Higgins 3/12/25

Say in a word what each of you want tonight.  Joy, comfort, love and be loved, clarity in general, clarity as in my purpose in life; know more about energy, having my best self do what is mine to do in the world with joy.

H:  So feet on the floor, arms at your sides, let’s just breathe and connect.  Link your hearts with each other and the entity will link with all of you.  Everybody is linked with each other in the group so that we are a tightly bound molecule, one unit.  As a group we are taking your energy and filling the aura.  Let your energy drop to the floor and flow harmoniously for your best interest.  Energy flows from top down and we are going to state the words you said to us.  Joy, comfort, know more about energy, to have clarity in general, to have clarity of one’s purpose in life, to experience love and be loved and to be one’s best self and to do what is yours to do and do it with joy.  Feel these words in yourselves.  You are magnets and you are attracting whatever it is you attract magnetically.  We set these words up so that you can bring yourselves the energy of joy, comfort, etc.  As your energy flows in this spherical shape around your body and as our group molecule, you are attracting the energy that is in the Universe.  You are attracting that which is most similar to what we just said.  Beautiful.

P:  I want to know as a group if we could send energy to M so strongly that it would actually mean something. 

H:  Absolutely.  Want to do it now?

P:  we could do it during the meditation.

P:  About energy.  Some weeks back instead of having us bring energy from above you had us bring it from the ground.  Why? 

H:  the energy of the earth is equivalent to the energy of a human body.  You actually have a range of higher and lower vibrations than the frequency of the earth.  But the energy of the earth is very soothing and very settling and we just wanted you to connect with the earth and feel that soothing energy that is YOUR energy. 

P:  sometimes in different circles they have us circle energy clockwise and other times counterclockwise.  They have called counterclockwise (ccw) feminine energy.  What do you say about that? 

H:  To call it feminine energy is not inappropriate.  There are differences in how the energy feels.  Energy is all energy but it does feel different and can be manipulated for different purposes; so when you want the energy of compassion and nurturing you would often go widdershins (ccw); and more to the point, we frequently use the clockwise (cw) direction. 

P:  It is still about intent – what your intention is for that energy work. 

H:  For us the direction that we use is absolutely what we are trying to accomplish with you.  We started asking for these words so we know what energy to start bringing in.  Remember the conversation with us is like the bread that holds the sandwich.  It is not about the conversation it is the energy we bring, so it is very helpful to know where you want to go, what you want to do, what your expectations are, what your hopes are so that we can bring in the most appropriate energy template for you. 

P:  Last week we spent a substantial amount of time grounding and centering.  We were advised to do that if we were feeling off center, agitated, anxious, to do that.  I did that all this week and it was immensely helpful.  I could get back into my regular self with just a few minutes of awareness and grounding.  Really useful tool in these times. 

H:  It is extremely useful.  We would talk about the early days with the entity when we would tell her to get grounded before she did anything and she would say, “well, I am at work.  How can I stop and ground myself when people might see me.”  Well now you are many years down the road and you can do it much more discreetly.  You can do it upon the instant.  You have had more practice so it is much easier and you are also learning the essence, the feeling of what it feels like to be centered.  It feels better doesn’t it?  So, no matter how many crazy things are going on in the world, when you stay centered everything else seems better.  It hasn’t changed at all but, but YOU have.  You change and so you are drawing to you from a more balanced place. 

P:  It placates anxiety almost immediately.

P:  I would like to know how to get rid of sadness that has been with me all my life.  Do I just cry a lot or what? 

H:  Good.  You are making a joke about crying.  Crying is very helpful to release tension and it is helpful to bring yourself back into alignment to a certain point.  However, the real answer is center yourself.  Always bring yourself back to center because we can tell you this for sure:  If you will center yourself the way K just described, even if you are sad, you will not feel off balance.  Sadness is quite normal.  However, when you give away your energy to it then you will sort of fall apart – you will feel like you are falling apart, which energetically you are.  So if you keep yourself centered, you can still explore those feelings of sadness without coming apart and miscreating.  The other aspect of that is you have felt sadness for a long time because you are hurt inside.  When you harbor hurt and sadness the other thing you are also harboring is anger.  And, whether you feel the anger or you don’t, we know it is there because sadness is a lower vibration than anger.  You have to move through anger to get up into the feelings of hope and contentment and finally happiness and joy. 

P:  The next question is what are some way to get rid of anger?  I have been taught to not have anger and if I have anger I am a bad person, I’m out of control, I can’t manage my life.  It is a very negative thing to express anger.  I usually do it by swearing which is not usually adequate to what I am feeling.

H:  Your society does not recognize anger as a tool and also anger is misused frequently.  It is used to intimidate and manipulate.  And the reason that it is is because anger is such a powerful emotion that people acknowledge as soon as they throw a tantrum -as a child you throw a tantrum you get a result which you can’t get by any of your other better behavior methods.  Anger has proved itself to be a very powerful way to achieve your goals.  You see it on the TV all the time.  Whoever is the strongest, the angriest and able to punch you, they are the ones who win rather than one who has the best control of their emotions.  Anger is a helper tool; anger is a powerful energy because it is the energy that drags you up emotionally, that keeps you from becoming sad, keeps you from feeling sorry for yourself, keeps you from becoming depressed.  If you have anger, you are in a much better place than sadness or grief.  Would you agree to that?

P:  Yeah. 

H:  It is more powerful.  But people don’t like to see your anger.  They don’t like to deal with your anger.  They would rather deal with you when you are a mouse.  You are much more comfortable for them.  They don’t want to see it.  That is why they discourage you from expressing it.  Anger is an emotion given to you by your broader being who is always measuring where you are relative to what you agreed and said you wanted to do before you came forward into this body.  Anger is God given.  It is not a bad thing.  The question is what are you going to do with it?  What we encourage you to do is recognize the power and the energy and when you feel angry, this is a really good thing because its keeping you from feeling less powerful and it often comes with action inspiration.  And that is what we would suggest to you.  Look for the action inspiration.  Find a way to acknowledge your anger the same way you acknowledge your grief or your sadness.  Acknowledge it but with anger find out what that inspiration is and act on it.  That is what anger is.  It gives you power to act, which is what you need when you are sliding downhill emotionally.

P:  If I don’t feel anger, is there something wrong with me? 

H:  Not at all.  Isn’t that what all of you are aiming for?  To stay in the emotion of hope or better because that feels good to you.  Isn’t that the goal to always feel good and when you get below hope you don’t feel so good.  So there are 2 things that happen if you never feel anger.  1)  you are sort of mastering life and you know that you do not need to feel anger because you are not losing control.  Why do we feel anger?  Because we are losing control.  That is one aspect.  The other aspect  is, well we don’t want to say denial because it is under such a thick layer that you cannot really get to anger.  You are so low you cannot get to anger and you call it all kinds of things.  It’s a sort of numbness.  You become satisfied with “not very good” because that’s the best you can get.  And that is OK, too, but we always encourage you to go for anger and then move higher.  We want you to be in hope or better. 

P:  I don’t feel anger.  I have to be so careful to use anger properly.  Maybe that is my concern about that.  Fear is another thing and that is a way lower frequency than anger.  I can talk myself out of being afraid, but sometimes I have to talk myself out of it the next day. 

H:  Is there some specific question there or do you want us to respond? 

P:  I would like you to respond with your general thoughts. 

H:  Can you imagine a trombone? 

P:  Yes. 

H:  The trombone slide goes out and come in and goes out and come in.  So what you are saying is that if you are in fear you are able to slide quickly up and down the emotional scale.  That you can talk yourself out of it and you can slide so quickly past fear or anger that you don’t really even notice it.  Does that sound like what you are telling us? 

P:  Well there is a ceiling that doesn’t get very much higher than consternation or disgust -not terribly high frequencies either.  The higher frequencies are much harder for me to reach.  I can hang around in the middle or low middle most of the time. 

H:  So you are not hanging around in positive expectation and belief?

P:  I can if I really work at it like in meditation.

H:  Interesting, Friend, cuz we read you differently. 

P:  Today in a meditation I got to a place where I could feel that something wonderful is actually happening.  I got to that lovely feeling. 

H:  It is interesting you share this with us because we can tell you that your belief that you create the world around you is very powerful. 

P:  True. 

H:  And belief is a higher frequency than what you teel us you are.  We know that on some level you are higher than you think you are.  We appreciate this conversation because it is an important one.  Let’s take a breather and see if we can help you feel this.  In essence you are in a believing state. You believe you create the world around you.  We know that is true for you.  However, because every moment of each day is not filled with the eager enthusiasm you would like it to be, you hang out in a sort of maudlin energy.  Does that describe it to you? 

P:  I don’t know what maudlin means. 

Another P:  moderately depressed, kind of melancholy.  Blah.

P:  I am better than blah. 

H:  We can say right now that if you are better than blah you are better than anger most of the time.  You may slide down into those emotions but your baseline is higher than you think that it is.  What we would encourage you to do is not ask so much of yourself in a day.  You physicals think that you have to be busy doing something powerful and progressive every moment of every day to be successful.  And that is simply not true.  We want you to take in the aspect of the Buddhist who sits ad looks out the window.  It is called meditation, not “I don’t have anything better to do.”  I’m improving my energy or I am contemplating life.  The Situational Buddhist.  It is a very powerful tool to learn to be happy in the quiet moment when no one is talking to you, you don’t have anyone around, you are doing nothing purposeful so you are BEING with a purpose.  Allow yourself to be and that is enough.  You don’t have to clean anything, you don’t have to do anything, you don’t have to make somebody else happy.  Just BE and let that be enough. 

P:  Seems like what B said was being.   He was DOING in the morning and in the afternoon he was BEING. 

H:  yes. 

B:  and S said that, too. 

P:  I can resonate with that.  I feel like the way my consciousness is feeling is genuinely helpful to the world.  IT DOES MATTER. 

H:  Your consciousness matters.  What this group is collected here, and M this does include you, what you have done to work on your energy through the years does benefit mankind.  You may not see it, you may not know it but it is.  We would say if you take anything away from today, BE content when you are doing something.  Enjoy what you are doing and then be content when you are doing nothing.  Let go of the guilt of not accomplishing more somehow.  Allow yourself to BE and let BEING be OK.

P:  I think that the doing belief system is a result of having such a patriarchal and societal structure for many thousands of years.  It’s almost ingrained in our DNA.    And learning to be receptive and enjoy life and enjoy just being is really foreign to our experience so far.  It is like learning to walk – to be comfortable with not doing anything.  Even meditation can be a “doing” thing for me sometimes. 

H:  Yes. 

P:  Sometimes I feel like using a word “walk” in our current world condition that exists that I feel not responsible for is like trying to learn to walk on holes because it is just plain extra tough right now, not for me, but for a lot of those I observe. 

H:  This is really opportunity and we cannot stress this enough that this is opportunity, opportunity, opportunity.  Friend, M, if we may:  Her cat made a mess on the floor and she said “this is not a problem because I am going to practice getting down and getting back up off the floor.  It was not a problem.  It was an opportunity.  And that is how we want you to think about these current times.  Wow, this is why every single one of you is here right now.  This is it.  You have had all this practice, years and years of practice.  All of you on your respective roads are here at this moment to witness what is happening; to find your center and stay there.  And like driving down the road you have to stay in your lane.  Right now you are driving 100 mph and you have to stay in your lane.  It means you need to stay centered.  It is why you are here;  it is why you were born.  Friend, M, it is why you have lived to 90 and why you will live a little bit longer because you are here for this moment.

P:  And the road is not straight like a freeway.  It is twisty and turny. 

H:  An added challenge.  You wanted it.  You not only wanted it you planned it.  You planned it.  So it is opportunity to express how powerfully you can stay in your center.  Just stay in your center.  Friend M in your hospital bed, you are staying in your center.  M if you are driving down the freeway you are staying in your center.  You are staying in our center NO MATTER WHAT is happening. 

