Question: What is the best way to start practicing such things as telekinesis and bending the elements, to be able to do them? And also about magic. Magic is real light and dark magic. But how far, by that I mean, like we see in Harry Potter with spells or rituals, how real are spells? If they indeed can be done. What’s the best ways to get into doing them?

Higgins: All these things you ask about are possible. In fact, even though most of you are not aware, you use these techniques to create your life every day. Magic is quite simply applying the laws of creation with intent. The more focused your energy, the more certain you are that you can apply the laws of creation, the more clear and obvious is your success.
Think for a moment about a person who uses anger to manipulate those around him. That person is focusing intense energy to achieve his desire. He is applying the laws of creation whether he is aware of it or not. He knows that when he throws his anger around more often than not he gets his way.
The best way to begin is to decide what you want from life. Begin a daily prayer that clearly states your desires. For example: I choose safety. Safety is a good place to start because most of you expect it already. Each time you walk out the door notice how often you are safe. You have safety literally thousands of times a day.
Then choose a next topic. For example: I choose to have pleasant interactions with those I encounter every day. Intend them. Plan them out in your mind. Then notice every positive interaction.
Choose as many topics as you like and spend as many days, weeks, months as it takes to clearly understand that you are the one controlling your life and the events that occur in your life each day.
When you are clear you will have developed a certain amount of power. What you are doing is creating a sort of energy cyclone that draws things to you. Think of a tornado picking up cars. At this point you are a dust devil rather than a full-blown cyclone but still, you are stimulating the force. (Remember Luke Skywalker and “May the Force be with you”?)
During this time you can practice moving small things like small bits of paper or rolling a round pencil. (A precursor to telekinesis.)
Another fun thing to do is use your dominant index finger to write letters or figures on the palm of your non-dominant hand (without touching your finger to your hand.) When you can feel the energy exuding from your finger tracing letters on your palm, try it on a friend. See if they can tell you what letter you traced. (A precursor to understanding the power of a Harry Potter style wand.)
The third thing you will want to do is begin making friends with the elements. If you were a friend to the elements, how would you treat Earth, Air, Fire and Water?
