Being Peace

Question: Will you talk more about being peace and how to be peace?

Higg(in)s: Peace is an emotion. Like any other emotion, you may expect that from time to time it will encompass you the way that sadness does, the way that anger does, the way that satisfaction does. We would like you to consider that peace could be your baseline emotion. Baseline emotion is the emotion a person rests in and flows to as their ‘go to’ emotion in times of conflict.

There are those whose first emotion when a topic comes up is anger. Angry first, then perhaps reason follows. Those people are in a baseline emotion of anger. Imagine when conflict arises flowing first to peace.

As for how to be peace, practice finding a peaceful resolution to the irritations that arise in your life. If a resolution does not immediately present itself simply hold your mind still and intend peace. When peace comes to you, proceed with the expectation that the irritation will resolve peacefully on its own.

If you will practice this until you begin to see overt peaceful resolutions, we suspect you will want to be peace all the time.

Appreciation of Self

One of our goals as Higg(in)s is to support humanity as you make a transition. This transition is one of emotional growth. When you are born into this physical body, some of you do it smoothly and some not so smoothly. It is the same with this transition. Some of you are eager and willing and ready for whatever is coming. Some of you are afraid but are completely unaware of why you are afraid or even aware that you are afraid. But you act out vigorously and frequently and that in itself reveals your fear. We are here to help birth you into the new way.

Since the entity through whom we communicate with you is part of Higg(in)s we do not consider her a different aspect from us. Obviously, though, her role is unique among the members of Higg(in)s. She is, in some ways, a test pilot. We give her information and wait to see what she does with it and to discover what help she needs to succeed. A year ago, we said three things:

  1. Appreciate the fine workings of your body.
  2. Be peace.
  3. Clearly envision what you want from life and look for evidence of its arrival everywhere.

After providing her with this information she asked for even more. When the entity asked for more, we realized we were at a sort of impasse. She clearly did not understand the value of the that which we shared with her. We stopped transmitting for a while to allow her the chance to incorporate these practices into her life. This gave us a chance to reassess how to present the information we plan on sharing. Now that she is experiencing first-hand the power of appreciation, being peace, and envisioning one’s life, the whole of Higg(in)s is ready to begin sharing with the majority.

This is what we now know to be the foundation of the successful transition: individual self-love: appreciation of self. We ask you to ask yourself: What do I like about myself today? We realize that some of you find it hard to answer this question, as though it is somehow wrong to think well of yourself. We are not asking you to be a braggart. We are asking you to appreciate something about yourself. This never need be said aloud if you don’t wish to. It is a very powerful technique, though, whether or not you share. It is also the foundation upon which we will build the Knowledge Phase, so it is worth mastering. Get good at finding something to like about yourself.

How Do People Get Diseases Out of the Blue?

Question: Someone I knew got brain cancer and died. It came out of the blue. How does that happen?

Higg(in)s: Nothing comes out of the blue. It does seem that way sometimes. In fact, there were messages, signs, well in advance of the tumor developing. Your friend simply did not know how to read and respond to the signage.

Every aspect of a person’s life is drawn unto them the way a magnet is attracted to steal. If one knows how to read the events of each day one knows whether they are drawing good health or poor health. We encourage you to spend a bit of time each day intentionally planning on good health, a pleasant financial situation, uplifting interactions with others, and so on. It takes relatively little effort to achieve significant effect, and many undesirable events will be deflected before they arrive.

Let’s also take a moment to talk about death. When you are done here it is quite easy to slip out of your body without pain and without fuss. You can set your intent on that, too. Many unpleasant occurrences will be deflected by this alone.

Changing Economic Climate

Question: Our car insurance premiums went up by quite a bit. Not because we have received tickets for exceeding speed limits or because we have been in collisions. The premiums rose due to costs incurred by the insurance company secondary to the economy. They company sites increases in vehicle repair costs and hospital costs as two central reasons. This company originally charged fees annually, but now the fees will be charged every six months so they are better able to ‘respond’ to the changing economic climate.

The way our economy seems to be moving (like a runaway horse sometimes), it seems inevitable that we will collapse of our own economic weight. What do you have to say to us about this?

Higg(in)s: While economics may seem out of control, inflation is a symptom of an entirely different issue. In fact, the rising costs of health care, the crime rate, and the barrage of immigrants at the border are symptoms of other problems.

Rather than go into the long, long story of how you all got into this situation, let’s just give you a solution for solving these symptoms.

Every day we would have you find things to appreciate about the world you live in. For example, start with driving. Appreciate moving safely and smoothly from place to place. The more consistent you are about this, the safer you will be, and the more smoothly traffic will flow. The more of you doing this the better things will get. More of you moving about safely and smoothly means less drain on the auto insurance industry, as well as upon police, emergency response, and the many departments involved in transportation, road maintenance, etc..

