Gently Assert Your Right to Existence

Offering from Higgins:

Gently and firmly assert your right to existence in this plane. Each step taken towards personal freedom creates a shift in the Universe that benefits all.

Stay centered within your Truth.  That is the place where freedom lies.

Part 3 of 3 on Impulses

Offering from Higgins:

We have purposely offered this in three parts to give you time to absorb this idea thoroughly.

Impulses and Emotions go hand in hand so next you need to understand emotions.

Emotions are two-fold. First is the baseline vibration/emotion carried by you and is identifiable because this emotion issues forth in a  ‘knee-jerk’ response sort-of-way.

Even if your baseline emotion is anger you will often find humor or beauty in life or feel positive about a piece of work you’ve accomplished and those feelings, whether good or bad are the second level of emotions.

Most of life’s creating is done from the baseline level so it is important to choose to achieve the highest baseline emotion that you can.  Moving up the emotional scale from low and slow to high and fast can take years.  If you decide to take this journey life will get better and better. But remember that while you are in the low, slow emotions even when you are moving up from low to less low you are still low and therefore those things you attract during this time may be uncomfortable.

Embrace the discomfort and keep going.  If you have enough time left on the planet and you do not quit or change your mind you will, in all cases, achieve a life that is pleasant and fulfilling and very much to your liking.

Change Your Point of Vibrational Attraction

Offering from Higgins:

We want to say more regarding impulses:

If you are not emotionally equal to the thing you want then impulses will be weak and you will find yourself somewhat ineffective in creating/manifesting your desire.

Anything you are strongly equal to will happen very quickly. (And yes, we do mean that all those bad things that happen to you so often happen because you are emotionally equal to them. And yes, we mean those weeks and years of a life that is OK but boring come so easily because OK but boring is your point of attraction.)

Change your point of vibrational attraction and change what enters your life experience.

Weak or Unclear Impulses

Question:

When impulses are small and short lived, how does one follow up on them? What I mean to say is, I get impulses but they don’t last very long so I tend not to do them.  I feel stuck.

Higgins:

A reminder: unless one is vibrationally/emotionally equivalent to the manifestation of their desires the manifestation of those desires cannot occur.  That means that even if you do have impulses that will lead you towards achievement of the heart’s desire you simply will not be able to follow up on them.

Following impulses is a little like weight lifting. When beginning a weight training regimen one lifts very little weight but over time increases repeatedly by small amounts.  Small amounts add up to large amounts in time.

Try following your smallest impulses to conclusion. The more small impulses are completed the more confidence and enthusiasm one develops.

If you are so stuck that you simply cannot get up from your couch to follow up on even the smallest impulse then you are simply so far away, vibrationally and therefore emotionally, from the way you will feel once the action is complete that you cannot achieve that emotion.

If this is the case then reflect upon your inner emotion. Is your clear intent to represent your true self upon the Earth? Have you asked your Spirit Guides to assist you in developing continual clear communication with them and with your Broader Self? Do you feel that these things are desirable? If so, simply keep trying until you see some positive change. If not, then we would have you re-examine what you do want from this lifetime and from that point of clarity begin again to follow impulses, one at a time, as discussed above.

Practice Being the You that You want to Be

Offering from Higgins:

Whatever it is you want to be, practice being it everyday. Even if just for a moment. This way the Universe and the people in your life begin to see you as you wish to be seen. As the universe and the people in your life begin to see you as you wish to be seen their thoughts of you add unto your own creating thus assisting you in creating the you that you want to be.

Boredom

Question:

Higgins, I’m not exactly bored yet not exactly content either.  I feel as though I’d like a little more excitement or perhaps to feel more alive.  Will you speak to this?

Higgins:

This ‘tween place is a very good place to be.  It is a determining place, a creating place. From this uncertain place you may choose to remain ‘not exactly bored yet not exactly content either’ or you may choose to create a life of your greatest imaginings.

Should you choose to create of life of your greatest imaginings then a little work on your part is in order.  The work you will need to do is clarifying work.  When you have a nudge to do something, what is that thing?  Let’s say you have stirrings that suggest you might like to go for a hike.  Where do you think you might like to hike? Pinpoint a place that is achievable on all levels–location, difficulty, amount of time involved and safety.

Next, begin to look around for opportunity.  Do you have friends who hike or a dog that might like to go with you? What day can you go?

As you to think these questions though you are doing that which is your work (from the universe’s perspective).  Opportunity will then open to make the hike a reality.  As these small adventures become your life rather than a highlight in a ho-hum existence you will begin to feel vibrant and alive.

That’s all there is to it.

Higgins’ Website

From Cheryl:

Higgins’ website is higginsandcompany.net.  It is a work in progress and I am excited about the information Higgins shares. Higgins’ Manual on Physical Existence is posted in its entirety.  There is a page for kids in development as well as a page in development for our elders. A special topics page is underway for conversation from Higgins on difficult subjects.  Where there seems to be need, that is where the special topics page is going.

You may also check out higginsandco.bandcamp.com for a recorded live session on the subject of 2012 and the shift of the ages.  Higgins included two very nice meditations in that session.  These meditations are designed to lift you into the highest vibration you can achieve and of course that could change from day-to-day.

Touch the Earth to Find Balance and Harmony

Offering from Higgins:

Physically touching the Earth brings one into a more centered, balanced state of being. The farther removed one’s body is from earth, trees, rocks, plants and the various things of the Earth the easier it is to maintain an unbalanced, uncentered state of being.

We encourage each of you to spend time outside.  Listen from the heart.  The Earth will guide you into balance and harmony.

Think About the Good Things

Question: There is construction going on around me.  I cannot concentrate on the tasks I’ve set out for myself.  This sort of thing happens often.  How do I get time and space to work those few minutes every day towards my goal, the way you say to do?

Higgins: The important thing here is not to push.  Do not push the construction aspect away.  Embrace it.  Do not push your frustration away either.  Embrace it.  Remember that the manner in which you deal with a given situation creates your future.  The best thing to do is acknowledge how you feel then intentionally change your focus to the good that will come from having the construction finished.

Thinking about all the good things that will come when the construction is finished may not be exactly the way you planned to spend your day but focusing on the most positive aspect of a negative situation will keep things flowing towards a good and harmonious outcome.

A good and harmonious outcome for your construction project will lay the foundation for a good and harmonious outcome for your tasks, whatever they may be, even if the tasks are somewhat delayed.

Death

Question: Will you talk about death?

Higgins:

Death: a good topic. Death is simply an end to the physical body for you are all eternal souls.

Understand that your physical bodies are designed to last hundreds of years.  Disease states and degeneration of body and mind that you physicals perceive as natural aging progression are in fact not natural at all.  Instead, diseases and infirmities of any kind are actually metaphorical representation of one’s long-term emotions and beliefs.

The body’s natural state is perfect health (both mental and physical) and perfect weight along with grace, strength and flexibility (albeit in varying amounts).

Death is designed as a natural endpoint.  Much as you get up to leave when a concert or athletic competition or movie comes to its conclusion, death is simply a point when your life experience has come to its conclusion. Death feels unnatural sometimes because it arrives out of sequence meaning your life has not come to a natural conclusion.

If you will seek to live life as a clear reflection of the true beauty of your eternal being AND if you will relax and let life flow, accepting both that which you consider good and that which you consider bad, all aspects of your life experience will improve.

Life lived reflecting the truth of the beauty of your eternal soul will be far more satisfying. The result of feeling satisfied and fulfilled is improved mood and an improved outlook on life in general that translates metaphorically to good health, longevity and a life that comes to a natural and satisfying ending.
