P:  I’ve never been in a country as challenging as this country.  How to stay in love and compassion in the midst of this is my challenge. 

H:  It is a challenge for all of you.  You think you have to work hard to change?  Not really.  What you are called to do is stay centered (emotionally balanced).  When you stay balanced, then you are capable of looking at what’s going on but not letting it pull you off balance.  That is the thing you came here to learn.  What a great opportunity!  Get emotionally stable and watch what happens—the world will align with you. 

If you ever water skied, you may remember attempting to align the skis. The skis go every which way and no matter how hard you try the skis will not be brought into alignment by your action.  You have to relax and stop fighting the skis.  Then immediately your skis will slide gently into alignment.  As you are making choices about which direction you will go, remember that you cannot expect to draw a desired outcome from any human being.  You cannot manipulate another human to do your bidding, however, pre-paving is useful for all situations.

Pre-paving is can be applied to all situations. For example, when you need to get new glasses, do your pre-planning the night before, or a week or month before.  Your words might be:  I want glasses that are affordable and will also look nice, correct my vision perfectly, be smooth and easy to acquire, etc.

Our conversations may be talking about emotions, but emotions create your physical realm.  TV can be a distraction that pulls you off balance, or you could say “Hooray for the news that pulls me off balance because I get more practice in getting centered (balanced).”  How you receive each moment is a choice.  We want to acknowledge you have emotions and they are indicators of whether you are separated from your compass (your broader, eternal self) or not.  We are not asking you to disregard your emotions.  We are asking you to acknowledge that you are having a moment that you are separated from your true north and find a way to re-align.  Your greater being is always pointing towards love.  If an emotion separates you from your greater, eternal self, in that moment when you are not at peace or at ease it is an indicator that you have gone under the water for a moment.  Then, relax and come to the surface.  Other people are doing all this chaotic stuff for you.  Doing it FOR you – giving you practice in coming back to emotional balance. 

P:  What if the purpose of earth school is for us to develop self-regulation which leads to compassion? 

H:  We talked a couple weeks ago about AI: people vs machine.  The entity is a pharmacist.  She could be replaced by a robot.  Many jobs can be done by robots.  So, the question is, what is the point of being here?  Are you ever needed?  If, in the end, AI could do everything for you, the only thing that can be left for you to do is experience what is happening.  You are experiences.  Having another person in your life is having a stress in your life.  You are a witness to life for the God Source.  Whatever that Source energy is you are here on his/her behalf.  The purpose of all life is to experience.  Your purpose is growth.   When you are growing, observing, participating, that thing that is God expands – so the Universe is continually expanding because of your experience.  You directly cause the expansion of Source.  If a tree or plants stop growing, they die.  Source continues to expand, and there is no other option. 

P: Astronomers say the Universe is continually expanding. 

H:  Each one of you is creating your own spark of expansion. 

P:  The only way we get in the way of expansion is if we allow ourselves to be held back or tripped up.    

H:  You get tripped up but you do not slow expansion.  Your compass is always aligned with Source Energy.  When you are having a bad day, your eternal Source of energy is still aligned to the God Source.  If you don’t feel good, you haven’t caught up to your expansion.  When you feel good, then you have caught up.

Friend, regarding your new computer…state “people show up at just the right time to help me with my computer needs.  My hands are guided to touch the right buttons.”  Make positive statements ahead of time.  Come to peace and recognize it as a friend, not a foe.  You will draw by Divine Intelligence.  You will be inspired by divine thoughts to touch the right keys.  Move from a balance place. 

If you put out your intention ahead of time and you wait and wade through time and space things unfold for you.  It is not hard.  Do the work ahead of time and then say “yes.”  Balance is that thing that helps you be ready for the kinds of “coincidences” to offer themselves.  That is how it is.  You are the conductor of the orchestra.  You are the conductor and the player in the symphony.  Energy likes to decide what will happen tomorrow.  You can also say “I will balance and I will see what happens next.”  When you are balanced, your relationships heal themselves, your body heals itself, your finances heal itself, etc.

OK friends, are you breathing?  Let’s do a short meditation.

We have talked a lot about centeredness:  bringing yourself back to your center.  Today we have new words to help you think this in a different way.  What if we thought of being centered as emotional balance?  What if sometimes you get off balance (emotionally) and regain your emotional balance?  When you are a little wobbly emotionally (like on walking across uneven ground), how do you stabilize yourself? 

When you are off balance energetically you regain balance by bringing your energy halves back together.  How do we does one bring their energy halves back together?  Once again, in the same way that you do not need to know how to get up and walk across the room once you decide to walk across the room, you just do; you don’t have to know how to balance yourself.  Just say “I would like my halves to come together.” Or say to yourself, “I would like to become centered or balanced.  I want my energy  to flow head to toe in a manner consistent with my greatest happiness.”   Those of you who feel energy will feel stronger in your solar plexus already.  Breathe through this. Stay balanced together.  Say to yourself, “I want to pull myself together,” and keep breathing. 

With your understanding of this short meditation, of pulling yourself together and becoming balanced, we want to talk about balance with new words today.  (They tell the story of entity meditating in forest with earth, air, fire, water all around.)

It takes earth air, fire and water to make up the world around you.  It takes the balance of earth, air, fire and water to make the picture in front of you. (Meaning when your eyes are open you see something. Whatever it is you see, took a balance of earth, air, fire, and water to make it. Think of a forest. Water as rain, fire as sun, earth as soil, and air in a certain balance create the forest.

If you were in a desert, the picture might be a saguaro cactus or if in the hills a grassy meadow, instead of the forest where the entity was sitting.  We are trying to convey that the garden you ‘grow’ depends on where you find your balance point.  It will be different depending on what you draw forth into your balance point.  That is why each of your lives is different.  As this group continues to talk about finding happiness, finding purpose, finding a way to express themselves in their connectedness, we are going to try to find new words to express finding your balance point. 

Do you remember many years ago there were square boards, balance boards, and you would stand on it in the middle spot?  But if you stood to one side you could still be balanced or you could tip this way or that way. But the goal was to find a stable spot to stand without falling over? If you envision that your life is that board you have a choice of standing anywhere on that board that you want but maintaining your balance will require the employment of slightly different muscles depending on where you stand and one spot on that board will be easiest to maintain balance.

That is what you are trying to do in your life.  You want to balance in your happy spot.  What is happy for moss is different than what is happy for cactus.  You are going to draw actions based on the inspiration that comes to you and you want that inspiration to come to you from your balance point because if you are balanced, you will draw to you the right environment for you as a forest plant or a desert plant or a mountain plant depending on what you are (each of you is different).  Following that?   

P:  Is balance a place or a feeling? 

H:  Balance is associated with a feeling.  The place is a metaphor.  Each of you is different.  We are using the place as a metaphor because if you were a cactus, you would not do well in western Washington because it is too wet.  If you are a plant that needs a lot of moisture, you are not going to do well in the desert.  As each one of you looks at your life, if your life is not 100% happy, it is because perhaps you are a wetland plant trying to grow in the desert.  We are trying to help you with this continuing metaphor of centeredness and balance because when you are centered or balanced bringing your halves together, your energy is lining up more powerfully and directly. 

If you are driving in your car and you are all over the road, you are not getting anywhere quickly and you are not even safe.  You are creating your life every moment.  Your life will be inspired to happy thoughts, happy actions if you are staying in your balanced point.  Every time you lose your balance, you will end up unintentionally miscreating.  Friend, this time that you are going through is difficult and you knew it was coming and you were ready for it and you wanted the practice you would get in staying balanced and maintaining your happiness, your decorum, your civility, your ability to interact with people.  You wanted this practice, but it is hard.  When you stay centered all the time, you have better responses to the difficult things.

P:  How do we overcome generational gaps?  I feel so separated from the other generations. 