Appreciate the parts of you that work well. Appreciate good health when you have it. By doing this consistently over time your health will improve. If all of you do this, you will have less and less need for the health care system to intervene.

Appreciate safety. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. Most of you have safety 86,400 times a day. Notice how often you are safe.

About immigrants. Few of you started here. Meaning, very few of you are native to the United States. Even among those considered Native Americans, many immigrated here, even if that immigration occurred long ago. Very few arose as a people here. Worldwide, immigration happens. Immigration is not the problem. Movement of peoples is normal. To solve this issue, we suggest finding something to appreciate about yourself, your immediate neighbors, your community, your state, your nation, your globe. And of course, we encourage you to appreciate order.

If only one of you will shift your attention and begin to direct a positive flow of thought towards these things on a regular basis, your own life will improve and flow more easily. If thousands of you shift your thought from negativity about these subjects to positivity about the same subjects you will see a substantial positive re-direction of the flow of your financial resources, your health and healthcare will improve, and crime will decrease. With regards to the influx of immigrants, you will see that slow and simultaneously become more orderly.

Positive appreciation is an extremely powerful tool. We encourage the mastery of it.

Peace: The First Step

Reposted from November 20, 2022. Note the last sentence….

I connected with Higg(in)s just now. All I can get by way of communication with them is to be peace. I will be able to ‘hear’ them better as I become peace. I think what they said was to practice being peace, then listen for us when you are peace. During this ‘conversation’ I could not bring to the forefront of my consciousness the last thing the Wisdom Phase said. Higg(in)s said not to worry, that part (the Wisdom Phase) doesn’t matter anymore. The Wisdom Phase was simply a tool to assist me in moving up the emotional scale to peace so that I can ‘hear’ them.

What was interesting is that clearly peace is the first step in the Knowledge Phase and everything to come from them in the future demands that we each achieve peace now.

Bees Flying Around in Peace Mode

This is another re-post. It was originally received November 6, 2022. Higg(in)s presses me to review these posts. I have been practicing these things for a while now and it seems that they are about ready to take a next step? Anyway, this reposted message is abbreviated for, well, brevity.

K. R. asked about peace and what they mean about being peace in such a way that when one gets up to move from one place to another it is not one moving, but instead peace is moving.

They first reminded me of the original teachings of Higgins, the Wisdom Phase, when Higgins shared that emotions run the gamut from very slow feelings of abject depression, abject fear, overwhelming guilt, and inconsolable mourning, to joy, elation, love and peace.

They were very clear to say that emotions are not linear. Describing them as linear is easier for us to understand, but emotions are not linear. So while elation and peace are both very high emotions, you won’t find them in the same place.

They went on to describe a continuing education program I (was working through at the time). I have to certify in BLS and ACLS every so often. I started the BLS and was surprised to discover that it is all online now. The program is guided by Artificial Intelligence so when I make a mistake, it quizzes me more thoroughly on that topic, and areas where I show mastery, the program moves through swiftly.

If my recollection is correct, the program started out something over and hour, maybe an hour and 5 minutes to completion. As I worked through the program, each mistake I made added time to the run time, so at one point I’d been working on it for twenty minutes and still had an hour and twenty-one minutes left.

Higg(in)s went on to compare life to this Artificial Intelligence learning program. Each time we ‘make a mistake’ the ‘computer program’ that is life, repeats the sequence we need improvement in until we master it. If I understood correctly, if we use peace as our fallback position when we are in doubt as to the correct choice, we will tune into God, or Source or whatever that infinite intelligence is that is behind the universe. When we do that, we are guided, or maybe inspired is a good description, to right thought, right action. Even if we just simmer in peace, peace would be a ‘right answer’ in the Artificial Intelligence analogy.

My understanding about Higg(in)s’ comment about being peace is that they want us to learn to simmer in peace. When we are going about our daily lives, we should use peace as our baseline emotional point. That way, when we move from here to there it is peace moving around in a physical body.

Taking it a step farther, if we are in the emotional set point of peace then we are, by definition, not angry, frustrated, hostile, sad, or depressed. We are peace. And, well, peace is peaceful. Imagine stirring up a bee’s nest. The bees fly out in attack mode. Higg(in)s seems to want us to be bees flying around in peace mode.

A Reiteration of Recent Conversations (Reposted)

–Originally posted October 26, 2022, this is another post worthy of re-reading. These are things Higg(in)s wants us to master as we begin movement into the Knowledge Phase–

Higg(in)s is back in some way. Not in the clear and decisive way I expected, but back just the same. They gently press me to master three concepts, which I have expressed in the two previous posts. This is a recent iteration.