We think a centering meditation right now, a long one – 30 minutes on centering and peace.  Friend, M, you were wanting to say something?

 P:  I am listening carefully because I feel anger and deep deep rage and it isn’t like an activating thing like anger.  It is a deep, deep rage and I feel like I am becoming a split personality.  When I have the deep, deep rage there I am.  But other times I can start looking toward the future with vibrant positivity.  It is very hard for me right now. 

H:  at least in that sentence you were able to use the words “vibrant positivity “!  Well done. 

P:  I work at it.  I’m trying.

H:  and K you were wanting to say something 

P:  Don’t forget we were going to send M energy tonight and comfort.

Hello, Friends.  What sort of intentions did we come here with tonight?   

P:  Just to connect.

P:  To say thank you. 

H:  Oh Friends, we are delighted to work with you. 

P:  When there is time I am feeling troubled about Ukraine and how is the best way to help the people. 

H:  you all have been enjoying us for quite a long time, why are you here tonight?  Your deep down reason?

P:  to get deeply connected with Source.

P:  Having a quiet time to reflect on the meaning of life and existence. 

P:  I feel connected to the group and I enjoy the contact.  I get so much more in touch with myself and my purpose.  Helps me enjoy the adventure of growing and gaining knowledge of the way energy works and how the Universe works.  Now I realize I can’t imagine my life without understanding energy and having such a huge desire to learn more and more.  There is a sense of well-being that brings me here each week.

P:  Similar to what everyone has said.  To be grounded in spiritual awareness, practice and community. 

P:  He just said everything I wanted to say. 

P:  I like feeling grounded and hopeful and very connected.  Community is very important to me. 

P:  I come for comfort and hope.  Higgins always makes me feel like the Universe is worth living in.  I feel understood because I have been with this group so long I feel on some basic level we are all connected.  That is really important to me.  My life doesn’t need any explanation.  I am and that seems to be enough for everybody. 

P:  I think about our members during the week and how they are doing.  Most of all I get such a boost out of these sessions with Higgins.  It is sort of like I should really get it all by now after being exposed to this for so long and practicing.  But, for me it is something I need to work on all the time.  It is just really helpful.  I am hopeful Higgins can help me and us navigate this situation the entire earth is in right now with the instant knowledge of everything that is going on and we get inundated with the negativity of so much knowledge.  Would like any hints to help us on how to deal better with it. 

H:  Very helpful, friends.  Let’s just breathe, while we assimilate everything you just said and create the conversation for tonight.  Think about your own energy, where it is going.  It should flow from head to toe. 

Let’s begin this conversation very gently with what you just told us.  If you were a baseball player on a baseball team and you were a professional athlete you would arrive at the stadium.  You would dress appropriately; you would do your warm up routine and you would be ready to participate with the group.  You would like some coaching, of course, but you would go out and play the best you can having already applied what you know and then having a coach helping you expand. 

We meet once a week, and during the rest of the week you have what you have learned from us to help you for 6 days till the next week and then you can get your Higgins fix.  The way we have approached this, both with the Wisdom phase and the now Knowledge phase is that we offer what we know and then like students in a school, you learn and apply the parts you understand and then sharpen up on the other parts  – and we coach you as they come along.

Well, one of the things that you are telling us is that you want to cope, and not just eeek out a life during these next few uncomfortable years but actually want to thrive during these years.  If that is the case, we will give you some more tips for you to apply every day whether we, you coach, are with you or not. 

In order to stay centered, you have to keep your energy running head to toe and ground yourself in the earth.  We’ve talked about energy in many different ways.  In essence each one of you is right here.  You are a ball.  Energy runs down your spinal column and into the earth.  Energy does a lot of things but the picture we want you to understand and to work with is that your energy flows from head to toe and down into the earth.  If your energy is not flowing head to toe and down into the earth, you are going to feel a little discombobulated.  Maybe that discombobulation will look like tearful and sad; or frequent eruptions of frustration; moody, melancholy or maybe lazy  -not a lot of energy to get off the couch and not  because you are ill but don’t have a lot of motivation.  The #1 thing that we would have you do every morning and multiple times during the day is ground yourself.  Energy flows from head to toe whether you intend it in your mind or whether you show your energy how to go by using your hands to draw the energy down.  It doesn’t really matter how; you just intend it.

We have been using this metaphor of the picture of just standing up and walking across the room.  You can do it whenever you want.  You may have varying levels of discomfort in your hips or your foot, but you know that if you signal yourself in a certain way you will push the chair back and turn and walk across the room.  You will stop and turn around and come back.  You know how to signal yourself how to do that.  It is the same with your energy. You have a signal.  My energy flows this way and it does.  You don’t have to understand it, it just does.  Just like you don’t have to understand how your car works, you just turn the key and it runs.  If you send your intention for your energy to flow head to toe it will flow head to toe.  We are elaborating on this because you need your energy to flow head to toe to stay centered during these times.  If you allow yourself to become uncentered and lose yourself in different directions, you don’t think right, interpret right, feel right.  There is something that’s off.  You feel off.  Get your energy flowing this way.  Energy is eternal and non-stop; never stops flowing.  If it stops flowing that would be the death of God and that is not a viable possibility.

Sometimes your energy runs faster than it does at other times, and sometimes it runs slower.  You feel best when it is flowing at a moderate rate.  When you feel excited, enthused and you feel that passion- that is a wonderful, wonderful feeling.  We encourage you to find the things you love so much you can get that passionate energy.  However, there is the standard day-to-day energy and you know what it is.  It is the kind of energy when you have a good day.  Pleasant interactions with other human beings that really were uplifting.  When you exercise your body and it feels good.  M, you used to come home from work where you worked outdoors and you were invigorated, uplifted in your heart.  And, that is the standard energy that we would hope for you all to be walking around with.  When you have that standard energy of having a pretty good day, your energy flows quite freely and fully and it goes into the earth and because of your magnetic attraction, you pull energy down and around in a spherical or apple- shape and it forms a looping pattern around you. It is in every direction.   It is not just this direction where you see these fingers down into the core and around.  It is every conceivable direction in a sphere.  When you can carry that energy on a steady basis, that is stable.  That is centered.  That is grounded and you feel connected.  The emptiness in the pit of your stomach goes away; the worries in your mind go away and you are able to listen to the inspiration that you are provided by your connection to all that is. 

When you stay centered like that, you do not panic.  Panic is just something else.  So, the groundedness is what helps you receive inspiration that helps you cope with the world around you.  If you will always be connected in that stable way, you will always be able to receive the feedback, the inspiration from the Universe that tells you what the next step will be.  And, with that pleasant energy running, you typically will have the energy to act on it.  If you’re getting inspiration and do not have the oomph to act on it it is because your energy is a tad too slow.  You can call upon your spirit guides, you can call Higgins or God Himself or to (literally) the grass in the yard, but you can always get help to stimulate the flow of your energy when you are short on your own.  The Universe wants to work with you.  The Universe wants to help you succeed.  Positive, powerful energy feels better to every being everywhere and that is what they like to run.  And they want to help you achieve a happy, healthy energy.  There are lots of beings. If you are wanting help just ask. 

The point of that is, Friend, you asked about Ukraine.  Many of you are concerned about the political situation and the entity said as B was talking “yes we can’t say his name; he who must not be named, we can’t talk about that.”  Kind of a joke. But, that situation is so charged it will easily pull you off your center; if you think about the tariffs that will easily pull you off your center; if you knew what is going on in Africa and other countries it would pull you off your center.  So, it is not helpful to allow yourself to be pulled off center.  If you will stay centered, here is your power spot and your opportunity. 

Friend, M, when you wonder what you can do in the world and you stay centered, and then you write a beautiful poem for your friend, that is staying centered – working from your center.  You are 90 years old. While the body can live a long time and just be done, it does slow down.  It is not expected that you, M, will have the same physical capacity you had when you were 50.  Not valid.  But if you stay centered, no matter what your physical condition, you can still find a valid way to express yourself that is useful in these times of great opportunity.  We say great opportunity– to choose who you are going to be. Are you going to stay centered?  Are you going to express your humanity?  Are you going to do what you can to be a powerful, positive influence in the world, or will you allow yourself to become unglued? 

We are going to share with you an experience that the entity had years ago.  The  entity lives on a street that is a homeowners association.  The street is a mirror of the Republican/Democrat discomfort that goes on.  There are 2 sides.  The 2 sides are not cooperating with one another.  It does not matter the fact that the 2 sides want the same thing.  They will not work together to get it.  They want to achieve in 2 different ways, and they can’t do it.  Some years ago, there was a twice annual home owner’s association meeting.  There was such a row that one of the women literally got sick with her distress.  She had to go to the hospital she was so upset.   If you get so upset that you have to go to the hospital, are you effective?  You cannot even help yourself in this situation.  So, that is why we are stressing the importance of finding your center and staying centered.  If it takes re-centering yourself 100 times a day then that is what it takes while you are practicing getting your energy together.  If you wat to help the political situation, stay centered; do you want to be a role model?  Stay centered.  If you want to help Ukraine, center yourself.  Do you want to be good at your job?  Center yourself.  If you want to have a nice conversation with friends, center yourself.  Are you following?  Centered is the baseline and if you do not start from center, all else will not be good.  The outcome will not be as good. 

Friend, D, do you want to ask more specific questions about Ukraine?

 P:  I know that what you said is true.  It is the essence of what I believe.  I am caught in the whirlwind of seeing that some of the politicians don’t want to send aid to Ukraine.  Maybe I should support that.  They won’t get food but they won’t get the war machines.  I feel I need to make a decision of what to do—what side to support.  That kind of thing. 

H:  The issue in Ukraine has been coming on for years.  In the White House and the previous White House and the situation at the border and the weather —all these things have been coming on for decades, longer than you have been on the planet.  To try to unravel something like Ukraine, you are going to find it frustrating and you will find yourself impotent.

One person, centered, acting from a place of connection is a very, very powerful place and you are more powerful than perhaps millions who are not acting from their centered place.  However, no matter how centered you are, there is little you can do to stop what is happening in Ukraine.  You can’t write enough letters.  There isn’t enough ink or enough people to read the letters if they arrive; You can’t make enough phone calls.  It isn’t a viable plan for you to think there is something specific that you can do to stop that war. 

Tonight, we will do a meditation and work on it from an energetic perspective and yes from there we can do something–because we are coming from a place of stability.  If we can help set a template for those folks in Ukraine to find their center then they will be other points of powerful attraction from their centered space and that makes them more powerful attractors of their own safety. 

P:  We here on this side of the world when we stay centered ourselves, then it can help them be centered? 

H:  absolutely.  Your effect from a powerful centered place is more helpful than if you worry and worry about it and become uncentered. Even if you did nothing for Ukraine, just the fact that you are centered will be better than if you become uncentered.

P:  I don’t disagree.  I would like to add that even if phone calls and emails don’t directly help the people in Ukraine, at least it can help further our centeredness by feeling we added our voice to the equation.  I think there’s value in that.  If they were to get so many letters they were knee deep in them, even if they couldn’t read them, all that alone would be a statement.  They would have received that statement.  That would have been an act of integrity on our part.  Whatever little thing we can do from my standpoint feels it is making a tiny contribution and it’s also grounding for myself.  It has the double effect.    

H:  Yes, 100% we agree with you.  If it brings you a sense of power it is better than feeling powerless.