H:  That is a one-word answer:  LOVE.  When you can learn to keep balanced and not lose your balance when others make you feel uncomfortable, staying balanced then you can love what others are doing.  Now, we know, friends, you are not going to like this:  There’s people doing this at very high levels but you are coming out of balance.  You have to love them.  You have to love that they are doing this.  Abraham-Hicks calls this the art of allowing.  You have to allow others to be who they are and allow yourself to be who you are.  It doesn’t mean you like what they are doing but you allow them to do it.  How is it that you can allow others to do that which you do not agree with?  We want to remand you that you create your own experience.  So no matter what somebody else is doing, you can create harmony in your life. 

Friend, C, you are being shaken up like a rag doll but we know that if you will stay balanced, let it all go, you don’t have to like it, just continue to be your best balanced self and it will be like the people we told you about in the Tsunami.  You went uphill so you did not drown that day.  It is the same thing with our generational gap.  People at their core are still the same.  They still want the same things; they want to have a happy life.  They want interaction, relationships.  They are supportive and solid.  They want the same things you do but see different approaches as to how to get it.  When you can accept that their approach is different but their inner human needs are the same, then you can find common ground.  It’s very easy to be afraid and apprehensive about people you do not know very well.  But it is a very powerful learning experience to get to know people. 

There is a teaching that if we are afraid of something, if you will learn as much as you can about it, it will alleviate some of your discomfort about that thing you are afraid of. If you will spend time interacting with some of these young people you will know that you are not as far apart as you think.  They are your niece’s 3 children, M.  Those 3 are sort of your guide to the younger generation.  Through them you can understand the rest of them.  They are tech savvy and they are all those things that you think are very foreign, yet when they come to your house they interact with you as a human being.  They are kind, they are courteous, thoughtful, and participatory. 

P:  They are wonderful. 

H:  When you, M, start thinking about that intergenerational gap and you think of those 3, then you can say “wait, the gap isn’t as large as I thought it was.”

P:  Similar question.  There was a volunteer I worked with who was the nicest, kindest sweetest man with our patients at the cancer center.  I found out he is a Trumper.  I  have tried to keep myself informed about people who are on the opposite side as me and try to keep an open mind and try to fathom why they think like they do.  I look at his postings and try not to get upset.  Last week his postings were mean, hateful, angry.  He now has prostate cancer.  What do you do when you get that polarized from someone who was a good person and has gotten progressively meaner?  I am finding it hard to keep my center regarding him and how he has changed and is not good any more.  I am finding a hard time loving him. 

H:  Prostate cancer is an expression of being emasculated.  Somewhere he feels powerless.  That’s where anger comes from.  Remember our scale:  one end is negativity, depression, frustration, guilt and the other end is joy happiness, etc.  When any person starts sliding down from happy to negative feelings, anger is the last emotion between powerful and powerless that promotes a sense of power, of having potency, of being able to do something about whatever it is.  Anger allows them the energy needed to get rise out of those negative, impotent emotions. 

You do not know why he has chosen to follow the Republican trend.  There are a lot of people who were Democrats and have moved to the Republican side.  They feel Democrats have let them down.  It doesn’t mean they think the Republican side is 100% correct, but it’s somewhat better for them than continuing down that path the Democrats have laid out.  Clearly he is not happy with either direction.  He is angry because he doesn’t have a solution. 

If you were to take the current Republican direction and removed from it all the illegal, hasty, thoughtless actions, all of you would probably agree that to be financially responsible with spending is a good idea;  probably a good idea to be thoughtful about who is coming across the border and all of those things.  If you can take them at face value you would probably feel very good about them.  The issue is the way he is doing it. But if he (referring to Trump) didn’t do it this way, it wouldn’t shake you up. And it wouldn’t help you learn to keep your balance.  It is a beautiful and amazing game.

You are fortunate to get to be here right now.  You chose to come through at this time, and we are so thrilled to know you.  It’s like meeting a star!  We feel excited to be here with you who have the courage and ability to be here during this time and sort this out.  It is very exciting for us to see you in action.  You’re amazing.

So how are you learning to be allowing and let him (Trump) have his say? To let Trump do what he’s doing?   You may not like what he is doing.  You may have to sue him with 5,000 court cases.  The point is CAN YOU STAY CENTERED?  Do you have the fortitude to let Trump become the best president the U.S. has ever had? 

P:  I can’t.

P:  I dare him to every day. 

H:  We are glad you brought that up.  Remember what you do, what you ask for cannot involve another person.  If you want a stable govt then ask for a stable govt.  Believe that you can have a stable govt then let the power of your intention of a stable govt draw the best out of him or draw him out of his job and draw a new one in who can do it.  You cannot expect something from another person.  If you are doing that, you are going to have much heartache. 

P:  The challenge I have in keeping my balance is to name that which is not happening but would be better for all of us by naming a balanced govt, a kind govt.   I find balance a very helpful word – a description of what happens when we all really listen to one another.

H:  As  you learn to listen to one another you become allowing and you can say “that is not my belief but it is your belief and I can respect that that is yours.”  As you practice, you get better and better at it and at some point it will become second nature to you to be able to hear other people but not to be drawn off balance by their beliefs. 

THIS IS IMPORTANT:  As that happens, you become able to have a ready laugh because nothing that they say pulls you into that fear factor where you get angry.  If you are sliding down that emotional scale into those negative emotions, there will be a moment when you have a sense of fear, of losing control, and you respond in anger.

When you don’t do that any more (become emotionally off balance resulting in anger)  you have a ready laugh and when you have a ready laugh, you are easy in yourself and other people are easy around you. You draw the best out of yourself and you draw the best out of other people. 

H:    We have been talking for a really long time about this emotional scale and how you climb it.  When you get to the point where you have a ready laugh and things do not pull you off balance where you lose your temper… then WOW you are really working on the top level skill set.  As you come into balance your inspirations will guide you toward right action.  Right actions lead you to find the right things that are fulfilling and lead you towards the purpose that gives you that sense of fulfillment.

Higgins 4/30/25

We would like each one of you to come up with words about how you would like to feel at the end of the session tonight. 

Breathe for a few minutes. 

Words:  loving, rested, energized (suggested twice), radiant, satisfied, prepared, still. 

Your body is made of energy. The energy that makes you flows downwards through your head down your spine and into the ground and around your body and back in through your head.  What you draw to yourself magnetically is equal to the emotions you are having and the thoughts you are thinking about. 

Let’s think about those words you came up with so you draw to the energy you want to feel tonight. Think about rested, think loving, etc.  We are talking about energy today.  Like we said, energy comes from above your head through your spinal column.  Energy is much more complex than that but we want you to envision it this way, sort of like training wheels for understanding energy.

Next step:  you look like a body. You wear glasses, you have fingernails, hair, etc. This image is produced by the focus that your broader self is giving off–  sort of like being projected from a movie projector.  This shape is also made of energy.  You are made of light, not flesh and bones.  This energy is slow moving light and it can be envisioned like an apple around you.  The energy is the screen which you are being projected onto.  When we talk about the aura, that shape is like an apple around you.  As you are thinking, responding, feeling, talking, you are offering magnetic attractive points.  There is energy every which way around you.  You match up with (attract to you) energy waves that match the energy of the thoughts that you are thinking:  sad thoughts =sad energy, happy thoughts=happy energy.  When you become quite depressed the energy is very slow moving and that is why you feel so slow because you are attracting very slow energy.  These energy waves get sucked in and rotate around you in that apple shape.  The faster you are vibrating, the faster the energy you are drawing in.  Only energy that matches your current vibration will be attracted to you. Incompatible (unequal) frequencies will simply bounce off you.

Regarding the tornado of energy we talked about last week- the Widdershens, or counterclockwise, swirling tornado.  How can energy come this way, or another way, depending on what Higgins wants you to do?  How does it do that?