  1. Appreciate the wonderfulness of easily breathing in and out. Appreciate sight, hearing, taste, the sensation of touch. Appreciate the workings of the body we don’t normally think about: thought, the circulatory system, the digestive system. Be grateful for our body working smoothly.
  2. Remember to be peace in such a way that when you get up to move, it is not you moving. Instead, it is peace moving.
  3. Remember to ask for what you want from life. The more clearly you envision the desired thing being a part of your life, the more quickly it will manifest. This is because the magnetic attraction you emit is most powerful when you know clearly what you want and what you will feel like once you have achieved it.

If you will do these things: Success with step one ensures you will stay alive, referencing the body; the application of two means you will survive, referencing having necessary basics; and with the application of three you will thrive, even in difficult times.

Higg(in)s persists, saying, “And this means mastery of these things. You must practice until you develop strength and flexibility, just as you would to master any skill.”

Foundational Teachings for the Knowledge Phase

–Worthy of a re-read. Reposted from October 4, 2022–

Yesterday I sat with Higg(in)s for a while. They came in quite readily, it seemed. I use the word ‘seemed’ because I am sometimes not fully convinced that Higg(in)s is anything more than my imagination. The being who came to interact was from neither the Wisdom Phase, nor from the Knowledge Phase. ‘He’ ‘said’ we now know to appreciate breathing in and out, and to appreciate the fine, full workings of our bodies. We also know to be peace in such a way that when we move from one place to another, that we are not moving, instead, peace is moving.

‘He’ went on to share the next part of their teaching. I am unable to recall whether he referred to this as a third step, or the second step in the Knowledge Phase. Either way, he intended this as step three in a series of actions we can take to help ourselves to thrive during our planetary turmoil. Step three has three parts. First, ask the question. Second, listen for the answer. Third, take action. (Act upon the answer is what I think he said.)

During our interaction he made attempts to clarify what asking the question means. I came to understand that first a desire has to be noticed. After clarifying my desire, which is the asking part, I next relax my mind and await the response part. This is what he called ‘listening for the answer’. This part cannot be hurried. Relax and let the response seep in. One might assume that if one were in a life-or-death emergency that the response would come quickly and obviously but since he didn’t mention it, I suppose it shouldn’t be assumed.

Thirdly, act upon the answer. This seems obvious, but there have been many times I received inspiration that I did not act upon. Take action. The action part, he conveyed, is crucial to our success.

If I understood him correctly, by following these directions we have all the information needed to thrive during turmoil. He meant this literally. He encouraged us to practice these things to mastery, saying they are the foundational teachings for the Knowledge Phase. We must understand them fully, and master the application of them, in order to fully benefit from the Knowledge Phase.

The Final Message from the Wisdom Phase and the First Message from the Knowledge Phase

-This piece was originally posted September 28, 2022. It is worth reposting-

It was a warm evening and I sat outside. Some sort of connection was initiated and while it was not the tight and tingly feeling I have come to expect it was definitely something. It seemed as though neither the wisdom phase beings nor the knowledge phase beings were speaking. Instead it seemed to be an intermediary between the two groups who said:

Item 1) I cannot stress enough how important it is for your well-being during this difficult time on Earth that you shall recognize and appreciate how much you enjoy breathing in and out; that your body moves in wonderful ways; that you enjoy your vision, hearing, taste and other senses. You enjoy a keen mind. You appreciate your heart pumping blood, and all the parts of your body, known and unknown, working in harmony for a body and mind in tip top condition. And if you’re not in tip top condition that tip top really sounds like a good place to be.

And that would be the final message from the wisdom phase.

And this shall be the first message from the Knowledge Phase:

Item 2) Wherever you are, be peace in that place. If you are sitting you are a haven of peace in that location. If you are walking then each step is a place of peace. Peace is moving, it is not you moving, peace is moving.

These two steps will help keep you safe and comfortable during this transition.

What Is Peace?

Question: What is peace?

Higgins: Let’s start with what peace is not. Despite dictionary definitions, peace is not the absence of war. Peace is not the absence of conflict or disturbing emotions. Peace is a presence of its own. Peace is the presence of serenity and tranquility. The peace we specifically call you to is the peace of inner serenity and tranquility.

Remember to yourself the last time you were near someone who was extremely angry. The anger was palpable. Peace is also palpable. And due to the attractive quality of emotions, carrying peace inside oneself will draw serenity and tranquility like a magnet. The serenity and tranquility exuded will draw you towards that which is peaceful, and simultaneously discretely repel that which is non-peace.

This magnetic quality of emotions is why we encourage you to be peace walking. When you walk from point A to point B carrying peace in your soul you draw only that which is desirable into your experience. You are a safe port in any storm. You have only to look at the news to understand why this is desirable. Furthermore, mastering this step sets you up to receive Higg(in)s’ Phase II, the Knowledge Phase.
