins tonight,” and get up and have coffee and take it easy. I love listening to music in the morning and reading something spiritual. Some days I am in a funk and try to stop and ask myself what is really bothering me and just try to get out of it. I love going outside in the yard. It is so helpful. Some days are pure joy and other days are more like 50-50. Some days are 70-80% joy. It’s really good to think about this and try to make things better.
How do I get to that level-just pure joy and happiness?
P: I historically grew up as a glass half empty kind of person. That’s kind of how I was wired for a long time. It has taken a lot of spiritual work to get me to the point where I am maybe more than 50% the other way. It’s still a constant thing for me to make sure to watch the part of myself that tends to think there is something missing; or I need to be doing something better; this or that is wrong. I have tons to be thankful for and I am way better than I used to be about that. It is a constant thing to remind myself of the many blessings I have. A good day is a day that is not a bad day. I still have that sometimes. But then at times I get these moments of spilling over into joy. I am a work in progress.
H: We would challenge you to do this: Pick a day between now and next Wednesday that you will decide to spend the whole day in the most positive frame of mind you can muster. Which means you will have to have some books ready to read that contain positive messages; listen to music that uplifts your soul – anything it takes for your entire waking day to be uplifted, or to distract yourself from being down. Try this for one day of your waking hours.
Understand what the law of economics is on spending an entire day feeling positive, not allowing negative thoughts at all. It is a powerful exercise to decide that you will not allow yourself the luxury of doom and gloom and discover the effort it takes to feel good. As you practice feeling good it becomes more and more second nature and the effort requires lessens. It would be a very interesting experiment for you to discover: What does it take?
As any person begins to understand what feeling good feels like, knowing they can have it and then putting the effort into always maintaining it, you become very intolerant of the lower emotions and you learn how to get yourself into the positive emotions. It is a very exciting place to be so you might try that.
P: Thank you. That is a good idea.
P: Recently I met a woman I am interested in. I am in that phase of slight romantic love. This is more than a superficial connection. She understands the concept we talk about here. I am talking to her 3-4 hours a day. She’s in Vietnam. I wonder if I am going crazy and getting sucked into a situation that could be devastating—Love is blind situation. I am aware of that. We talk together and it is a very positive experience. The world is love and why not be in that high state of being in love? What are your thoughts?
H: When you meet someone with whom you feel an attraction, you are drawing the best of them and they are drawing the best of you. They are looking at you and seeing only the best aspects. That’s why it feels so good. When you stop pulling the best out, that’s when the relationship sours.
If you look at another person and see their flaws, according to the Law of Attraction all you can do is draw the flaws out of them and unless they are very persistent in holding their energy, they don’t understand why. You’re just pulling it out of them. If they know how to hold their energy and can and do, that’s a very different story. Very few people are able to do that. One of the things we have encouraged for a long time is those people that are closest around you, look at them every day and see those things you like about them and continue to focus on the thing that you like best. Whatever you do not like you ignore or at least have a conversation and get it out of the way. Do not focus upon it. Do not perseverate on it. Perseverate on the things that are good, thus taking the relationship and bringing it around to the focus of feeling good. And when you are in a relationship and you are thinking about that person and that person is drawing the best out of you and you are drawing the best out of them, you are uplifted. You are going around in an uplifted state all the time. It’s a beautiful state and it feels good.
So, our friend, C, if you loved your job you would be uplifted by that. If you loved the things around you, you would be uplifted by that. We understand how it is that you are not in love with your job. But do you understand the connection if you are drawing and seeing the best of anything you are focusing on that thing will offer better vibrations because you are drawing out the things you are wanting to see.
Higgins continues: Friend, C, we are going to take this conversation back to you. When you are in a very difficult job it is very difficult to do the things we are asking you to do, to love your job. We understand it won’t happen over night. What we are trying to share with you is as you improve your thought processes and say, “Maybe I don’t believe this can happen, but I actually would like to love my job. It doesn’t seem realistic right now, but I would like it.” If you admit that to yourself then it will help start a shifting of the gears to make some possibilities happen. We are excited for the day when you say to us, “Something fantastic happened at work today.” Because it will. It will.
We are going to continue on this course of having positive thinking and spending your days in positivity because it is so important to your well-being. As we noted with S, interacting and reading the room around you at all times is ordinary. That’s how it is designed to be. As you move into that constant conversation life is very fun. Very fun. It is interesting. You always know exactly where you are going and what is coming to you. And whether what is coming to you is very much to your liking. And when it is not, you can correct it very quickly.
It is a very exciting thing for us to be on this path with all of you, learning this and experiencing this through your eyes.
We are working on a meditation that will solve 2 issues:
1) Rain in New Mexico especially the ABQ area and 2) We want to continue on the very powerful energy that we brought forth last week. We have a different group from us that has been brainstorming on this meditation and they are ready to go. Think rain, but there will be a very powerful “Respecto” overlying it.