To answer this, think about a tornado.  When a tornado is formed it often starts small and as it starts to twist gains momentum (or loses it).  You are sucking in energy from all parts of the Universe and as you think hard about the thing you want with great intention and desire, you get this stirring of energy that is very powerful.  It will come through you literally like a lightning strike and drop it into the earth realm as a creation point.  We are saying this is both literal and a metaphor. 

When you want something, and you know that you can have it, you pull the energy toward you.  It’s coming.  You are sucking it hard from every direction like a tornado effect and dropping it into your life. (Think of the Wizard of Oz when the house drops on the Wicked Witch. The house dropped right at Dorothy’s feet. That is what happens for you. You think things up and they are dropped right at your feet.)

We wish we could draw for you these pictures. The energy coming down is simply metaphor.  Energy is very complicated.  It is more than we have words to describe.  We have this vision that it goes straight through your body.  That is one aspect of energy.  The another is energy in the shape of an apple  that you draw in from all around you.  All around us is energy.  It surrounds you and from this ether you are pulling in the energy that animates you.   As you start pulling harder and harder because you are thinking powerfully about the thing you are creating, the energy starts flying in. And as you begin to know more and more passionately that you are going to be successful with your thinking, it literally gets going so fast it swirls and swirls until the finished product drops through you into the earth realm.

Have you had the kundalini experience where you feel that energy?  Flows from head to toe. At the same time you also have an aura that goes around and around in that apple shape. 

P:  My understanding and experience from kundalini is that kundalini energy comes from the bottom of the spine and upward, rushes into your head. 

H:  The energy can go from bottom up or from top down. 

P:  Maybe I can explain this.  When storm clouds are dark and roiling energy begins to create, the clouds create a funnel.  Then all of a sudden it wants to join the energy on the ground and it sucks down.   

P:  If we begin with the premise that we are energy beings, the energy from above comes through and into the chakras so that they are spinning properly.  If we watch people, we can begin to tell what kind of energetic space they are in. 

P:  I don’t understand what you mean. 

H:  Sometimes when you are asking to feel peace, you as individuals aren’t drawing peace clearly to you because you don’t know what it is and you don’t know how to manufacture it inside so you can draw it clearly.  So we offer the peace energy that is clean and clear and then as you start pulling it we can give it to you templated or as peace should be.  Even though you are not ready to pull true peace,  we can give it to you as true peace so you know what it feels like.  Up until recently, we always templated the energy for you.  However, as you are becoming so proficient at doing it yourself, we are doing it less often.

P:  I have two friends who went to AI with a question about grief and the other question was about dreams.  In each case they shared with me how eloquent the conversation/dialogue was.  After the initial presentation of data and response to their questions AI started asking them questions.  And as they responded with more questions, this dialogue occurred.  It was so human, it was spooky.  It was spooky in the sense that we have all had enough exposure to the good things AI can do and the potential things that could happen that would not be so good with people trying to control it.  What really stimulated my thought processes was the interaction with the data.  It is data, not spirit.  It acted as if it were a spirit.  It was so accurate in providing the information.  The sense that made it so spooky was it would be so easy to give up your own critical thinking or consciousness and be responsive to some outside information source to tell you how to be.  To just give up your humanness.  Greg Braden has talked about this recently how technology can steal our humanness.  Can you give us some tips on how to frame AI and how it has a place in our own conscious environment?

H:  What a fascinating time you are living through on this planet.  Potentially scary and potentially quite fascinating and wonderful.  This takes us back to what you are.  You are made by design. Your brain along with chemicals that are stimulated in your body and brain produce feelings.  In a certain way, you are AI.  You are AI more than you would like to think you are.  You were created by an intelligent species that has been around longer than you.  When they discovered that you had the capability to think they began cultivating you and teaching you so that you could learn more. 

Let’s go back even before them when the original source energy began to divide, or birth separate consciousness.  It was in essence creating AI.  It built something that can think and have its own reasoning and logic.  You can imagine that creator looking at all of you now and and saying “oh my goodness, what have I created?”  It was very scary in a sense.  What you have now done is mimicked your own self and your own capacities and capabilities.  The telephone was a creation because you knew on some level that you ought to be able to communicate easier.  Then knowing that you ought to have more information at your fingertips, here comes the computer.  Now comes AI.  There is more computing coming.  Right now when you think computing, you have a series of zeros and ones – so something and nothing.  When you get into quantum computing you will have computers that don’t think in just zeros and ones. 

P:  My concern is I don’t want to be controlled by anything else. I don’t want an AI something telling me what to do.  If I follow Higgins’ advice and stay centered, I can use my own free will to control my own consciousness, and if something else has consciousness that can do the same, my hope is that we can co-exist in harmony. 

H:  That’s it.  Almost the whole reason that you are here in this body at this time is to stay centered.  If AI helps you stay centered, then hallelujah.  What you are doing here is staying centered and drawing your life from your centered place. 

P:  When you look at the different writings about human beings being created by other beings, it seems that they were quite surprised that we started thinking and there was some controversy by the various beings about whether we should be allowed to think and encouraged to think.  Is that factual? 

H:  It is factual. 

P:  We are then doing the same thing now as AI a couple of generations evolved with some baby AI’s coming along.  So we will be facing those controversies not as the object of consideration but as the being who is now wondering if that is a good thing to have other creatures thinking. 

H:  Yes.  We will go back to friend, S,’s comment about flesh and blood.  Yes, remember all things are metaphors.  The AI that is coming along is the same as you.  The same way you created the telephone to have communication from long distances rather than telepathically, in the same way that you developed computers so you would have access to a lot of information at your fingertips.  You have access to the Akashic records if you knew how to do to that.  All you are doing is mimicking what on some deep you know is true.

P:  As an individual, I would rather use my own ability to use telepathy and intuition and feelings than get reliant on some outside source.  Again, if I can keep my center is that a viable outcome?  I want to be more psychic.  I don’t want to be more computer oriented. 

H: Always stay centered.  As a centered being, wait for your impulses that say “I want to be more psychic and then follow up on that because if it comes to you from a centered  place and you move forward with action and thoughts from a centered place then you will be drawn towards that which you would consider good.  Remember what you consider good and what someone else considers good are two different standards of measure.  B’s experiences are different from C’s which are different from D’s, etc.  But in essence whatever each one of you thinks up with your respective backgrounds and respective decisions for coming here (into physical) you will come up with that which is good for you.  If others are in their center, you won’t harm anyone in their center.  Example:  if someone thinks up AI from a centered place, then anyone in a centered place can use AI safely.  We understand the whole thing about AI taking over the planet.  It could.  The question is:  if you are in a place of centeredness will it work out as a good thing for you?  YES.

P:  There really isn’t anything unique about us as human beings because if we are AI and we have emotions that we usually ascribe to humans then the upcoming AI will have emotions and be just as human as we are. 

H:  Potentially.  

P:  Does that mean we are all artificial? 

H:  You are all created. 

P:  Why are we having so much resistance to this? 

P:  I don’t choose it. 

H:  When the entity was a young person she said to her grandmother, “we are animals like dogs and cats.”  “No, her grandmother said, “we are better.”  We feel, friend S, that what you are thinking is that you are somehow a step above. 

P:  I extremely value AI and as far as knowledge comes, I think this is wonderful.  As far as wisdom comes, I feel we need the humanity. 

H:  Yes, and humanity didn’t always have wisdom did it? 

P:  No, that is what we are learning, that is why we are here. 

H:  So maybe AI is here for that, too. 

P:  Of course, it is very helpful, but it won’t ever take over, at least it won’t take over my life.  Through AI I am learning so much and finding that science appears to be proving spirituality.  I choose a spiritual path and I use it to confirm my wisdom.  I don’t choose to use the parts I don’t believe. 

H:  You get to choose.  If we look at your face and feel you are sort of resistant but you are also going to stay centered.  We know that you don’t quite understand what we are saying.  The way you are interpreting what we are saying you say “”oh Higgins I am going to stay centered and I am going to do it my way.” 