P:  I have been thinking about trying to describe to myself, like if I think about energy and then I think spiritually about earth being an earth school and me making a soul’s contract to come here and go through the changes of the earth and then I am thinking more like when a group like this gets together, we learn to just keep our energy strong and literally impact the force of the Universe.  It is that energy that we do that the changing time in the Universe will carry us through to a new place.  I am very comfortable thinking that.  Where I get into trouble is the day-to-day routines, the news and cranky people and then I start to feel obligations that I should be doing something like picketing people or writing letters.  More and more I am feeling like those things keep my left brain busy that I should be doing more.  I have to adapt my belief system to be more expansive  than just being a human being puttering around the earth.  My energetic soul purpose is much broader.  I want to know more about my soul energy, my connections to the Universe and I feel if I do that I have an easier time staying in my power and being of service when the opportunity presents as opposed to trying to figure out what to do next because I have anxiety. 

The more I learn the more I feel everything is energy – what I think, what I say, what I feel is important and staying centered is the way to happy and joy.  My purpose is just being an energetic being.  That is enough.  If I stay in my best energetic self, I am contributing.  Even if I’m not contributing, my days are more pleasant.  It is why I come here.  I want to know everything I can learn possible about energy and how to use it and maybe share along the way.

H:  For our meditation, what we would like to do is just do this centering energy so that you can feel what it feels like.  You do not have to do anything with it. Just carry it with you. If you go into the hospital carrying this energy with you, you will attract the best doctors, nurses, help.  D, you will attract from your family the best responses and each one of you will attract the best out of your day whatever you do, whatever your day looks like, you will attract the best simply by following this technique to use your energy from your stable standpoint.  Back to basics.

Friend, M, if you go to the hospital they will put you in a bed.  It will matter not one iota whether you are lying down.  Your energy will still flow head to toe.  It knows how to do it.  It will find a way in.  You just intend it 

Feet on floor or not; arms at sides or not; head in air or on a pillow.  Your energy will find a way when you set your intention for it.  Your energy flows into the earth and in a certain way it is a ground and in a certain way it is a plug- in.  Just believe either or both and send your energy into the earth.  It ricochets back up because you are a magnet drawing it back of and over and over and over.  Running the energy through, leading it in the earth and returning it back around.  There is always more energy coming in and always some energy going out constantly being used and replenished.  Sort of like you’re a hot water heater; some is going out; some is coming in, some is being used, but what gets used is being replenished.  Think about pulling your energy down harder, like a bell rope, pull it down.  Keep pulling it in.

Now, your energy is powerfully going straight down into the earth.  And now you are to think of yourself like a powerful magnet, like an MRI machine.  You affect that which is around you.  You are going to be such a powerful magnet you draw your own energy back around so it comes up around your body and back into the top of your head.  You are bending the energy – equilaterally- same on both sides.  Even your head pulls harder which is why it comes back down into the center of your head.  It is an apple or spherical shape.  Remember to pull equally from every location on your body.  You don’t have to know how to do it, just decide you will do it.  Every degree on the sphere in a 360 degree circle around your spine. Pull the energies hard.  Pull it down into you.  Every part of your body is a magnet.  Let it pull the energy that is headed to the ground.  It gets a certain distance from you and it has to respond by pulling back up and around until it gets to the top of your head and by the power of your pulling pulls it right back down through the center of your head.  It is full, equal, well-shaped.

Friend, even if you have an illness, that spot also can and wants to participate in this in a healthy way.  Now, each of you as individuals turn on an energy faucet on the top of your head and you decide how much feels good.  Let it fill your lungs, your bladder, eyes, heart, your mind and your stomach.  Good.  Balance.  Fill your lungs, fill your lower back, your shoulders, eyes, your ears, fill your feet, fill the area which is your groin and hips equally down both sides of your body.  If you wish to turn the faucet up do so at your leisure.

Brilliant.  We want you to feel how stable you are.  If you will get stabilized like this before you take action you will be more powerful than any of you have been to date.  Feel the stability of it, feel the centeredness of it, the quietness of it, feel the calmness of it.  If it feels quiet and warm and cozy, you are doing it right.  If it gives you a little sense of aaoooga you are doing it right.  Beautiful.  Beautiful. 

We are not giving you energy.  You are doing this yourself.  So, well done.  Gently open your eyes and come back.  You do not have to let go of this energy because this is you and you have every right and expectation and capacity to walk down the street like this every day.  When you wake up in the morning, set this and carry it with you as you move through your day.

Higgins 2/26/25

One of the things we have talked about and explained regarding the process and importance of this work is setting your intention before an event.  If you have to make an appt. to see a doctor, for example, before you pick up the phone, set your intentions.  What do you want from the doctor? Likely you want information shared clearly that is helpful and helps you determine your next steps.  Then at the appt. time, intend yourself arriving in a timely manner; receiving good service, etc.

If you get a new refrigerator, use the same steps to getting that new frig.  Intention: What do you want? Define it. Everything you do – before you do it set your intention as to how it will go.  If you practice this, you will find things you do will be smoother.  Things slide along like a greased wheel.  Getting gas, going to the store, etc.  Whatever you do during any given day, this is and extremely helpful tool.

P:  How do you move through the scale of emotions up to love and bliss?  With anger you have to move through the steps.  How? 

H: Picture a stairwell: the lowest steps are terrible depression and then fear, anxiety, then jealousy, thoughts of revenge, hate, frustration, impatience then hope and contentedness and then believing, feeling of confidence and then love, joy, bliss.  Each one of those is a step and imagine you being on the lowest step and trying to step up to contentedness.  It is too big a step.  You cannot do it.  It is a physical and emotional impossibility.  What you’re really trying to do is move out of your despair into something less than despair.  

We so often encourage you to find your angry place because anger has power.  You can’t jump from despair to anger typically either but you are looking for gentle movement up the scale one step (emotional level) at a time.  The way you do that is to gently seek the best feeling or thought you can find about any topic. 

If you are frustrated about the amount of time you are having to wait in the grocery store line, we suggest you start looking around for all the good things that are happening.  The line is slow because the clerk is giving quality service to the person in front of you, and you know when you get there you will get quality service as well.  That is the sort of simple thought process that we would have you undertake to move one from one step to the next.

You have two kinds of emotions, in essence. You have your current emotions. If you get into a traffic jam and you feel impatient, that is a current emotion that is coming from your greater self (spirit) informing you in that moment that this is not what you really want. You’d rather flow smoothly through traffic.  That is one kind of emotion. 

There’s another kind of emotion and those are deep-seated feelings.  Those are the things that are instilled in you along your birth trail.  The family of birth teaches you something, and teachers teach you something. Your early friendships in school teach you something. You learn you are safe or not safe; that you are loved or not loved.  You learn all kinds of things along your way.  Those years, especially the early years, form the foundational emotions that will guide you through your life. Those are the emotions that will either help you focus and be oriented and be able to ‘pin the tail on the donkey’ or disoriented and not be able to ‘pin the tail on the donkey’.   

The things you need to know you set up in advance with your parents, your teachers, your friendships.  The family of birth that you come into helped you become oriented or disoriented in whatever way that you needed to help you learn. It is really a valuable time.

We call these your base-line emotions, and when your base-line emotions are negative they end up showing up in your health as time progresses.  These beliefs that you develop in your youth are often hammered home again and again in your adult life. Because the Universe is circular, events with similar conditions happen over and over again.  The opportunity to face your fears, frustrations, or whatever come to you so that you can learn and grow.  Once you learn the thing that you wanted to learn, once you get an “A” on it, those  opportunities will present themselves again and again but  because you have gotten an “A” it doesn’t bother you.  Your emotional response is more mature.  You have become a broader person and you are learning something and you can apply the new things you have learned. 

There are two kinds of emotions:  1) the one in which you respond to that says “run! You are in a burning building” and 2) You have the other one that guides and defines how you look at the world.  Are you looking at the world through rose-colored glasses?

Friend M: You had good childhood friends and your view of friendships is a very positive one.  But if another person had had many friends who they discovered could not be trusted then that person would have a different view of what friendships are about. They would look at friendships through a different lens and respond through that different lens until they come to understand that you get to choose how to respond.

Let’s go back to what we were first talking about, which is setting your intention  for everything you do. If you are going to get in your car and drive down the road, we encourage you to define what it will look like before you do it.  That way, any of those negative building blocks that you have are sort of set aside for the moment and you are starting from a more concrete, a more stable surface. 

P:  If we learn how to cope with situations that seem to recur and recur in this life, when we come back again will we remember any of that and benefit from our experience or keep stumbling along? 

H:  So many of you are doing these past-life regressions hoping that will help you out in this life.  No, you don’t need to do that.  That life is done. If individuals perceive that there is a sort of bleed through it is because in the new lifetime they wanted to learn or enhance their learning about a previous lifetime. 

When you begin to get ready to plan your next lifetime, you set new parameters.  If you got it in this lifetime, there is no need to do it again.  You would have a whole new set of parameters formed and then from that new definition of what you want in your next lifetime your broader Self will give you positive and negative emotions based on what you chose.  And your Spirit Guide(s) will give you new inspiration towards achieving that which you desire in the new lifetime.

You have a spiritual self and that spiritual self is guiding you like a navigational system.  If you feel terrible about something your broader self is feeling really great about the very thing you feel terrible about. The worse you feel, the bigger the opportunity that you created and that is why your greater self feels so good.

So you die and you move into the next life.  And, when you start planning your next life and if you have learned what you wanted to learn in this lifetime, then you plan a whole new lifetime.  Sometimes people say “Oh, the last one was pretty hard, let’s do an easy one.”  Or, “You know what?  I figured this part out but never really understood that other part.”  So, you plan a whole new life.  There is no reason to know what happened in your last life because your navigational system (greater self) is guiding you every step of the way towards  what you decided before you were born – that what you wanted to learn in this lifetime. 

P: is it really that our spiritual life gets to make that choice when we are coming into a new life or is it just given to us? 

H:  No, you make a choice ahead of time for  what you want.  You are given some parameters then you improvise like players on a stage as you go along.    You have some parameters that you need met.  There is someone who has said I will meet up with you in this lifetime and help you achieve those goals.  You are much vaster than you think you are.  You are magnificent spiritual beings.  This earth realm is one of the hardest- if not the hardest- physical realm to exist in because of the difficult contrast. 

As you look at what is happening in your political system in this country, you feel yourself being torn apart. The fear of what could happen is terrible for some of you. At the same time, your greater self feels joy, saying, “Right on.  Bring it.  I know we are ready, each one of your team is saying we can handle this.  We know how to do this.”

And even if you become extremely fearful, your broader self is saying “hey, we got this and feels really good about what you are learning” and continues to guide you like a flashing beacon – come this way, come this way.  The earth realm is thick, like molasses and feels like you are swimming in molasses and is harder than you thought it would be, and sometimes you just have to lie on your back and float or do whatever it takes to keep your head above water or molasses and still that beacon that is your broader self never stops flashing “come this way, come this way.”  And that is your intuition talking.  You know what to do when your intuition says this. 

We know how hard that is to do when your intuition says come on. We feel we have been living in this body and checking in with you and we know how hard that is to do.  The entity says, “Well this thing seems not good to me, but I am afraid to not do it.  I am really afraid but I would rather do it even though I know that what you are telling me is come this way and I am afraid to stop doing it because I don’t know that I can really do what you are telling me to do.” 

When this happens, there is no point in kicking yourself.   This is a very difficult realm you are living in. This is a really complex adventure you are having.  There is nowhere to go except go back to your Source. So even though you feel lost, you can never be lost because the only thing you can do is go back to your Source.  So while you are here you may have walloping great success or you may flounder around; you may feel things are not working out for you but in the end you’re having this great adventure and then you go back to Source.  There is no place else to go.

And by the way, friend M, should you decide to step out of your body in the next weeks, or months, we’ll meet you and have a party.  We will really welcome you.   If you would rather stay here, we will help you meet that goal, too.  Whatever you want to do friend.

M: After you die and you have gone to non-physical do you think about the things you left undone in the physical life?  I am having a hard time coming to terms with the idea that when I’m dead I will have no agency in this world.  What I don’t get done before I go will not get done.  I feel bad about it because I feel a responsibility to get a lot done so other people don’t have to do it after I’m gone.  I’d like to think I just don’t give a darn after I’m gone. 

