Further Conversation on Making Change in Your Life

Offering from Higgins:

We wish to further the previous conversation regarding making change in your life.  The same technique applies to anything you’d like to develop within your life experience. Whatever your goal simply do something each day towards that goal. You don’t need to spend much time upon it, just do it consistently.

This gentle approach works very well for long term goals such as the nurturing and development of relationships.  It also works very well for those who are not closely aligned with their goal because the steady small steps will bring one into vibrational alignment over time.

As one comes into alignment with one’s goals, one becomes clearer and may begin to focus more attention upon the desired outcome.  Of course, the more focus you give a thing the quicker it will manifest in your life so look towards the positive with good and clear intention.

To President Obama

Offering from Higgins:

We understand that you have come forth into this particular physical lifetime specifically intending to be the President of the United States of America and that you are divinely inspired. (While this is true for you it is no more and no less true for your predecessor.) You have inherited this difficult world situation that was put into play over thousands of years and there is no way for you to unravel the problems of the planet back to the source.

This is how we see your problem:  you have inherited world strife in which no decision is a good one. No amount of waring will fix what is wrong on Earth.  What we suggest to you is to make whatever decision seems best in the moment and move on.  Concurrently, rally the people of the United States and indeed all around the globe to assist you in attaining harmony in the world by meditating upon peace, prosperity, vibrant good health, fulfilling relationships, and days that are satisfying and rewarding.

Encourage each person, young and old, to spend 15 minutes each day in contemplative silence or in quiet meditation.  Let their intent be to tap into each their own divine inspiration thus moving all mankind toward lives of harmony, prosperity, vibrant good health and satisfaction.

The media already shifts the mass consciousness (what the masses think about a thing) on a daily basis. Why not simply shift the mass consciousness towards harmony, prosperity, vibrant good health and satisfaction?  It costs nothing and will lead to a gentler yet invigorating Earth experience for all.

What you will find as more begin to meditate on peaceful things is that your need for a military will decrease, the world economic climate will stabilize, the health of the planet itself along with the happiness and general welfare of the people will improve.

The United States is already a world leader in many ways.  Why not also lead in promoting true harmony, true peace?

Technique for Making Change in Your Life

Offering from Higgins:

An excellent technique for making change in your life is to pick a word that represents the change you want to see and then do some thing every day that represents that intention.

Let’s say that you’d like greater harmony in your life.  Do something, no matter how small it may be, every day to promote harmony in your life.  It may be very simple.  Size of the action doesn’t matter.  Intention does.

Pursuing your Heart’s Desire

Offering from Higgins:

Vibration held by you is reflected in your surroundings, relationships, financial condition and health.  If you do not like your life as it is then look inside yourself.  Decide who you are and practice being that.

Each of you is born with an inner knowing of what is right for you.  Call it instinct if you will, whatever you call it each of you has it.  Follow it.  Pursue your heart’s desire.  It may be scary at first, stepping into the unknown in pursuit of your dreams but we assure you it is the only way to experience the grandest vision you hold for yourself.

Overeating, Drug Addiction, Chronic Health Issues: Find What Lights You Up Inside

Offering from Higgins:

This series of questions today leads us to offer one more thing:  if there exists in your life some things you don’t like then fill the space those negative things currently occupy with something else.

For example, if you eat more than your body needs then you are eating to fill an emotional hole.  Find some activity that fills your emotional need and then you won’t be drawn to overeat.

To those of you who use drugs, same story.  You are using drugs to fill an emotional need. Instead, fill the emotional need with something constructive that you enjoy and desire. You will discover that you are less drawn to use your particular drug of choice.  There may be some bodily addiction/need that has developed however, once you have found some other activity that fills your need then withdrawal will be much smoother.

To those of you with chronic pain:  ask yourself what need you are filling?  What picture of yourself and your life are you carrying out?  We know this sounds absurd at first but we know that all pain is metaphorical of something in your life experience.  The body is extremely resilient and regardless of diagnosis or duration of illness the body can recover.  What you must do is seek out what it is you love to do and begin doing it.

Commit to finding out what it is that really lights you up inside.  While it may take some testing and time each of you does have something that lights you up.  Find it.  Let the joy of the pursuit of that thing fill you up.  When it does fill you then you simply will not have space for those other things and they will disappear.