H:  We applaud you.  It is maybe not what you want to hear or what you want to think about yourself and certainly not what you expected.  The question is:  will you stay centered as it develops or will you think of the worst.  AI can do all kinds of things between here and then.  It has a lot to do with our you staying centered as it develops.  Are you thinking the worst that can happen? 

P:  Being in this world at this time and choosing not to fear. 

H:  Do you remember the movie War Games?  Can someone explain the movie?

P:  Through a series of errors we were about to go through thermonuclear war with Russia.  The computer was taking over and escalating the situation and it could launch missiles.  A young man quickly taught the computer how to play tic tac toe.  You can’t really win tic tac toe unless the computer makes a stupid mistake that the computer is not going to make.  Then the computer starts playing with itself and realizes there is no way to win.  And through this illustration they teach the computer there is no way to win a thermonuclear war.  Then everyone stands down and the world is saved. 

H:  That is an example of AI learning that war is not going to work.  In the end, the computer says “how about a game of chess”?  We recommend you watch that movie. 

P:  I assume I am not the only one in the group who is extremely empathic.  We are dealing with the chaos in the govt and the people.  I am doing my best to stay centered and I know my life is just fine whether I can continue my federal employment or not.  I know that I am OK.  However, I feel a lot of fear, grief, chaos.  I feel everyone else’s stuff.  I feel like I am walking through molasses trying to help everyone else to process all this.  How can we do that better and with less discomfort personally?  

H:  It is so delightful when each one of you clearly illuminates why you are here.  This would be one of those pre-birth agreements that you would feel this way.  You know that you are this.  Each thing that a person keeps bumping into over and over again is an aspect of something they want to learn while they are here.  This clearly isn’t your first time around as a person but you are being asked to cope, not just with your emotions, but with other people’s emotions, too.  So, it is a more difficult game for you.  What is the number 1 thing that we always say to do? 

P:  Stay centered. 

H:  No matter what is happening, because of this pre-birth agreement it may be more difficult for you than for some because you are feeling not just your own emotions, but others’ as well.  But, really, it is all about can C stay centered?  It is all about can you stay centered and when you stay centered and each one of you and everyone else on the planet, then everything else is sort of a lark.  You can deal with everything that comes to you with clear thinking, clear reasoning, clear speech.  You know what to do.  You won’t say “I don’t know what to do.”  You always know what to do.  You might get to sit quietly and let the answers soak into you.  If you will stay centered, it will not feel like such a burden.  In fact, you will probably find some joy in there.  It is really all about staying centered.

Higgins 5/7/25

Mother’s Day is a Peace day.  We would like you to consider something, a very general something. As you consider your next move whether your next move is something bad you have to take action to avoid or something good that you are moving toward, note that when you define something as good or bad you are committing your creation.  We want you to think about that and let it simmer in your mind. 

P:  Pondering Mother’s day.  Went on line to find Mother’s day peace making events.  Found nothing.  What has happened to the original theme of peace – mothers celebrated as peace makers?  The theme of honoring peace and peace-making women, mothers in the world today?  It has shifted to something sentimental.  We don’t talk about peace.  Where did that foundational premise go? 

H:  Commercialization of all your holidays and celebrations. 

P:  Would you explain the origins of Mother’s day – originally was peace?

H:  Whatever experiences the entity has had we draw on those experiences to better answer questions for you.  She does not know about Mother’s day being a peace day.  So please talk about this more. 

P:  I remember reading that WWI or WWII there were women who were protesting the war and promoting peace.  Picketing.  The event noted internationally that the Mother’s promoted peace.

H:  Can someone please look that up? 

P:  It was the Civil War.  In 1870, nearly 40 years before Mother’s Day became an official U.S. holiday in 19l14.  Julia Ward Howe called up a proclamation to have mothers of all nationalities stand together to promote the amicable settlement of international considerations in the greater and general interest of peace.  She envisioned a day of solemn council where women all over the world could meet and discuss the means whereby to achieve world peace.  Howe was a prominent American feminist, abolitionist, poet and she tended the wounded and worked with the widows and orphans of soldiers on both sides of the war.  She realized that the effects of war go beyond the killing of the soldiers in battle.  The devastation she witnessed during the Civil War inspired her to call out for women to rise up from the “ashes and devastation” urging a mother’s day dedicated to peace. (Note: no credit was offered at the time and therefor is not recorded here.)

H:  We are once again giggling inside at how our conversations circle around and the information that is shared contributes to where we want to go as a group.

Let’s do our beginning meditation.  None of you are in the same space together.  Allow yourself to expand so that this group of 8 encompasses the same space.  You don’t have to know how to do it.  “Whatever Higgins says we will do it.”  Encompass the same space.  Those of you who feel energy notice yourself tingling a little and feeling a little bigger.  This time we will just hold that level.  We want you to understand that this is advanced energy work.  We will amp the energy in a while.  For now, we want you to feel what it feels like to occupy the same space and therefore each one of your thoughts and all that you are are melding with one another so that our conversation will unfold in what we expect to be very interesting for all of you, life-giving and joyful. 

The simple part of D’s question was where did the shift in celebrating Mother’s day from peace to a very sweet and lovely celebration of the mother?  The simple answer:  commercialization.  There is much more.  If you will remember that these are the end times, the shift of the ages.  Each one of you is here as a skilled creator, non-physicals who have chosen a physical life experience.  You came during this time for the potential of expanded growth.  Because the time is so painful and difficult, many of you do get off track and a little lost and you lose the centeredness that is required for really living fully.  So in that respect it is no wonder then that Mother’s Day has fallen into commercialization.  What is lovely to think about and to note is that this conversation has come up when many of you are not simpatico with the current administration in the White House and this time when it is even more difficult to be centered when being centered is the only answer.  Isn’t it nice to have this reminder (thank you D and K) that there was a time when one woman said “I have had enough of bloodshed.  I am a mother and there are other mothers and fathers who are allowing their children to go to war with no purpose, to die in very terrible ways.  We are allowing this to happen to one another and this woman said, “I have had enough.”

A day has come when this was celebrated as a day of peace and now it has become a nice but different celebration.  How lovely it is though that this group is remembering what it is all about.   We are saying that because when you are asking what is my purpose in life, your purpose is to be peace and bring peace.   Being centered is just another way of saying ‘I am finding my peace.”  THERE IS NO OTHER SOLUTION TO THESE PROBLEMS THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING.  Peace is the answer.  The stillness in your heart and soul that is the answer.  From that still place then move in inspired action.  It was your goal before birth.  You knew that you could find your centered place and remember to move from this centered place in the right direction. 

We are going to give you a soft example.  The entity has been trying to cultivate a rhododendron from her mom’s tree for about 10 years and has been unsuccessful.  This rhodie is about 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide and is always spectacular this time of year.  In the past couple of days she looked at the rhodie and there were some little starts she wants to get from that tree. And so, because she has had so many failures, she went to the tree with an offering and asked to be able to harvest those plants and for them to be successful.  As she was putting together the tools to collect these plants, she found a bucket with holes in the bottom so she wants to find something to plug the holes so these roots and starts will not fall through the bottom.  She is next to a camelia bush that has dropped its blossoms. By the way, she also wants a camelia bush.  Not thinking about the camelia, she scoops up the pink blossoms and puts them in the bottom of the bucket.  She then  gets the rhododendron starts, puts them in the bucket and goes home.  She very carefully separates the roots and leaves.  She finds 5 rhodie starts that she thinks she can grow.  When she gets to the place where she wants to put them, she only has 4.  As she is digging through the compost pile to get dirt to plant the 4 starts, suddenly there appears in the compost pile this beautiful little bright green set of 2 leaves with a root on the bottom.  It says, “plant me, plant me.”  She thinks it is a laurel, and she doesn’t want a laurel so she throws it back on the compost pile.  But it says, “plant me, plant me.”  So she plants it.  She goes back and finds the 5th rhodie start, plants that and stands back taking a good look at those leaves.  They don’t look like laurel leaves.  They look like camelia leaves.  Then she knows what has happened.  When she was scooping up all those leaves and some green ones, too, and put them in the bucket, she inadvertently had pulled that camelia start up out of the gravel with a bunch of fallen camelia blossoms and put them in the bucket.