H: This is a delightful question.  When you go, you are dead.  Someone is going to meet you that you want to see and you will feel good about that. There will be a greeting and there will be a time of helping you to adjust.  If it has been especially hard for you in this lifetime, people will take a little siesta and kind of sleep in a cozy cocoon for a while till you are ready.  And then, yes, you’ll kind of think about the things you just didn’t get done but without any guilt.  “Oh I left some things undone and what that did for the person who had to deal with it gave them some expansion room!”  You say, “Wow, I did that great.  It felt funny at the time and I thought I was wrong but in fact it was all right because I set that up in conjunction with the person who is following.”

 H: So, you all in your dream time are interacting with one another and in your conscious waking time you don’t remember it.  In your conscious waking time you improvise what you are going to do to make all these things happen and work out so everybody gets their learning opportunity.  We have said so many times, just try and be happy.  Look for the best in everything because really that’s what’s really happening, the best of everything.  It may look like it is the worst of times but it is really the best of times. 

P: After a person transitions, are they aware of the beings they left on earth?  Are they able to see what they are doing and miss them and how long will that last?

H:  Again you are met on the other side and embraced.  You either sleep for a while or you’re reintegrated.  Yes, you are aware of the things that are going on.  However, you feel really, really good about it because you are now reconnected to your eternal broader self.  So, you are looking at everything that’s happening from that eternal broader perspective -the one that when you were feeling really low was going “yeehaw” so you are looking at it and not feeling sorry or despair or unhappiness.    You are saying “wow, I did a great job.”

P: Can you actually see what your family is doing on earth?

H:  you mean like day to day cooking a meal kind of thing? 

P:  yeah.  Seeing what happened to your grandkids.  Do you have a connection with your family for a while or with your friends? 

H:  You certainly can.  You don’t necessarily do that.  So, friend, Name removed, your mother has decided to stay non-physical until you are done because she is looking over you.  And that happens quite often.  But it’s not a requirement.  They certainly can check in and do.  The entity is pretty good with connecting with non-physical beings.  Her dad is dead.  She could check in with him any time she wanted but the fact is she kinda doesn’t.  Once in a while she does a little, but she kinda doesn’t because life moves on.  So, your life moves on and their life moves on. 

Once you’re gone you’re still living and doing something interesting and that has value and if you are needed to check in, you definitely will.  For example, Friend, D, if there is somebody you want to talk to and you call out their name, yes, they will hear you and come visit with you if they are able to do that. Now as we have said some people go into a cocoon and won’t be available right then, but if they are available then yes if they can they will come to you. Absolutely.

P: This happens to me quite often I have a vivid dream about my mother or aunt  – people who have transitioned -and you can talk to them and say I miss them and then you realize that they are gone but they are not gone, they are right here and it is powerful.

P: I have had that happen.  For about a year and a half I had a physical sensation that my first husband was with me and had dreams he was with me.  And it was comforting because it was one of the best relationships I have had.  I wasn’t sure why this contact was occurring.  This past week I was online taking a class from a medium and in a short meditation on how to use your medium skills I called ‘J’ in.  He came immediately and I knew it was him from the energy and I got a visual.  What surprised me so much is that I thought he was trying to contact me, but as soon as I felt his energy I burst into tears and started apologizing for wrongs that I thought I had done to him.  As that guilt left, I got a great big hug and he left.  I haven’t had any of those feelings since except a great sense of relief.  In examining this experience what I realized was I had never associated guilt with grief.  I realized from this experience that I couldn’t let go of the grief of his passing because I still felt guilt of not having done a better job being in the relationship.  I don’t need that past energy because I had a clearing.

My second husband came through twice and the second time and said “maybe we should try this again in the next lifetime.” My visceral response was NO because I was thinking about how hard that was.  But after this experience of letting the guilt go with J, maybe I do need more contact with ‘K’ because I am still carrying some anger towards that relationship.  One of the things that I have been thinking about is I am going to be 73 and since my 70’s I have spent a lot of time looking at my past life to see what lessons I might have encountered.  I think because I am now willing to look at these lessons I think that is why I am having more energetic experiences, like with J, to see if there are things in the lesson process that are not complete that I would like to complete. 

H: Yes.  That is a very clear picture, and I think the group understood it.  If you were to have a relationship with K in your next lifetime, you would not necessarily remember your life this time.  You would set new parameters. 

Any more questions before we meditate?

P: I would like to know do we encounter our past pets? 

H:  Oh, absolutely.  As you prepare to make your respective transitions, you can say “Boy I would real like to see that pet” and they will be waiting there for you and there will be a nice welcome if they can be -unless they have moved into physical.  If they can be there they absolutely will!

Higg(in)s Notes from February 12, 2025

We are not a group of beings interacting with the entity, we are a group of beings interacting with all of you, even though the words come out of the entity.   We are trying a new avenue of energy which we hope will be more productive for your learning.  We are having you in a circle like the standing stones of Stonehenge, the entity in the middle as a sort of center stone. Place your feet upon the floor. Sit comfortably with your arms resting at your sides. Place yourself in this position the best you are able. Allow the energy to flow through you as if you are within a beam (like beam me up, Scotty in Star Trek.) These beams of energy connect in a counterclockwise flow through the equivalent of the lintel stones at Stonehenge. Energy flows around the perimeter of all 6 of us   We hope this will be more powerful and more productive for your learning. 

Where would you like to begin?

P:     Would you have any interest in talking about what is going on with the nations of the world?  We are all living through some really challenging times and there is a lot of fear and confusion.  Can you address the larger issues of how this is affecting the nations?

H:  You’re all aware that these are the change times (called the end of times) and that the vibration of the earth is speeding up.  However, humans exist at a vibrational frequency equivalent to the earth plus or minus a little a bit of variation.  That variation is experienced as abject fear and despair on one end of the vibrational spectrum and love and bliss on the other end.  As the earth’s vibration speeds up your vibration has to speed up too.  The lower end that you used to exist within is shifting. It is rising.  When this kind of thing occurs you feel it in some way. You know something is amiss and it is terrifying to you.

Do you remember puberty?  It is a time when you are dying to the old you and birthing into a new you.  You don’t understand what is happening.  There is a fear factor within that causes fear, depression and anxiety.  That is sort of what is happening now.  So, the energy shift is causing anxiety.  People act out their emotions. 

The beauty of what is happening right now is that it is an opportunity for those who are waking up to begin to choose what you will experience.  Emotions are given to you by your broader self. This has been described as an emotional guidance system and likened to those navigation systems you have on your cars that tell you to turn right or left.   What you do with your emotions is the great choice that you have.  This is a planet of choice where you get to decide how you will respond.  As individuals, you very much feel energetic shifts.

Those of you who are parents –did you ever want your child to do something so you could feel better? Did you ever tell them to clean their room? Why? Not because they had some secret desire to clean their room and you were giving them and excuse to do it. No. You told them to clean their room because you would feel better.  “You go do this because I will feel better.” “You stop doing that because I will feel better.”

(Note: We understand their safety and well being was also at the heart of your instructions. Nevertheless, the order itself is out of alignment with inviting them into their center with you in yours.)

You are having the opportunity now to experience you trying to tell other people to do this or not do that so you can feel better.  Very powerful learning opportunity.  The question is, will you falter, will you stumble under the distress that the current political system is providing for you? Will you stay grounded?  Will you stay centered?  This is probably the greatest learning opportunity of your collective lifetimes.  We know that some of you lived during the depression and WWII.  Those were powerful learning opportunities, too. We know that these powerful learning opportunities do not affect children the same way as an adult.  People form their view of the world during their childhood. So, if you happen to be a child right now, this is forming how you will view the world for the remainder of your life. But if you are an adult, your views are formed. Right now you are experiencing a profound opportunity to experience what it is to be human.  What we mean by that is the fact that you get to choose how to respond.

P:  I try to keep myself separate from the political arena and atmosphere.  I concentrate on myself and learn repeatedly to re-center and re-ground myself.  I’m being kind of selfish.  It’s self-defense from all the stuff I can’t do anything about.  Is part of my problem depression?  I don’t feel depressed or think depressed.  I feel spiritually I am better off than any other time in my life, but I cannot get myself to function even though I feel really good in many ways.  I barely keep up with what I need to do with my day-to-day living and it’s becoming very frustrating.  Is that part of the overall condition?

H:    We appreciate your comments which take us in the direction we wanted with our conversation tonight. The direction we are going to take is manifesting.  The previous Higgins spent a significant length of time helping you understand vibration and emotions, so you’re pretty clear about the theory behind what you are doing.  In this stage of the Knowledge Phase, we are expressing the same topics with a different twist.  We want you to have the knowledge of what it is like to create.

Example: Friend (specific participant), you have a daughter. If we said that she is not yours, what would you say to that?

P: Ridiculous.

H: Biologically speaking you know without a doubt that she is yours. We want you to know creating in the same way you know you gave birth to that child. No doubt. No doubt about creation.  No doubt about how to do it.  No doubt in your mind that you are a powerful participant in the unfolding of your world and the world around you.

Friends. We know that you do not like to hear these words. Those people who are doing what they are doing in the political world are there, not because of the people who voted for them. We will go so far as to say that the person who is your president was not put there by the people who voted for him, he was put there by you. The people who did not want him are the ones who put him there. Do you understand why?

P: No.

P: Contrast?

H: You live in a realm of contrast. You are currently seeing one aspect of contrast.  You were living a different aspect of contrast with the previous president.  We say that you put this one in office because of what you have focused on. You focus on the things you do not want. When you see this person you focus on all the negative aspects that you see in him. You all began building this presidency, and the last, many years ago. This president was, in essence, put into office years before he started running for president, by the thoughts you had years ago, and the thoughts you continue to have. You can’t unravel all the thoughts you had years ago. 

Life is circular.  This scenario has come up before and it was a terrible experience on the planet.  Now what will you do with this next opportunity?  Will you fear and hate in such a way that you draw similar results as what happened the last time around? (Talking about Hitler and WW11).  Or will you find love and compassion as you face your fear of the person who is in the White House? Will you help him be one of your finest presidents?  If you will fearlessly, like a warrior, look for the positive aspects of what he is doing, you (en masse) will be able to guide his trajectory towards positive. If you focus on the negative you will guide his trajectory towards the negative.

He is (and all of you are) walking paths that converge and diverge from your personal truth. You have the capacity to make your own choices as to how you will respond, yet you often allow yourselves to be persuaded by the energy frequency of others. Will you allow your fear to take over and give him the impetus to move in the direction of your greatest fears? Or will you choose to stay centered. Will you choose to look for the opportunity his approach provides you? He is here as a gift for those of you who are waking up.  Will you accept his gift?

This political situation is a planetary agreement.

P: Bus story shared (possibly not caught in its entirety):  The bus asked us what we want to learn in this lifetime and the bus created the circumstances for us to travel in so we could learn what we wanted to learn.  We have created the perfect situation for ourselves. 

P: I have a very different sense of watching what is going on in the planet. 

H: It is very difficult to believe that this situation was created by you for you but it was.  And, you have this beautiful opportunity to choose the thoughts you are going to have, to stay focused in your positivity, to take the effort it takes to maintain your powerful thought. Or not.  If enough of you can stay focused, calm, you will go through this easily.  If enough of you continue to fight (harbor resistant emotions), then you will go through it the hard way. 

If the masses choose the hardway (fighting against and resisting) you as individuals may still proceed the easy way. If you as individuals will cease fighting and choose to focus on the goodness that surrounds you instead, you will be OK.  You can thrive where others may not.  There are as many scenarios as there are people.  This is the shift of the ages. The hope is that you will all choose to go through it smoothly and easily.