Dealing with Things that Go Wrong

Question:  I want things to go right in my life but so much of the time it seems they don’t. How do I deal with all the things that seem to go wrong?

Higgins:  Good.  This is an important question.

In every moment each of you prepares your unique future.  It can be envisioned as building a road into your future, a road that you will sooner or later be walking along. All the things that you’ve pre-built are there along the road to be discovered and experienced.  Of course, until you become skilled builders of your future surely you will, without intention, build in some undesirable future events.

We are telling you that any uncomfortable or unlikable event occurring in your life today was built into your life, by you, some time in your past. Whatever that uncomfortable event is, simply deal with it in the best way you know how right now.  Do it swiftly, right now.  Then proceed living life in the most harmonious way you can.  Look for reasons to laugh. Occupy your days with activities that interest you.  Seek the best in all things.

Living this way prepares a road of life for you with fewer bumps and more magnificent scenery and enjoyable experiences.  An important caveat:  just because you may have or rather, surely did prepare some difficult experiences for your future does not mean that you must visit them on your life journey.  Negativity is only visited when you harbor negative emotions so look for the best in everything and march into your future with confidence.

Peace

Question:  Higgins, will you describe what peace is?

Higgins:  Yes, Friend, we will.

Peace is an emotion as well as a state of being.  The two exist simultaneously, not independently.   Peace is relaxed.  Peace is calm.  Peace is full.

When these three are experienced simultaneously both inside and out, then you are experiencing peace.

Remembering 9-11

Offering from Higgins:

We do not encourage the remembrance of tragedy.  Commemorating 9-11, remembering Pearl Harbor–celebrating tragedy creates room for tragedy.  We suggest instead that in the moment of occurrence you allow yourself to acknowledge the horror and fear and overwhelming emotion that develops inside.  We encourage you to mourn in the aftermath.  Then we suggest you put your attention to creating anew.

We suggest that peace is not simply the absence of war in the world or the absence of argument within your home. Decide what peace feels like and then be that.  If you must, as a country, celebrate a day of tragedy then organize a World Peace Day.

Choosing Words

Words issued from your mouth create your life experience.  Choose words that make you feel right inside.

Regarding Suicide

Higgins:

Let’s talk about what you intended and understood when you came forth as a physical being.  You understood that you are an eternal being and that coming into this physical realm meant that for a period of time your Broader Self would guide you via emotions while you focused your attention in this physical plane. You knew there was no way to get lost.  Even if you became disoriented while in your physically focused body you knew that the body is designed to die and eventually you would reconnect with your Broader Self.

Remember that each of you is actually vibration that is being interpreted and at the same time, is interpreting vibration.  While you are busy interpreting an event as (for example), “that blue, four door sedan just ran through that red light while I am standing at this street corner in the rain tying my white tennis shoes for the third time this morning since they keep coming untied,” Broader Self is busy interpreting the same event and saying yes, your thoughts, words and actions about this are in agreement with your values and intended expression of self or no they not in agreement with your values and intended expression of self.  Broader Self does this via emotions. Negative emotions say no and positive emotions say yes.

There are a range of emotions you can experience and maintain physical expression.  Too low, too slow and you die away from your physical body.  Too high, too fast and you also move away from your physical body.  Jesus did this. Jesus vibrated so high he went away with his body.  The body simply disappirates. When one leaves the physical realm this way, one can refocus on the Earth plane and bring the body together again.  That is what Jesus did.

Thoughts of suicide simply tell you something you need to know:  whatever your current focus is, whatever your current beliefs are, they are so out of alignment with your Truth, with your eternal values and beliefs about yourself that you simply can not stay in this physical body any longer.

If you find yourself in this position, experiencing suicidal thoughts, and would rather stay focused in physical and try to experience the magnificence you intended to experience simply decide to do so.  Ask your Spirit Guides for some better feeling thoughts. Intend to express the Truth of Who You Are.  Commit to your decision.  Then practice, practice, practice until you become aware that the life you are living is the life of your dreams.

The only reason you will ever fail at anything is because you either were not truly committed in the first place (meaning you didn’t really believe you could or would do It in the first place, whatever It is), you gave up before you had a chance to realize your goal, or you changed your mind about what you wanted.

Follow your own heart towards joy.  None other knows what is right for you.  No one.