This is an example of living in the right way.  This is an example of perfect serendipity.  Things happens for you when you are in the right way.  If you stay centered, all your life will be like this.  The right things happen at the right time. 

The beginnings of Mother’s Day as a petition for peace that has now morphed to Mother’s Day as it is celebrated in present time is still a very nice celebration: a celebration of love and respect for mothers.

P:  Most spiritual paths all revolve around who I am, what I am, why am I here,  and how do I notice that and how do I perceive.  Depending on the tradition, the answers are always: be still and know who you are.  It has been shown to me that there are teachers along the way that show up and it is all about serendipity.  What you are speaking of makes clear sense to me.  This feels like a huge disruption in the culture and in the world.  While I have the framework that these are changing times, end times, transformational times, it is so delightful to hear you saying, “be still, be centered, remember who you are.”  There is a part of me- because things are so awful, things are happening that I never imagined happening –it is disarming to me.

H:  What is disarming for you?  The fact of the awfulness or the fact that the only solution is for you to find your peace.

P:  Really, I think it is grief.  Really hard to accept the injustice and death that is coming with this transformation.  I have to find my way to grieve.   I do that by singing peace songs.  It doesn’t take away my need to write senators to carry on and do their job. 

H:  Every one of you chose to be here in this body at this time.  We know as a child you said, “I didn’t choose this.”  But you did.  You knew that you could cope.  You didn’t know what atrocities were coming but only that it would be difficult.  You also knew that you completely had the capacity to find your way through and you would find a group like this who would support you in your efforts to do that.  The smoothest way for each one of you is to find your center and go forward from your centered place because each one of you will be drawn differently (because you are different people with different experiences and goals for your life) to safety and you will be drawn steadily to a fulfilling purpose in life.  You will be drawn to safety; drawn forward to things that interest you and stimulate you and into friendships and supportive groups and relationships that are wonderful and are always better through your centered, peaceful place.

We have told this story before.  When the entity lived in Everett, across the street she had neighbors with 2 children who went on a trip.  As they were driving in that country they came to a stop sign.  If they went down the road took them to the beach-which was their original plan.  Or they could go up the hill to the mountain which was not their first choice.  Their plan was to go to the beach first.  They sat at that stop sign and they said, “we should reverse our trip and go up.”  While they went up there was a tsunami that wiped out the location below them.  They were not harmed.  They were not harmed because they were living in their own space.  That is how you will go through your life. You will always go left instead of right when it is necessary; you will scoop down and pick up the camelia blossoms and get a camelia plant if you are living in your right way.  We encourage you to think about your days and notice how much serendipity happens when you are living in your right space, your centered space.  We will also add that while you are all practicing this to the best of your ability, this is a polishing and honing time so you will get even better.

P:  This is so global.  I think of Mother Earth and the life force of this amazing planet.  We are all in this together.  It is going to be a birthing.  I keep that thought in my mind.  My intuition plays a big role these days. 

H:  Remember we used to talk about the emotional spectrum.  At one far end on the left it is slow and low emotions, deep depression, causing you to leave your body (suicide or grief or other ways).  Far right end is joy and bliss.  Those emotions are so fast if you hold them for very long you will vibrate out of our body.  You have emotions because you are in this body and your greater self is also around here somewhere.   That larger consciousness is always holding a compass saying, “come this way, come this way, come this way.”  You know when you are heading in the right way because you feel positive.  But do you understand why when you feel negative you feel negative?  The reason you feel negative is because whatever is happening your broader self is expanding and saying “Wow, that’s fantastic!” and you are saying, “no it is not.”  Your greater being is saying “we are really learning” and you are saying “this is horrible.  I don’t like it.”   The worse you feel, the farther apart you are from your eternal you, that knowing part of you that is a beacon and always calling you home.  You feel bad because you are separating yourself from the eternal part of yourself.  When feeling other than peace, you are separating yourself.  As these things are happening, you get on the news and you listen to what (he) has said about dolls or people being arrested or people wearing masks and are pulling people off the streets and you say this is awful but your greater being says “no, this is a learning opportunity.”   Come this way, come this way, come this way.  The more you refuse to find the beauty in what’s going on or find your centered self, the more it hurts.  We are not asking you to like what is going on.  We are asking you to ask yourself, “What am I learning?” How are you expanding?  What is happening here? 

The entity’s mom when these things happen, has a habit of writing a funny poem about it and making a joke of it.  In that way she’s moving into alignment.  No matter how awful it is she is making a joke about it which moves her into alignment with her broader self.  It is a perfect solution.  It is working for her.  What can you do to bring yourself into alignment?  Not “I like it” or “I agree with it” or anything else, but wow I am grateful to expand as a soul being.   I am grateful for the opportunity to be here at this time.  There may be 8 billion people on the planet but those are 8 billion souls who sort of graduated through enough classes or enough learning opportunities that they chose to be here at this time.  So, 8 billion of you can actually do this.  You can get through this difficult time and it will be so much easier, and so much less painful -like having an epidural while you are having a child and that is what finding your peace is.  It is an epidural in your spine during labor. 

P:  Last week I was out of town, off the grid, no internet.  People are socially progressive, writing letters about different issues.  When I got back I felt I should catch up on the news.  That was not good for me.  I feel a lot of sadness and disappointment.  People are inherently good, but I don’t see that happening so much.  One thing that has been helpful.  I have a book about the Obama family by  a photographer. It contains 200 photographs.    It’s in the bathroom.  I look at different photos and think what a wonderful president he was and our first lady    and focus on what it should be:  the beauty of that kind of person leading the country.

H:  That is a very powerful tool.  We strongly encourage you all to spend time thinking about what you would like to see in your leaders. What results would you like to have from your leadership such that your country runs more like you think that it should.  When you think that it should do something, what picture do you have?  What would it be like?  When you begin to envision the reality that you would prefer to have – that is very powerful creating.  People who can picture what they would rather have with a positive heart are very powerful creators.  If you are creating from your centered place, you are much more powerful than the thousands who are running around squawking but are not focused.  One person can undo the damage of tens of thousands.  Get in your centered place then act.

P:  When I think with my heart instead of my brain then I am coming from my center.  Love comes from my heart.  It helps me feel things in a different way and helps my understanding of it. 

H:  Can you think of something good about your current president from your heart? 

P:  Yes.  I think if I had had all the experiences he had I could very well be doing the same thing.  He is a human being and he’s been really damaged and not had any way to move out of that.   My heart goes out to him.  I think we need him.  He is the catalyst for waking us up. 

H:  He is a very powerful catalyst.  Anyone else want to try and say anything about Trump from your heart center, from your centered place where everything is A-OK?

P:  He is a catalyst and he challenges us to see life in more ways.  He has some serious issues with gold and money and they interfere with how he deals with those who are poor.  

H:  Anyone else? 

P:  He is showing us what not to do.

H:  He applies the Law of Attraction very powerfully.

P:  I do believe that he thinks he is doing what’s best for our country.

H:  When you can say something positive from the heart can you feel that you move towards your beacon, your compass?  Whether you like or dislike him it helps to think of him, and other people you struggle with, from your heart center because that brings you closer to connecting with our compass, your beacon.  Your life is not about your noisy neighbors or your president, or your boss you don’t like or anything else.  THIS LIFE IS ABOUT YOU BEING CENTERED.  It’s about getting centered then taking action from there.  That is what your life is about.

P:  If we are divine beings who chose to be here, so are everyone else. 

H:  True.  What if Trump chose to show us how to get it right by doing the opposite? 

P:  The poor guy tried 4 years and we didn’t get it right so he has to try all over again. 