Two years a go, the entity went to Arkansas to visit a friend.  One of the things she did was go to a park with a deep water cave.  While there all these divers were gathered.  She asked what they were doing.  “We are working on a TV documentary which we hope to sell.  This is one of the deepest caves discovered in North America.” 

The entity paid attention to what happened with the dive because she was interested in eventually watching the documentary. She discovered that the dive was aborted because one of the divers died. While two divers were down in the cave quite some distance, they discovered a secondary cave opening. The more experienced diver went in first after somehow signaling to the 2nd diver to wait.  He did not wait. He followed into the narrow opening which turned out to be a very small space. He panicked and struggled and died there.

Imagine you are the one who died, struggling in fear.

Imagine you are the one who lived, maintaining your composure while the other struggles, fights, and dies while you observe, helpless to intervene. The only thing you can do is remain calm.

That experience is apropos to that which we are discussing.  If you will be the rock-steady diver you will survive just fine and help others along the way.  If you panic you will not have a good experience.  Stay focused, calm, safe being good in relationships. Take care of body, mind and spirit. Then you are helping yourself to stay stable and not panic.  It is vitally important not to panic.  You may see and experience things you do not want to see or experience. Yet, you will look for healthy ways to express yourself and find solutions in so doing. 

Example: you do not like the idea of what they are doing with the educational system.  Maybe you need to develop a new system about how education works.  Your educational system is not working well:  students shooting one another, depressed, suicidal.  Think up a new system for educating your children and yourselves. Have conversations about this.  If you fight (anything) you won’t succeed.  Find a way to work on a solution.

The beauty of this is that as you work on solutions that are important to you, you will also discover your happiness. You will discover your talents and find opportunities to employ them.

Here is the beauty of this: If each one of you finds a way to express yourself, you will find your joy.  The things you do may seem small and insignificant from your perspective but know that when a butterfly beats its wings, the whole universe is aware.

Friend, M, you write funny poems about what is going on.  It is a way to express yourself that in the end is of value to other people simultaneously. 

Friend, K, if you start expressing your heartbreak in your art, you can imagine the beauty.

This is not the worst time on the planet.  It is perhaps the best time on the planet.  If you will embrace the next 4 years as a golden opportunity, you will experience wonderful bliss.  You will move to the bliss end of the spectrum.  This is really your opportunity for wonder instead of horror. 

P: Some things may look like resistance but it depends on how it is done.  With regard to the USAID shutdown: people are starving and dying.  If I call and express my opposition, doing it out of my desire to not have hungry children, it may not be a negative vibration; depends on the spirit in which it is done.

(Note: Higgins is absolutely in agreement with this, ‘depends on the spirit in which it was done. Importantly, spirit in this use must mean emotion. If it is positive, working toward feeding a child until it can feed itself, then it is in alignment. If it means avoidance of hunger then it is less useful.)

I will not support defunding of USAID.  Trump is a destroyer. (We need to) take action to reverse its happening.  I need to find a positive way to approach it.

H: Those starving people are not the problem.  Your problem is you.  They also have their connection to Source.  They have their own guidance system and one of the hardest things for you physicals to learn to embrace is that you are not here to solve other people’s problems.  You are here to solve the puzzle of you. 

P: Part of my puzzle is to express what I believe. 

H: Metaphor: There is a bus coming down the road and someone is shuffling down the road and the bus will surely hit them but you grab the person out of the way and the bus passes safely by.  That intention behind your action is what is important. If you are 100% against what they are doing then you will struggle.  If you look at what they are talking about and help in your way to help them find their success, then you are starting to go in the right direction.  Understand how to be you and let them be them.

 P:  I do get angry so this is challenging.  Hard to keep my eyes on the positive. 

H:  in what ways can you in your life directly help animals be safe and have a healthy environment to live in?

P: Doing quite a bit.  I drive an electric car, have solar panels on my house so I am a zero emission person.  Making my yard a habitat.  I can express myself more and write more. 

H: We ask that so you can consider positive ways you can help them.  You are doing a very good thing.  This is hands-on love gifts that you are making to help the animals/environment.  When you take action towards your goal of having healthy animals, you cause yourself to feel more powerful.  If you could find such healthy ways to promote well-being on the planet with regard to your feelings for USAID, you would have better success. 

With your writing skills, you could research some of the good things that organization does (referring to USAID).  The reason we are bringing this up is that no matter how seemingly small and insignificant your attempts to counter the effects of the USAID shutdown may feel to you, they are the flapping of butterfly wings. So, grow your own vegetable garden.  You will not get that food directly to hungry recipients, but what you are saying to the universe is that there is abundance on this earth and the soil will grow food.  We know Africa is capable of being a breadbasket of the world but needs some stabilization.  If you would tend your garden and worked with the soil and water and ate produce you grew yourself you would be creating a stable environment where food and obtaining/providing food was approached in a different manner 

P:  When Obama, Clinton and Biden were elected, was it the people who didn’t want them in who elected them? 

H:  It always works that way.  If you have two people, one side wants it and one side doesn’t but both contribute to the situation that brings them forward.

(Much confusion about this.  Higgins said that they will figure out better words next week to explain what they mean.)

P:  is there a law to describe this? 

H:  Law of Attraction. If you don’t want something, you are going to get it.  If you are thinking about something that is frightening, you will get it.   Look at what is going on and find the best in it that you can and work towards a solution – very much like solar panels and a wildlife – friendly back yard- because it is all about viable solutions rather than fear, anger, protests, etc. 

While peaceful prayer protests are ‘better’ than angry protests, a protest is still a protest. You are working against something.  But working together in alignment with the truth of who they are is more powerful in a positive way than a protest.

If you are thinking positively, you will find your way through.  Let’s say you are in Vietnam and walking down the trail and you go home unscathed.  Another person loses his legs and another loses his arms.  Why?  It is about vibration.  It may seem different but it is still the same Law of Attraction working out in different avenues. (Including response to pre-birth agreements.)

Higg(in)s Notes from February 5, 2025

While we are coming in, set your intentions for your transactions with us this evening.  Start with a 5 minute meditation.  Breathe. Allowing your energy to settle.  Flow.  Think about having your feet on the drain in a bathtub.  Turn on the faucet and energy flows through you from head to toe and down the drain.  You are the faucet.

P:  I feel buffeted by the tumult of the world.  I would like reminders of restoring and maintaining equilibrium. 

H:  You have played tennis.  When you are using your racket to strike the ball where are your eyes focused?

P:  On the ball. 

H:  everything that is happening around you are merely red herrings to take your attention from the ball.  One thing that helps maintain equilibrium is understanding the things that are important to you.  What are your goals? Who are the people that are important?  What things do you like to do?

Answer these questions. Then keep your eyes on those things. Treat those things that are important to you as if you are growing a plant.  Give it water, food, sunlight, etc.  Look at your life and decide what things are important to you then do not take your eyes off the ball. 

What bothers you about this answer?

P:  Things that are important to me – what I do and how I live are important to me. But what I do and how I live also includes the country I am living in and part of my eye is on that ball.  I understand in part what you are saying. 

H:  Give us one of the many things that are happening in your country.  One thing.

P:  My President has decided the U.S. can own Gaza and develop it as a rich resort. 

H:  You cannot control another person.  As long as you try to control another person, you will not be successful.  You cannot control those things that another person does. 

P:  How do I retain my own equanimity?

H: Your current president is going to say whatever he says and it is likely going to upset you. There are several things you can do. We would like you to practice “what if ownership of Gaza as a resort is a good idea?  What if the people who live there now would benefit from the tourism trade?  What if there were good things about that that you can’t see right now?”  Look for the doog.  The Universal manipulation is exquisite and these things are happening to help you stay centered. This is a learning opportunity for you to decide what you want and an opportunity to create something as an answer to the problem. 

When you and the entity were talking today and yesterday about think tanks and how you might get together with like-minded people and talk about ideas and solutions, one of the questions that came up is what are the qualities that you would like to see in your president?  When you see something that bothers you, especially, ESPECIALLY,  as profoundly as your current president is bothering many of you, this is a  BIG, HUGE  opportunity for you as individuals or you as a group to think up some kind of solution.  You can’t do anything to change Trump. But you could start a conversation about what qualities in the president you would like to see. What would thrill you? What would your solution to Gaza’s problem be? How would you approach these things? 

One option:  As you begin to think of a solution, you are living out your intentions for your life experience.  You’re smiling.  What are you thinking? 

P:  I’m laughing because I was going to write to Senator Murray and the entity said before I fire off an angry letter I should offer some solutions.  And I said I have no solutions, I’m just mad. 

H:  We applaud you.  You are responding to your anger.  If you do not respond to your anger, it builds up and you feel less powerful to the point that you are impotent.  So now you fire off a letter. Then what is your next more powerful step? 

Restore your equanimity – laughter is a good way.  Staying centered on the things that are important to you is another way.  Recognizing that you cannot control another person is a great way to restore your equanimity and thinking up potential solutions is another way to restore your equanimity.  Could you write a solution in 4 lines that rhyme? 

P:  I could write my thoughts in 4 lines that might rhyme.

H:  Friend, we see you are laughing and you are much lighter than when we began this conversation.

 We know you are resistant to the idea of trying to solve the world’s problems because it is a pretty big problem.  But if not you, then who? You are looking for something to do.   You have a computer.  You are not going blind. You can figure out solutions with the tools and the skills and capabilities you have.  You could do something of value.  And when we say these things, we feel people saying (thinking), “Oh wait, thanks Higgins why don’t you just do it?”

Well, we don’t do it because we can’t do it.  Right?  We can help you think things up.  We can help you with ideas. We can help you understand how things work but in the end you’re the ones in physical and you have to take action.  We always say, “It’s not a whole lot of action.  It could be hard but not that hard, because the hard things are broke into jillions of small easy steps. You’re the one it is bothering. 

Your daughter says, “Mom I know exactly what you should do.”  The person who has the idea, the angst, or is bothered by something, that is the sign that you are the person who should work on it. If it bothers you it is for you to find a solution    You see something that needs to be done you take a step on it.  Why do you take a step on it?   For your happiness, for your interest, because you will feel potent.   That brings you back to feeling your equanimity and gives you a feeling of power.  When you take action you are no longer feeling there is nothing you can do about it. You absolutely can do something about it.  It might be seemingly infinitesimal; it may seem like nothing to you. But it is not unimportant. No matter how large or small the step you are invited to take you are never being asked to do something more than you can do. Sometimes the steps are so small that you physicals don’t bother to take them.  But they are so powerful and so important.    We want you to understand WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT BOTHERS YOU, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO MUST RESOLVE IT. 

(Long conversation about what Trump is saying about Gaza.) 

P:  Whatever his motivation, the absurdity of what he wants to do is invigorating other world leaders on the topic of peace. Everyone is now talking about Gaza.  Trump could get a dialogue going in another direction that could get us closer to peace.

P:  I’m going back to what Higgins said about what I can do.  I can speak.  I am reminded of what Martin Niemöller said:  First they came for the communists and I didn’t speak.  Then they came for the socialists and I didn’t speak because I wasn’t a communist or a socialist.  Then they came for the Jews and I didn’t speak because I wasn’t a Jew.  Then they came for me and there was no one to speak up.  I think I hear what Higgins is saying.  I can speak.

P:  I think that is what’s happening is Trump inadvertently is a huge catalyst for change and I believe the change will be very positive because people are speaking up and we are not going to sit back this time.  He had to come back because we  didn’t get it the last time he was president. 

H:  Getting back to K, we appreciate you looking for doog. 

P:  What exactly is doog?

H:  the opposite of good is bad.  We want you to consider the opposite of good as being doog.  When you are in the valley and look up at the mountains, you say wow, what beautiful mountains.  If you are on the mountains and looking into the valley you say “what a beautiful valley.”  Opposite of good doesn’t have to be bad.  It can just be opposite or something else.  We are helping you on a regular basis with this concept of doog.