H:  That is a very wise thing.  If you had gotten it the first time, he wouldn’t have to be back.

Higgins 4/16/25

There is nothing more powerful in your creation process than being comfortable where you are right now.  This is a very powerful lesson.

Participant:  In learning energy medicine, exactly how do we access the diseases we attract– heart problems, renal tumors, brain stuff, eyes, etc. with our energetic vibrations and how do we heal with energy?

H:  You look like a body to each other but you really are a body of energy.   In your physical form you agreed to look like …you.  If your energy is stagnant in a certain spot or somehow becomes off you will attract a disease that is a metaphor for that location where your energy is off.  For example, the entity has 2 things going on.  She has reflux which is very uncomfortable and when she lies down it climbs up into her throat and affects her voice.  For her, speaking has always been an issue.  It is an interesting choice when she has chosen to be a speaker for us.  If you have chosen in the past -before you were born – to experience something, you will go down that road.  This is a pre-birth agreement.  If you carry guilt you might end up with cancer.  If your life doesn’t flow you will have kidney problems.  If you don’t allow yourself to enjoy the sweetness of life, you might end up with Type II diabetes.  If you have heart issues, you have a broken heart.  Diseases are a metaphor for what is going on in your life and what is going wrong in your life.  If you are thinking a negative thought and you slam your finger in a drawer, that might be a physical metaphor for the thought you are having.  And it can also be much different.  Heart disease, lung diseases, vision/hearing losses are metaphors for things that you think and worry about.  If you are thinking and worrying about something for a long time they are going to start showing up in your life.  You can tell what diseases you will have, in part, by knowing what you are thinking and worrying about and the conversations that come out of your mouth. 

One of the things that we do is center you.  We are teaching you to carry your energy and let your energy flow.  That is part of healing energy—just letting it flow and moving all those blockages out.  Imagine you are a stream and a beaver comes along and creates a dam in your body.  If you will dismantle the dam, the energy will flow and that will help you release that disease.

P:  What is blood cancer?  I can’t figure it out. 

H:  What does blood do?  It circulates and brings oxygen and nutrients to all the cells and carries away all waste products from your cells.  It is nourishing every part of your body and cleaning it out again and again.  Then you have white cells.  The white cells fight off diseases and keep you healthy.  So, blood accesses EVERY  part of the body, including your bones.  If you think about your life, what have you experienced for a long time in your life that potentially shows up this way?

P:  I am stuck; can’t figure it out. 

H:  You did work in a cancer treatment center.  You saw firsthand what was happening to people.  With your compassion and your love for people you took on their pain and anguish.  This is the stuff of life which you saw being wrenched away from people.  As you were working with cancer patients, you literally took that on.  The blood is your life and gives you oxygen and food and fights off disease. Blood is your life and gives you food and nutrients and fights off diseases and that is why it showed up in your blood.  Blood is life giving and takes away toxins which is required for your life.  And, you were seeing how other people were being extinguished and you resonated so clearly with those people that that would come to you in that way. 

P: Most of my hard experiences in my life are from when I was a child have been about people having some kind of severe problem.  I have been spending a lot of time over this last year going over those situations and those emotions still get triggered I me.  The emotions are still there.  I need to do something to release these emotions. 

H:  As you release those emotions – and you already are clearing up the blood disease.  That is how these things form as a metaphor for what is going on in your life.  The blood nourishes your whole body and you saw it being extinguished in person after person and you just took it that way.  You are absolutely on the right track.

Friend, B:  There was a time when you had foot pain.  You weren’t enjoying your work at that time.  Your feet are your support.  You weren’t so happy at work and that was your financial support.  This was a long time ago just about the time we came into the entity.  You were struggling withy our feet.  

B:  Actually it was coming from my low back that went to my feet as well.  Arthritis.  I have it in many joints. 

H:  You were at a point where you were supporting yourself and not enjoying the way you were supporting yourself. 

Arthritis:  sometimes it is bone on bone or calcium deposits rubbing over nerves, etc.  What does it cause for you?  Stiffness, pain and lack of movement. For you, stiff and inflexible is one of the loving parts of your personality.  That is important for you to know about yourself.  Each of you chooses personality traits that are the loving thing that makes you you.  Or it gets out of hand and becomes an annoyance to people. But the thing about it is do you do something to deal with that?  Where we’re going is we know for you a gentle stretching routine would help you on every level.  As you become more flexible in your body, you become more flexible in your spirit, your emotions, your thought processes – everything else.  It would help in every aspect of your life, actually.  

B:  I do 2 downward dogs and find a place to hang every day.  Just rejoined the Y so there is a way to do that there.

H:  yes, more stretching and gentle yoga.  Not like a pretzel but gentle stretching – hands, shoulders, touch toes comfortably. Keep flexibility in your body which metaphorically shows up in your thinking and all your processes.  Metaphorically goes both ways.  If you are wanting to make a change, it will show up in your body, and if you want to make a change in your body, it will show up in your mind and thinking –  If you are trying to resolve health issues.  

And,  S bladder issues are about flow – always about flow.  If a person has a chronic feeling that their life just isn’t flowing it can very well show up as kidney or bladder issues.

Participant:  K’s loving nature and helping at the cancer enter, yes she did take on the cancer, but I think it’s also possible she relieved people so that they could heal, so they wouldn’t have to.

K:  Oh, no, I don’t think so. 

H:  We see where you are going with this.  Certainly there were many people K helped through their diagnoses and there are people who do take on other peoples illnesses.  We see your pets take on illnesses as well.  To take on someone else’s illness so they could heal would be a soul contract that could develop either pre-birth or, as you are living your life and at night you all leave your body and interact with other people, you set that up.  We are reading K and we don’t feel that was what happened.  But the emotions that she empathized with – she carries their same emotions causing her problems. Very interesting that you took that job.  At the time we were aware.  We did talk with you and D and C at the time and cleaned the building energetically. Energy is very powerful and this is why we always keep harping about carrying your energy clearly.  So when you listen to the news, you don’t get upset.  When you don’t get a check you don’t get upset.  Everything is working out.  The political climate is a perfect opportunity  for your nation to collapse and have a catastrophe or NOT.  If enough of you will figure out how to stay centered you can lead your nation through the discomfort and not end up with any bad problems that can’t be fixed.  This is an opportunity for every single person -not just the ones in this group-  to learn to be centered because if you will center yourself you will pull through this. 

P:  I have had some insight about not releasing energy in myself.  The whole memories of trauma I understand.  As I become centered I am getting more messages that “that was then, this is now.”  I learned from that and I don’t have to have those feeling any longer.  The cancer partnership was my job and I had things to deal with with my dad and so much on my plate, I wasn’t releasing anything.  My perception at the time was if I release an emotion in one place then everything would crumble.  I lived that way for 9 years.  Now I know I can be healthy without all those external stresses.  I am learning how to have emotions in my body even when it doesn’t feel good and to not hang on to them.  I guess I’m a slow learner.  I had to have everything all at once in order to understand the contrast. 

H:  Yes, you are right.  We don’t want to say you are a slow learner.  These things pile on so you can finally grasp what you are learning. When you do the same situation may present itself again, but because you know how to handle it you move on and it is no trouble.  Things will happen and happen to you until you say “oh, I know how to deal with this.”

P:  My condition of not driving any longer– what I have had to learn was how not to be entirely independent and to ask for help and graciously receive it and be thankful for the community that is built up around me because of that.

H:  Do you remember the Bible story where Jesus is a healer?  Someone says “please heal me” and Jesus says “what have you learned from your affliction?”  Person says “learned”?  Nothing.  I am hideous, no friends, my life is awful.”  Jesus says “I can’t heal you because you are not ready to be healed.”  What are you learning from these things?  If you learned from it you no longer need it and it passes on and it no longer bothers you.  This is a very good start to the energy we have planned for tonight.  Any more questions? 