Your physical health, vision, abilities, whatever, are limited by your thoughts about yourself, not about what you actually can do.  You may not be able to do it as easily as you once did.  Your body may not feel good while you are doing it. As you experience ‘aging’ you may not want to express yourself by the physical means you have left because what you are capable of now is not the robust way you perceive yourself, but if you will  start looking for the doog in your current state of health, whatever it is, you will find ways to express yourself that are very useful.  If, perhaps, small.  But, remember, when a butterfly flaps its wings, the whole universe knows this was done. Your small efforts are heard just as loudly in the Universe as much as the big ones.

P:  I believe in miracles and I am not giving up on the miracle. 

H: We believe in miracles, too.  What miracle are you looking for? 

P:  Improved vision and now my hearing is a bit wonky so hearing, too.

H:  Miracles do happen.  There are other countries who are more willing to let miracles happen than this one.  We are pleased with your comment.  You expect your body to do what you need it to do.  We understand that the body times out.  It isn’t as easy to see or hear; variations are true for everyone.  Different things happen to different people.  Time changes things.  We know that you can live life right up to your last day very well.  Illnesses – whether they be vision, or hearing problems or cancers- whatever they are, are long-held beliefs finally showing up in your physical body.  We want you to focus on your happy things.  Focus on your goals and the things that are important to you.  As you do this, other things don’t have a home. 

You know of petri dishes? When you are going forward in joy; when you are living your life the way you want to live; when you have identified what the perfect life is.  As you are living that perfect-for-you life, then those things don’t have a healthy environment to live in.  You are not a successful petri dish for them when you are happy and feeling powerful and positive. These things are only good for growth when you are not thinking positively.  Law of Attraction happens.   All the things you have been thinking about aging for a long time have shown up.  We know how hard it is for you to hear these words and claim them.  You say, “I would not have done this to myself.”  You didn’t do this on purpose.  The Law of Attraction showed up and that is why it appears that as you age you get illnesses.   It is just that all these things you have been thinking for a very long time are showing up.

The entity for a long time could barely walk around.  Now she has a shoulder problem. These are things that she carries with her chronically.  No matter how hard or what we say she still has the belief that things are hard and she can’t do it.  Well, the painful feet and sore shoulder are things that show up. But if she would say, “Yes, but look at all these smaller things that are metaphors for this,” and, “Wait, I’m doing that every day,” she would fill her life with success rather than failures and soon her health would improve. That goes for each of you.

We know that you are achieving your goals every single day and we would have you look for your successes every day.  Brushed your teeth = success!  Brushed my hair = success! Put some clothes on.  Woo hoo!  Pat yourself on the back.  Make sure that you are acknowledging the things that you do. 

Let’s go back to creation:  this is not just theoretical that your beliefs and thoughts  show up in your life experience.  When you get something that you want, if you can carry that uplifted feeling with you that will help bring the thing that you want.  You have to develop in yourself not just happy thoughts but believing thoughts. 

If you think about getting up and  going from here to there you don’t think about  it very much. It isn’t hard for you to do because you know how to do it.

To M:  If we were to tell you that M wasn’t your child, what would you say? 

M:  so what? 

H: We know that you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that M is your child. 

M:  Far as I know.  If you can believe that the thing that you want is yours as powerfully as you know M is your child, then it is yours in every case.  The trick to creating is to make an environment that is friendly towards the thing that you want.  Look at the smaller things in front of you, because the thing you want is already right there.  The thing that you want is right there.  The entity is not recognizing it because it doesn’t look like what she wanted and it won’t for a while so look right there.  It may not look like what you want now but it is there in front of you.  Look at what you have. You have everything you need when you need it but you don’t recognize it because it doesn’t look the way you thought it would look.  If you begin to acknowledge that you have so many of the things that you need and want and start expressing your satisfaction and gratitude for the things you have, such as how well your mind works, how well you articulate your words, etc. you have many things that are going very well for you.  If you have a thing you want to grow, you have to tend it like a garden.  Choose what you want and then tend it. 

The Entity did something today and it will make her $30.  Will $30 shift her life overtly?  No.  But is it like butterfly’s wings?  Yes.  When you start butterfly wings flapping you will start noticing the things you want are showing up.  You have it but you haven’t noticed you have it.  Each one of you tell us one thing right now that you really appreciate about your life.  (we did).

We encourage you at least once a day find quiet time to appreciate things that you appreciate. Do you remember the book Frederick?  

P: Oh yes, my favorite book of all time.

H:  tell us about Frederick. 

P:    He is a mouse whose mind is full of colors, and his mind is full of beauty and his mind is full of wonder and his mind is full of experiences. All around him all the other mice are rustling and being busy getting ready for the winter and getting the food and Frederick is dreaming of his memories and color and beauty and experiences.   Other mice are angry with Frederick because he isn’t doing his part to store food for the winter.  Then winter comes and when the food supplies run low Frederick tells them about his memories, beauty, color and experiences and the mice have something to help them get through the long, cold winter nights. 

Think about the things that are beautiful – sunrises and sunsets and beautiful snowfall -and spend some time every day thinking things are going well for you, beautifully for you.  That in itself will create a very positive environment. 

Goal setting:  We have said many times your work from where you are to where you want to go is not hard.  The steps will be shown to you.  They may be small and easy to take and there may be a lot of them.  You won’t be expected to jump hurdles you can’t jump but you may need to build steps to get over the hurdles.    There are all sorts of things you can do to get from Point A to Point B.  You can’t get to Point B if you don’t decide on a goal.  We are encouraging you to set some goals.  Set achievable goals. If a goal for you seems not achievable, it’s only not achievable because you don’t make small enough steps toward your goals to get there.    We really want you to think about goals this week and instead of thinking about your perfect life which some of you are having a hard time deciding, think about some goals that you have.  See how good it feels to start working toward goals and achieving something.  End result may be way over there and you can start taking steps today.  Make small enough goals to get to the bigger goals.  Take steps today:  set little goals that will take you on your route.  It is fun.  You can feel potent every time you succeed in a goal.  10,000 small successes that lead to one huge one.

P:  What do you think about affirmations? Muhammed Ali says it is the repetition of affirmations that lead to belief and once that belief becomes a deep connection things begin to happen. 

H:  We strongly recommend affirmations. 

P:    I think saying something over and over again is not very powerful.  It is just mindless repetition.  Maybe I’m doing it wrong. 

H:  We like affirmations.  If you do not get a powerful feeling then you need to back down from affirmations until you do believe them.  Somewhere there is truth.  When you say “I want this and I want that” and this works for you, keep going and at the same time reword an affirmation till you do believe it.  You can say “I am really good at math” and you don’t believe it.  Instead maybe say “I want to be really good at math” and you can wrap your mind around that. Or, say “I am really good at adding and subtracting all the numbers between one and 10.”  That would be true.  You just need to back down to a place where you believe the statement and then step it up a little at a time until you get to the more powerful statement you started out with. We believe affirmations can be very powerful.  They help you move in the right direction.  You hear things over and over as a child , we know you did, that set your path for you.  And that was very successful.  You were helped along in the direction you wanted to go.  Affirmations can be used to turn the old things around. 

Example for Participant: Here are the ways I am of value:   I help animals at the clinic.  I help out at church. I am a good friend.  There are many more ways you are of value and you can think them up because you know your life better than anyone. And so start finding the ways that  bring you into  connection with your affirmations because they are very powerful.  The more you hear something the more quickly the subconscious begins to believe it.

Higgins 1/29/25

We have talked about wanting: identifying the things you want and focusing powerfully on positivity so you align energetically with the things you want.  If you are staying in a positive vibrational level you will bring nice things to yourself.   We see and feel it is time, for you are ready to achieve your goals.  There is a difference between wanting to receive something and being ready to receive something. 

You are all ready to begin to receive things you want.  The entity asked if we could talk about lassoing the thing you want and bringing it down. 

P: What is critical mass?

H: When one person thinks positively and powerfully, that one person is more powerful than millions who are not in alignment with their creative power.  Nevertheless, one person will not shift the current administration the way you want.  However, even as we say this we also say there is nothing wrong with the current administration.  We know you are fearful, but if you will focus on your positive outcomes that you have in mind, you will have positive outcomes for yourself.  And, if enough of you shift your thought process into alignment with doog you can achieve the critical mass needed to make the shifts you desire. The critical mass.  It is the number of people thinking the same thing that it takes to get any shift to happen. 

P:  It is like the snowball effect?

H: Yes.  It gets going and rolls and eventually it has a big impact from a small thing.

H: Bringing your manifestation down.

Cyclones and tornadoes circle and circle.  You are the tip of that energetic cyclone.  You are stirring energy and you are inviting it to circle around you till it manifests through you.  The more powerful that cyclone you stir up, the quicker and with greater power you bring things to fruition. 

P: How do we stir up that cyclone so it’s more than just a dust devil?

H: Cyclones are very powerful and destructive.  We have to look at energy cyclones from the perspective of doog.  Many of you know what it is to be angry and blow your top.  When you blow your top, you are powerfully expressing energy.  Many times when you are super angry, people succumb to your desires.  Learning to manifest the things you want with intentional cyclone energy is the same as blowing your top with anger. The difference being you are drawing in your manifestation with peaceful believing and powerful expectations that what you want will be done.  One of our goals is to help you figure out how to develop that powerful energy cyclone with positive expectation.  It is not something we can teach you, because teaching is not. Learning is. We can share what we know but we cannot make you understand it.  You can practice.

When lifting weights you don’t start with 500 pounds.  You might start with 2 lbs. then work your way up.  Takes years to work up to 1,000 lbs.  One step is practice, practice, practice the thought process about being positive.  The next step is picking something you want and bringing it to fruition. 

We want you to practice doing those kinds of things.  At the end of your day, what successes did you have?  It is about practicing and thinking through your day and lining up your successes.  When you brush your teeth, it is a success.  When you answer the phone it is a success.  When you do the dishes, it is a success.  When you go walking that is a success. You build up your successes and that builds up your power. 

Friend, D, stand up and walk around your chair and sit back down.   

Participant stands, turns around, then walks around chair and sits back down.

H: How did you do that? 

D: I put pressure on my feet and used my leg muscles, turned, wiggled chair around. 

H: You did one of those sideways steps with your feet. 

D: I don’t really think about it.

H: When you moved your foot to the side how did you do that? 

D: My brain wills it and my muscles do it.

H: Yes, you willed it into being.  How do you manifest something?  You will it into being.  When you understand what the steps are it is very easy to do and you simply do it. 

(Did I come out of trance to say this next bit? Can’t remember but it does help clarify what Higgins was talking about.)

Entity: Another person and I practiced manifestation techniques for 21 days and a great thing happened she wasn’t expecting.  She was taking the steps and an unexpected and wonderful thing happened. 

P: Yes. I had a leak and the plumber said it would be $1800 to fix plus fixing the wall he’d have to destroy to get to the leak.  With new technology he fixed the leak for $600.  It is a miracle. 

P: When I was about 12 I wanted a dog and we couldn’t get one.  But I wanted one so bad I visualized a white puppy and holding it etc.  Did this for several weeks then we went somewhere and there was a white puppy.  My parents caved and I got it.

H: You defined your want.  You decided what you wanted and hugged it before you had it.  You made it happen.  You felt what it would be like to have a puppy.  When you start feeling what it is like to have that thing, then it happens.

(Cheryl adds: Hugging it before you have it helps stimulate the energy cyclone that is necessary for manifestation.)

P: I just wanted the puppy and all my energy was there. 

H: You were more clearly connected to your eternal self at that time.  Now, it is much harder.  You now have so much (of the material/physical things that people want) it is hard to define what you want.  You get to do something that is satisfying and wonderful and you develop the understanding that when you do that which is wonderful, a lot of other small wonders will happen.  If you can get that good feeling and get some art time in you will be uplifted and it will be easier to get your house clean. 