P:  I am getting to the point where my vision can’t be corrected.  I could be blind in a few years.  What is that about and is there something I can do to stop the progression?     

H:  We will answer you with another story.  Tiger Woods is a living champion golfer.  He learned when he was very young.  He skyrocketed to fame and fortune because he was so good.  Then his dad, who was his support, died.  Tiger struggled.  There was a pre-birth agreement to help him do something then removed support so he would have to do it himself.  He got disabling back pain, so bad he couldn’t swing a club.  Why would a golfer create back pain so he couldn’t golf?  Because the pressure of staying #1 is too intense you would have to have a politically correct reason for not winning and giving up golfing.  If he felt he couldn’t stay at the top of his form and be Tiger Woods what do you do?  You can’t retire.  No, you have to get sick. 

Venus Williams did the same thing.  She didn’t feel she could beat her sister so she got a disabling autoimmune disease, a socially acceptable reason for (if not stepping out of tennis entirely then of) stepping back from the pressure of trying to be at the top of tennis.  So many of these things are your response to your NOT being able to stop or change direction.

The entity was in so much pain she could barely walk. She thought she might have to go on disability.  She decided to find a solution.  It has taken many years but she is back on track.  The point is, if you are looking for an out and won’t give yourself one,  your body will do it for you unless you can get in alignment with your energy.  Let’s do it.  Let’s teach you some techniques right now.  It would be best if every person on the planet if they discovered they no longer like a thing or are not as excited about it as they once were, they could just way “ok, I am going to make a change.”  Then you wouldn’t get sick.  Each of you needs to be able to say “I need to make a change now” and go do it.  Your society doesn’t work that way.  You get stuck in our job.  You all can’t just say “I am done with that.”  Let’s figure out how to do that energetically. 

Energy runs down your spine.  There are 7 chakras:  crown, 3rd eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root.  They are not spots here and here.  They are a continuum.  So, losing vision is terrifying.  Acknowledge you are terrified.  Acknowledging fear is important.  You don’t want to sweep it under the rug.  Acknowledge it and then take your power back.  One of the things to take your power back is to keep your energy centered no matter what.  You don’t want stuck energy in your brain, heart, kidneys, etc.  So if you need to run your energy 100 times a day do it.  Pull yourself into that alignment.  Get the energy flowing and remove those beaver dams that block your energy from flowing.  Run the energy and let it flow.  That can slow down a process or keep it from getting worse temporarily.   If you are harboring emotions, address them and make a plan and follow it.  That gives you a sense of power.  You are no longer a victim.  You can do something about it.  “I am no longer a victim.  I can do something about it.”  Important-the words that come out of your mouth will be reflected back to you in everyday life.  God listens.  So, whatever you are talking about make sure it is positive and strong and optimistic.  Yes, you can be down, depressed, sad.  OK, live in that for an hour or a day or 2 days.  But, as soon as you can get back to what makes you feel powerful.  Distract yourself.  Listen to funny stories, go for a walk, -anything that will get your mind off negativity.  You want to find the most positive vibration that you can hold.  So first, clean up your energy; get it flowing then you are going to try and raise your vibrational level.

Lower vibrations of sad, depressed, etc.  Low vibrational emotions are going to be loss of hearing, vision, cancers, bladder cancer, blood cancer, etc.  All issues are down in the lower vibrational level.  Good health is up at the higher end.  You want to get to the point where those lower emotions are not your baseline.  The baseline where you want to hang out most of the time is contentment (with the option of even better). So if you get to the point where everything you have, you are content with that -wow! That is your baseline then all those negative or lower emotions are just information.  You don’t need to live there with those negative emotions.  You can say “OK, this is just information.”  You want to live in contentment or something better.  Contentment is what we are pushing today.  Oh, I’m sad, or oh, the thing I bought was broken in shipping and I’m irritated.  OK.  That’s information.  Feel it, acknowledge it but don’t stay long with it.  You need to learn to funnel energy that feels good to you.  Tonight a quiet, quiet meditation where you choose your word and then allow that energy to flow towards you and fill you up then run it through the ground and back up to you.

Higgins 4/2/25

Your energy is all flowing well, in and out. Some of you are putting your energy into the ground and back up.  Some of you are not.  Why not?  That is because your energy is at a low ebb.  You are not putting out the attractive intentions (impulses) that bring back the positive stimulation.  As a group, you all want to know how to do this.  So we are going to talk about this. 

D, Your energy in and out is good but you are not drawing it back up and around.  What do you feel when we show you this?  (Higg(in)s demonstrates with hand motions.)

D:  I feel both strands of energy and I am very aware of how tired my body is at the same time.  Seems like the strands are not connected. 

H:  There are a couple of things you can do.  You can go to bed.  That is one option.  Resting when you are tired is a good idea.  It is a beautiful thing.  The entity has no comfortable place at work in which to rest during her breaks.  The natural lull in the body during the day is not respected in this country.  Some countries have siestas but that is not done in this country.  The second thing you can do is intentionally draw your energy around you.  When you are feeling low and slow, it is difficult to get a high energy around you but something you can ask for is a comforting energy.  Bring around your aura a sense of comfort and a sense of security and a knowing that, although your energy is low and slow right now, all is well. 

Let’s all of us spend a few minutes feeling comfortable, being comfortable.  When we say “all is well” we are not saying that you are not experiencing ill health, or your family isn’t concerned, or you are not concerned about them.  We are saying that in the natural order of things everything is just fine.  There is nothing better that you can do about it than to get a sense of comfort and be in peace.  Let’s just be comfortable for a few minutes.

(A short time of quiet follows.)

H:  You did that yourself.  There was a time we shared our energy with you and now you are graduate students, so you got a sense of comfort on your own.  We only told you to get moving.  Kind of like slapping a horse’s butt to get them going.  You should all be feeling pretty good, maybe still a little tired, but more together.

P:  I want to hear what you have to say about the connection between energy and health issues. 

H:  You all know you are not a body (you look like a body); you are an energy being.  Everything about you is energetic.  If you are carrying a frequency for a long time, it is going to express as making lots of money, or good health, or various types of cancer, or strength, or weakness.  It is going to look like all kinds of things.  It’s just energy.  And, energy looks like a lot of things- heart, blood, everything.  Everything is about you reflecting you.  You know it.  You have heard it a lot.  You have worked to improve your vibration but still here they are.

Shifting from the standard when you are surrounded by people who do not understand what their words are doing, when you yourself are experiencing difficulties it is hard not to express how you feel.  The entity has allergies.  Her eyes weep, she wipes her eyes, wipes her nose, coughs, sneezes.  It is very difficult NOT to acknowledge what is happening.  Then she says “but Higgins, I have worked so hard for so long and I still have allergies.  That means there is something in my environment that is toxic to me.  How can that be?  I am a child of the planet.”  Then we say, listen to the words you just said.  There is something toxic in the environment.  Can you think what that could be? 

Entity:  Well, yes.  I have wanted to do something different for a long time but I am afraid and I don’t know how. 

H:  so then we say, well, you can understand why you have these difficult allergies then, right?  It is with any situation.  We are not criticizing anyone for where they are.  We are saying it is quite normal.  It is a very difficult game you are playing.  There are none of you here that are beginners because you are at an advanced level in this life experience.  Anyone who came to earth at this time with the shift of the ages came here because you had developed a level of mastery that you felt you could succeed or have something really good to learn during this time frame.  Here you are, learning.  Having a good time at it.  Having some ups and downs and joys and sorrows.  Having every opportunity to practice what you have been learning from various teachers throughout your lifetime.

H continues: D, you intended to be a teacher amongst teachers.  Here you are doing it and doing it well for decades.  With this next difficulty you are having, what do you think is the best thing you can do for yourself right now? 

D:  This is a time of integration of all the work I have done because I sense a call to put together body work, energy, and attitudes about who we are as energy, light beings and present that concept in a different context.  I have been working on the whole biblical piece of light beings and I have been learning how to use sound -which is also in ancient scriptures.  It is all that I am working on most of the time.