P: How did we lose our connection to our eternal self? 

H: It was the plan to forget your connection with the Source when you chose your family experience.

Remember the game Pin and Tail on the Donkey?  You got blindfolded and spun around and handed a tail to pin on the donkey. You were so disoriented you couldn’t find the donkey.  That is the reason your family disoriented you, to get you disoriented from the direction (the clarity) that would lead too easily to your goals for this lifetime. Disoriented, you would forget how to find your donkey.  Everyone of you is programmed to know that your donkey is out there but don’t really know what it is. 

P: Regarding attracting what you want. Been doing a lot of reading about allowing.  Allowing what we want to come to us and not putting up barriers and the other part of allowing is allowing others to be the way they are.  Can you comment? 

H: The word for blocks is resistance.  These things we have been talking about is releasing resistance.  Anything you want can slide in when you feel loving.  When you are feeling loving. 

P:  Am struggling with allowing our political situation, and allowing others to be the way they are and doing what they are doing and not try to change that.  (Scribe’s note: Remember last week Higgins caid we cannot change others.  We can change ourselves.)

H: It is the 80th anniversary of freeing people in Auschwitz.  Our friend M  remembers Hitler rising to power.  It is hard to believe that those people who died at the concentration camps on some level agreed to that horror.  It is very difficult to believe but it is true.  As we are looking at the similarities today it is very hard looking at deportations and thinking it is similar to rounding up people in WWII.  And yet these people on some level agreed to this.  Not consciously.  They agreed to this so this group (Cheryl’s note: Higgins literally meant our circle of participants, but also meant humanity in general) could have the emotions and practice staying focused on your donkey.  ……  Do not let this spin you around so you can’t find your donkey.  It is another opportunity for you to become disoriented and lose your center and lose your focus.

Higgins, January 15, 2025

We would very much like to know whether any or all of you set your intention for your interactions with us before 7 pm Wednesday evenings.  If so, what do you say?  Are you setting your intentions for your interactions with us before you get here?

(We mostly said no, we don’t.) 

Participant:  do you mean think of questions beforehand? 

H:  No, it is pre-paving.  When you get in your car do you intend safety, arriving in a timely manner, wanting a good parking space, etc? In the same way, are you setting your intentions with us before you get here? 

Let’s take a moment and think. If you had set your intentions ahead of time of this interaction with us for the next 90 minutes what would they be? 

Participant:  For me I want a better understanding of my life and clarity of my role in it.

Participant:  I just always  want to feel better and expect to feel better.  But I feel guilty because that is what I am supposed to do myself.

H:  Let us assuage your guilt.  We are here to help you with that. 

Participant:  I am appreciating the practical tips on thinking positive.  Hearing things again helps me keep learning and I practice more.  The support of other people and experiences is helpful to me, too.  At night I go through the Solstice Charm and look at what good things happened to me. Practical application is really important.

Participant:  I always expect wisdom from Higgins and that is what I get.  Knowledge that can help me in daily life and the Universe, a wider view of the world and the Universe of things we don’t know about like the way the earth’s vibration is changing.  Big events like floods, fires I think Higgins can give me a better perspective.  I try to get up the courage to share with Higgins some personal things.  That is hard for me. 

Higgins:  regarding personal items, if you will talk to us directly through the week, we can weave answers to those questions into upcoming sessions.  Talk to us tomorrow and we can weave answers into the conversations.

The reason setting your intention is important is because your energy affects us.  We are all intertwined. Your thoughts affect things across the oceans. It actually does.  It may not be visible to you.

There is only God and you are part of this whole thing. It’s like a living, breathing organism. And one of you might be a thumb and another might be a finger.  The broader scope knows you.  Knows you are hurting and knows about what you want.  And, when you let us know in advance it draws the energy more powerfully through us and through the entity.  When your wanting is more powerful, then she is more clear.  

A powerful example by Mike Dooley is “get up and go and the Universe will go with you.  When a mother duck decides to go does she wait for all the ducklings to get in line?  No. She starts swimming and they follow her.   You start swimming, and we will join you.  It is so much more powerful.  When you tell us what you want, you start pulling our energy more powerfully.  And if you can bring us your thoughts very hard, that draws us forward very hard.  This is important because (name of participant) and Cheryl have been talking about clarity.  Clarity really comes via you pulling hard.  Duck example is same thing as pulling us through more clearly because you are pulling us through harder.  It is very helpful if you will set your intention ahead of time.  Maybe the Thursday after the session.  If you are thinking ahead of time it will help improve what we bring to you. You are creating us as you ask these questions.

Participant:  I thought I understood how to experience joy, but I don’t think I really do understand how.  

Higgins:  Let’s go back to the spectrum.  Way over here is the negative side where you can feel negative and way over here is the positive.  You can only move through one emotion at a time like the keys on a piano.  You cannot skip steps.  Let’s say the entity wants increased prosperity.  The universe knows what increased prosperity is, but when she says “I want a million dollars tomorrow,” her belief system is “yeah, but I don’t know how to do that. I can’t do that.”    We say “If you could achieve the compatible vibration you could do that,” so technically it is true. The problem with thinking that way, is for example, that you may feel guilty when can’t or don’t do it. When in reality this is not a failure.  It is almost impossible for anyone to do that because it is skipping too many steps. No one can skip that many steps. (Steps are equal to emotions. As an example: One cannot go from disbelieving to believing without experiencing intermediate emotions such as possibility.)

What you really do is move one step to the next, one emotion to the next, one vibrational level to the next.  So you are saying “I don’t know what joy is” that is because joy is way up here and it is at a vibrational level that is so far away you can’t achieve it on a regular basis.  You can achieve joy sometimes.  Your baseline level is not joy.  You are at hope and contentment.  You are at hope and contentment and believing.  And you want to achieve higher emotions. It is not even eager anticipation.  It is not even believing.  You really, really want to believe.  The fact is you are a little lower than actual believing.  You are certainly hopeful and willing to see positive outcomes and as you push yourself too hard it creates a sense of feeling like failing.  But you are not failing, you are simply trying yet another route. 

Let’s give another example.  When you leave your home to visit the entity and her husband, and you are driving.  What route do you take? 

Participant: Northern NM, Utah.

 H:  So when you get to northern NM do you feel frustrated with yourself because you are in northern NM and it doesn’t look like Cheryl’s house?

Participant: No.  I know the entire route by heart and I love it.

H: You are not mad at yourself because you are not at Cheryl’s.  You know the route will take you to Cheryl’s.  You don’t beat yourself up because you are not already at Cheryl’s house. 

In a certain way you are beating yourself up because you understand the theory of living in joy and you haven’t perfected it yet.  We would like you to think about the conversation we have had about living your dream life.  When you start to realize that you have a great deal of freedom in your life, you have opportunities in your life, you get to do fun things in your life, you help people, you maintain friendships, you are kind to animals, and these many things that you do are parts of the expression of your dream life.   As you become clearer and clearer that in many ways you are living your dreams, it is easier to reel in those positive emotions that you crave.  Like joy.

Participant:  I like to read Abraham Hicks, Law of Attraction etc.  I am taking a class at church and we’re reading a book Sacred Secrets – spiritual side of law of attraction.  I find myself analyzing things in my daily life .. Do I like this?  Do I like what is happening with this person?  Feels like I am in my brain too much. Advice? 

Higgins:  You have been listening to Abraham Hicks and other teachers including us who are teaching you to follow your emotions and you are practicing following your emotions.  It takes time to sort his out because it is not something you have been taught.  We are applauding you. Something that might help is to look for the positive in everything.  Whatever you are looking at we want you to look for the positive in it.   That would be extremely useful because it keeps you practicing looking for the positive.  It does take practice.  You are trying something new on a regular basis.  That is huge. In your life, your time has been decided for you because you were working and raising a family. Now you get to re-decide who you are which is a wonderful opportunity.  We feel you are looking at this opportunity not as something joyful but as an absence of something wonderful.  Instead, we would coach you to look at every moment as another opportunity to try something new, something you like and look for the positive.  When you look at your home find what you love about it, what you love about your relationship with your husband and your church and reconsider your relationship to these things. You have carefully crafted your home and life and everything was put there for some reason.    If you could remember those reasons and look at it with new eyes you would have a new appreciation for where you are and as you have a new appreciation for where you are then it is even more fun to launch into new these new activities.

Participant:  OK. What happens is I see something I don’t like and then that can tell how to go towards something I do like.  But I want to change this.  Then I feel I get negative about it. 

Higgins:  OK give us an example no matter how small so we can follow your train of thought.   

Participant:  In our living and dining room there is hardly anything we bought ourselves.  Some of it is getting not very pleasant to use or look at.   Hard for me to think of ways I can change it.  I want to be more creative and change things. 

Higgins:  is it the dining room table you would like to change or the carpet or the paint or the whole room? 

P:  not the whole room.  What happens is my husband likes it the way it is. 

H:  when you want one thing and someone close to you wants another, it is like swimming upstream to try and make a change   Rather than fight it, (that is a losing battle) we would have you focus on positive traits about your husband.  He is frugal, a man of character, he is helpful (he helped put in a garden).  As you begin to focus on positive traits you like about him, you begin to soften his resistance.  This is not manipulation.  You are bringing him into harmony with you, much like converging on a path and then walking along together.  Then you can begin talking with him and including him in the change.

When you were raising kids and said child go clean your room, you probably were met with some resistance.  However, if you said come with me and we will clean your room together you probably had less resistance.  Same thing with your husband.  I don’t like this furniture and I want to change it.  You have to get him coming with you in some way.  Not talking manipulation here.  We are talking about genuinely getting him on board.  You might say, you know this piece of furniture is still bothering me.  I think if we had a piece that looked like this we might like the way the house looks better, or I might like the way the house looks better.  Include him in the process and it will be easier to have those conversations.  Might be a bumpy road at first, but as you practice this, you will begin to find what his needs are.  If he is resistant about changing the furniture, is it about money? Or does he have an energy investment stuck in that piece of furniture and doesn’t want to lose it? And if so, would he be willing to do an energy retrieval and take the energy back he invested in that piece?  

There are all kinds of different ways to start down the road with him.  We tend to butt heads a lot.  These are good tips.  We understand it sometimes seems frustrating that perhaps you feel you are putting more energy into cooperating in this relationship than your husband may be putting in.  However, remember in the end your life is all about you and how you handled the opportunities that came your way.   He is not a stumbling block in your life experience, he is your greatest opportunity.  As you are grateful for the learning opportunity he is giving you, and you will see it, you will find there is much good in this marriage. You just have to  seek it, expect it and grow it like a plant. 

Participant:  I have been feeling a lot that something is trying to get my attention.  I get messages but I don’t know how to facilitate the messages.  I have a native medallion that was given to me when I was 22 for an act of service.  It is precious to me but it has become like wall art and I hardly ever notice it.   Yesterday when I opened my eyes and I walked by it and thought of the name of the woman who gave it to me, Nadine Fiddler, and how I got it.  I haven’t thought about her in years. This gave me an opportunity to re-live the very positive experiences.  Last night sitting in my chair I normally don’t watch tv at 9 pm but I was too lazy to get up from my chair and I saw a tv program coming on and there was a documentary of Nadine Fiddler’s family at Pine Ridge Reservation. In that documentary it was like a re-learning.  I am having more of these kinds of things.  Is there something I am supposed to be paying attention to?  Or I don’t have the techniques to pursue the information that is presented?

 Higgins:  You have bumped into and noticed the flow of the Universe.    The Universe is always talking to you. We are so pleased you heard it. It’s like a book you can read, and you were paying attention. We think you are asking is there something more you should to do?  Yes, if the something more appears as a next step you will be awake to take it.  Let it play out.  That is how the Universe works.  You are seeing something interesting to you play out and it is fun.  We would have you revel in it and be awake for the next opportunity.  We would like to add that this serendipity often does lead you somewhere. It is nice this was obvious.  This is what we want you to see because this is living your dream life.  Seeing these little things happen. As you start paying attention to these little bits of serendipity you say “Oh, the Universe is listening to me and I am listening to the Universe and it is lining things up for me.”  It happens when it happens.  Sit back and wait.  Be ready for it and when it does, take the gentle action(s) that you are inspired to. You were listening and received the message loud and clear.  Well done. 

We have mentioned figuring out what your dream life is.  How are you coming in figuring out what is your dream life?      

P: I tend to say I want to be happy and appreciate everything.  It seems like if I would do this in more detail I could do better with my dream life.  It is valuable to me to do the Wednesday sessions.  I have more clarity and see techniques and use them that I don’t very well do on my own. 

Higgins:  we know you have friendships that are important to you and you have a creative side and your health is important to you and finances are important to you and all of you because of the world you live in. As you go through your day we suggest asking yourself “of these things (that are important to me) how can I express that today?”  If friendship is important to me did I express that today?  If being creative is important to me how did I express that today?  The reason for this is that as you are expressing it you are by definition living your dream life.  As you acknowledge more frequently how often you actually get to live your dream life then you are drawing in more of it until virtually every moment is becoming  your dream life.   

And (participant) , this is important.  You have told the entity your home is full of stuff that you love and cherish. You have brought those things into your experience because they brought you some joy at the time.  And, as you begin to realize that your home is filled with your good intentions with the things that you love, you feel more appreciation.  And, as you feel more appreciation for the things that are around you then you start bringing your emotional level up in the direction you want to go. We are not asking you to leap across a canyon.  Look at the things you have in your home and remind yourself why you like them.

Participant:  I feel frustrated. I have been feeling pretty well in the evenings lately although that is the time of day I function the least.  I start thinking about what I am going to do next day and have ideas of things I want to accomplish. And it will be fun.  I forget that when I wake up it is hard for me to move and there is no way I am going to do those things.  I am so stiff and sore.  It doesn’t do me any good to have those happy thoughts about what I am going to do the next day. 

Higgins:  When you think that the next morning, it happens.  You need to break that cycle.  Thoughts are powerful.  You do not have to physically do a task. It is powerful to simply think it through in your mind. 

If you would like your body to feel good, spend some time when you go to sleep and vision yourself feeling good.  (Having a massage, or sitting in a warm tub or doing something in your body or with your body that feels good.)  Spend a few minutes each day visioning your body feeling good.  When you think of all the things you can’t do, you are creating more things that you cannot do. 

What if during the time you are waiting for your physical therapy appointment you thought about alternative solutions?  How would it feel reading a new book?

P:  Great.

Higgins:  Reading is distracting. It is an alternate solution you can escape to even though you can’t do what you want to do.  Maybe do some research on a computer that is interesting.  Distract.  Get your mind off seeing you are not as feeling as good as you want. If you weren’t reading the book, are you physically able to do the stuff?  No.  You know that if you could do it you would.  You can’t do it so you are beating yourself up for something you cannot, in this moment, do anything about.  It is not that you are not doing it. It is that you can’t do it. You are beating  yourself up for not doing something you cannot do.  Envision things done.  Perhaps a tidy kitchen, a vacuumed floor.  Just envision it.  When you find yourself beating up on yourself, distract.

(You may be surprised out how the Universe finds a way to get the floor vacuumed and the kitchen tidied.)

Reminiscing: Thought from December 30, 2005

I’m looking back at some old journals from the year Higgins ‘arrived’. This is a particularly lovely memory.

‘He’ rocked my head in a short back and forth way. Then after some time of that moved my head into a longer rocking motion that coincided with gentle breathing. This latter was very comfortable. Eventually, I was able to ascertain a breathe and release pattern. When I did, he ‘said’, “And as breathing is natural and flowing, so should you take what you need when you need it and release it back when you’re through. Life has a rhythm to it. Constant flux. Take what you need at that time and let the rest pass by.”

Notes from Higg(in)s on January 1, 2025

1/1/25  Higgins

Choose a word for tonight’s session.  Hopefulness, joy, positivity, motivation, harmony, strength.  Tonight, we are doing something different.  Sit with feet on the floor, hands on thighs.  (The point was for them to flow through each member of the group in addition to Cheryl in order to provide better energetic flow during the session. The idea is that one light bulb illuminates a room but seven bulbs will illuminate the room more brightly.)

We want to talk about transformation because the entity had such an awareness about transformation.  Spend every moment of every day looking for a positive thought and not paying attention to difficulties that arise.  She spent a year shifting her thought processes and energetic offering.  Her thought process has changed and her thoughts about herself have changed.  She has a firmer belief that she is okay, not broken, not needing to be fixed.  You all look for reasons to not be good enough.  You hammer home things you were shown as a child.  Except for two aspects, the entity is living the life of her dreams. Because the two aspects are yet to arrive she has felt as though her dream life hasn’t arrived. As her perception shifts to realizing that all the qualities of her perfect life are in place her feelings about her life are shifting. Now she realizes it is perfect and even better is coming, rather than thinking, “It’s not here yet.”

Living your dream life. In what ways do you live your dream life?  Do you have your dream life defined?  Fulfillment, satisfaction – these come from many things.  If you are experiencing challenges, achieving satisfaction and fulfillment may be achieved by volunteering, or other things. What can you do that will be fulfilling?  Can you do volunteer work from sitting in your chair?  If you focus on anything that begins to look like your dream, you will begin to draw it to you.  Important to focus on the positive aspects of your life at all times. Focus on what you can do, not what you can’t do.

Get a clear picture of your perfect life then you can draw it to you. 

At the end of each day look back at your day. Determine the ways in which your life was vibrant, stimulating, fulfilling, etc. You will find them if you learn that even the smallest success count. Read the Solstice Charm and review the ways you achieved those things every day.

Homework:  everyone:  write down your dream life – everything you would like to do.

  1. Make a list of all the things that are important to you.
  2. Make a list of how you like to express that these things are important to you.

(Cheryl’s note: It might look like this…

  • Family
  • Friends
  • Good health
  • Financial fitness
  • Happiness, a positive mindset, good things happening

Then

  • I maintain family connections—I connect with a family member in some way every day (phone call, letter, text, email, direct contact like lunch together, or taking a walk along the river.)
  • I maintain my friendships—I connect with a friend in some way on a regular basis, possibly daily but at least weekly (phone call, letter, text, email, direct contact like lunch together, or taking a walk along the river.)
  • Weekly exercise class, take a walk with a friend, fishing. Those things that are too hard for me, I vision myself doing them, like slamming the tennis ball into the far corner of my opponent’s court, or running on a beach, or skiing down a hill.
  • Money flows in all kinds of ways. I am creative in this regard and find satisfaction in providing for myself and being generous with others.
  • Creating makes me happy. I bake and craft and pet the neighbor’s cat.

All the things I do from the list above make me feel good. In doing these things I live the life of my dreams.

Q: How do we release “negative” emotions – like anger, or sadness? 

H:  this is a piece of work and it involves applying the Law of Economics.  This is where you energetically pay for the shift you intend in your thought process.  If you don’t want to be angry, and you mean it then you must do something to shift your perception.

Every time you catch yourself being angry, find a way to think positively.  You can start with positivity cards (like the entity made).  Have someone ready to help you consistently keep a positive attitude.  Entity asked her husband to help her. After 6 months of consistently reminding her and assisting her to more powerful thoughts, he released her to fly on her own.  She also asked her mom to help her as well.  Be consistent.  When you fail, get back on course.  Entity worked every moment she was awake.  Do whatever it takes to distract yourself. Walk, read whatever you need to do to take your mind off anger, sadness, etc.  This is hard.  Takes time, energy, commitment.  It will work for you.  BUT you cannot pretend to do it and wonder why it isn’t working for you. 

Result:  you should feel happy, positive thoughts.  Over time it should get easier for you to look for and find the nice things that already exist in your life.  You will want to look for the positive because you recognize the benefit you get from it:  YOU FEEL GOOD!

Next topic: Awfulness in the news again.  There is a balance of power in the world, a range of positive and negative and in the physical realm positive and negative has been experienced as good or evil.  What needs to occur is the balance of positive and negative needs to change from good vs. evil to good vs. doog. 

Do you understand the balancing energy in the Universe is Source energy (God)?  God is the power source and God is a spectrum.  On one end of the spectrum one may experience negativity and on the other end experience positivity.  There must be (and there is) balance in the Universe. Currently, you all experience the two ends of the spectrum of energy as good and bad, power or powerless, sick or healthy, good or evil.

We want you to learn to find the positive in everything…EVERTHING.  Then you will begin to experience the two ends of the spectrum as good vs. doog. There are other people who are living their lives and have the same right that you have to pursue whatever interests them:  maybe that’s driving their vehicle into a crowd of people.

There must be a different kind of shift.  You cannot cause another person to think differently. You cannot tell others to embrace positivity simply because their life experience and how it plays out does not sparkle with you.  They need to allow their life experience to play out for their expansion, just as your life experience plays out for your expansion.

Your goal for expansion is eventual enlightenment.

When you are feeling positive, you are sending out positive energy and other people who want positive energy can tap into it.  Those who do not want it do not have to pick it up. 

Continue your individual paths to enlightenment and know that the sorts of violent acts that plague your society will cease. They will cease when no one needs to be a victim any longer. When there is no further need to experience being a victim then no others will need to come forth into physical in order to offer you a chance to be a victim.

Higgins:  we are sharing with you how you can not be a victim in a mall shooting and how to not be hit by a driver plowing into a crowd.  We are teaching you how to vibrate in such a way you won’t be ‘there’, wherever the next shooting is, wherever the next earthquake is, wherever the next awful thing happens.  YOU are determining what your future looks like.  You are creating a future when you say things like “we want interesting things to do and talk about.”  “I want an agreeable life, etc.”  You are creating safety in your life.  What you say and what you do sends energy out into the world.  People who want to get into it will feel it.  People who don’t, it will be like water off a duck’s back.  They won’t feel it. 

On some level you (humans in general) are aware and are in agreement with these things that happen, shootings, the New Orleans car attack, the Las Vegas shooting, the Trade Center collapse… If you were not in agreement (on some subconscious level) you were somewhere else the day It happened. Maybe you called in sick, or were stuck in traffic, but if you were not in agreement you were not at the scene.

If you want to construct a future with positivity keep your vibration high.  If your soul wanted to learn something, but it figured it out prior to the negative experience occurring, then it by passes the learning opportunity. Negativity does not have to play out if you keep your vibration high. A high vibration almost by definition means that you no longer need the negative experience to fuel (to stimulate) your learning.

Enlightenment is available to you in this life.  All the opportunity is there for you.  Keep trying.  You are doing great.  You all can live till you drop dead.  No need for lingering on and on till you die. Live life fully right up to the end. Do so by starting your own furnace.  Your heart area is where you carry the light of yourself.  Solar plexus/heart.  Learn to bring light there and radiate it out.  You are strengthening your ability to stimulate areas of your body that are not turned on.  As you learn to turn on your light in that area, you can use that energy to stimulate quite literally anything you can imagine.

(Cheryl adds: The reason for the earth realm is the contrast of good and evil. Negativity stimulates the desire for positivity. Positivity reaches greater heights because we all are willing to come forth to experience negativity.)

Meditation:  We are placing a log in your heart, light it. As blood flows through your heart, allow the fire to light each blood cell. Blood cells reach every cell in your body and stimulates your immune system.  We cannot turn it on for you.  We are stimulating the opportunity for you to turn it on for yourself.  You are powerful; you are an energy being that looks like a body.