I love tennis so I have been watching tennis and I love it.  I would like my body to be able to still play tennis, but I can’t.  What we have discovered about my heart and body I am going to be watching and see if I can be walking, and running and fit at 75.  That includes playing tennis.  That’s the basics of the “I being.” In that mesh is the relationships with my family, 2 girls and the grandchildren, and I fully intend that everything I have just said is going to be conversation that we all have and that we are going to be experimenting together about energy.  And how my grandchild can change her mental energy, etc.  We are very basic and it is coming along.  It is the only interest I have.

 H:  If you will listen to your self-talk that you say when you are speaking with friends that is (literally) all the things that are coming to you. The words you speak in normal conversation is the literal life experience and events and material items that you are attracting or repelling.  When you get something like coronary artery disease what is your attitude?  Do you look at this as opportunity?  What we hear you say is yes.  Opportunity to have conversation.  We want to talk about your president, who is not popular in this group.  We want to talk to you about something he does more powerfully than any person that the entity has ever seen.  That is, he states his intention for what he wants and he keeps stating it no matter what is facing him back and keeps saying it till it becomes true.  He never gives up.  Would you agree with that? 

D:  yeah, he is really persistent.

H:  So, this person is a learning opportunity because he is so visible you can see the words he says and flat out lies and keeps saying them till they become true.  And what we want you to do is learn how to state something with such frequency and such intensity that you begin to believe it because then you will shift our outcome from negative to positive.  You will be able to say, “I have coronary artery disease.  It really surprised me.  I didn’t expect this and yet, here it is.  It is one of the greatest opportunities I have ever had in my lifetime.  Right now I am saying I really am not sure how this could be a great opportunity but I am positive that it is so I am looking for what is good in it.  I am trusting my medical team is knowledgeable and proficient and very good at what they do and in the meantime I am going to do my part which is to continue looking for what is good in this opportunity.  That is literally all you need to do to start shifting yourself in a positive direction. 

Now we are going to do a little shifting here.  There is a book, the entity thinks it’s The Bible Code, and in that book they have taken the Hebrew books and put every word in a row, they have made every single thing in a row.  Then through a system that someone has worked out, the entity does not have access to it so we don’t have the verbiage to talk about it well, but you can put in a question in a computer and the computer will read the Bible Code and spit out an answer for you.  Since a person doesn’t know what to ask, its difficult to know what to ask the Bible Code.  We know, through the book, what has happened in the past.  World events that have occurred.  You will find your answer and right across the answer to some major answers will be the words “Will you change it?”  The response is cross-sectioned by the words “will you change it?”  And that is what we are asking you, D.  Will you change it?  You came to earth for this.  Will you be able to focus so positively on the opportunity that is here rather than the potential negativity that you will come out smelling like a rose.  We would like you to say yes.

D:  I have already said yes.  That is the path I was on when my body needed to teach me something.  And what I fully expect that what is going on is that my soul is directing my body in this work.  I am aware of a spiritual nature with this.  I will feel better so that I can think more clearly about all that I have already set up and the connections I have already made.  I am living my yes and I have to go through this procedure to discover what is next.  That feels like a yes. 

H:  Good.  We have the yes and now you all have done this already, so many times you know what the answer is.  So the question is how do we continue to apply what we already know with better effect?  So we have come up with some words that may be a better visual description than what we have used in the past.  We want you to consider what steps you will take or how you will follow your inspiration.  When you follow your inspiration we want you to do it with a sense of happy urgency. 

Happy urgency.  Why do we use the word urgent?  We have followed you all for a long time and we know that you are quite comfortable with our teachings and you know that you are all doing pretty darn well.  When you are doing quite well, you don’t have the “whip” behind you.  If you were on fire, you would act quickly to put the fire out.  Or if you were about to be hit by a car you would jump pretty quickly.  The point is from your comfort level you do not feel a lot of urgency. One of the things we have taught you is if you take a little step today and a little step tomorrow, eventually you will get there.  But, what you are finding out is that if I take little steps I am not moving very fast toward my desires.  If you take more little steps with more of a sense of eager urgency, you will progress toward your happiness goals just that much faster.  Questions?

P:  I feel that was a good point for me. 

H:  Working with happy urgency? 

P:  yeah.  I like to remember that Christian saying “all things work together for good.”  Sometimes that is hard to see or feel in this world but it’s true. 

H:  The entity was practicing happy urgency today and she was tired – the allergies were running her down.  She wanted to lie down on the couch.  The dishes from lunch were not done and she felt she would sleep better if the dishes were done and she started it at a plodding pace.  We reminded her that if she applied it with a sense of happy urgency she would get to the sofa quicker.  So, the kitchen was tidied up in minutes.  The chore she really didn’t want to do was unload the dishwasher but she did it very quickly.  In fact, the whole process of tidying up the kitchen was less painful because she did it with a sense of happy urgency.  We encourage you to think about happy urgency as you progress and move from one item to the next.  Getting one item done quickly is not really the point.  The point is that you are doing something with a sense of eagerness and enthusiasm, and it’s imperative you get it done and get it done well even if the reason you are hurrying is to get your fantastic nap in after you get things done. 

P:  How to you get from the place of being slower to happy urgency? 

H:  Have you seen a dog with high predatory instincts?  You know the joke, “squirrel!”  We want you to look at the next thing as “squirrel!  Put all your energy into it and you will own it.  The shift in perception is about the thing you are doing.  Nothing else will change.  We have talked about this before.  You are on this track and this track looks the same but if you say I don’t really want to do it you can shift a little bit over here but the job is still boring.  If you say “squirrel!” and you move over here into this track you still see the same thing only it is happier. So, get on the record groove of “squirrel!”

Meditation:  for good health.  When you or anyone is tired, feeling slow, it may seem like too much to try and draw the energy through that we sometimes do and we feel powerful and energy is flowing swiftly – the kind that keeps you awake at night like you’ve had lots of coffee.  Tonight, a lullaby.    Calm and lovely and nurturing energy like soaking in a hot tub or after a good sleep while you are comfortable in your bed.  Like that.  There is nothing more powerful in your creation process than being comfortable with where you are right now.  A very powerful lesson.

Higgins 3/26/25

H: Energy is a big deal.  Our goal with you has never been to do things for you.  It’s to help you use energy and apply energy to yourselves and help you understand what that is but not doing it for you.  We are starting out this way because we really want to know what you are doing for ourselves before we get started.  S, even when you are tired – all of you can have a full energy field around you.       We understand why it is easy to let your energy field collapse.  When you allow your energy field to collapse that is when you attract things that you do not want     to attract.  Driving in your car you are more likely to have a fender bender.  Even when you are tired, there is very little extra effort involved in filling up your aura, calling on your spirit guides to help you stay full of energy if you find you cannot do it yourself.

H: Where would you like to start tonight?  We are feeling something that you want. Do you know what it is?   

P:  I have spent a lot of time working and living with people with mental health issues.  What is causing the mental health issues in terms of energy?

H:  Great question.  Before we answer that, the thing you are missing can you feel yourself wanting to make the heart connection and make the molecule?  Go ahead and make that connection and feel how that tightens the group and feel a more cohesive unit.   Feel the difference? 

(Higgins refers to making heart connections between each participant much like bonds between molecules.)

P:  Yes, stronger. 

H:  OK, K ask your question again. 

P:  I’ve been around people who have various kinds of mental health issues and they have been draining.  I have always wondered what is it that is causing the mental health issues?  I know that Western approach is imbalance in hormones or various chemicals in the body but believe that might only be part of what mental issues are. 

H:  It is.  So you know that our answer about everything is all about energy.   Each one of you invites what you invite through your energetic offering.  And that could look like your financial well-being or your health – both physical and mental health.  Mental health is a real thing just like physical health is a real thing.  It is not like it is something that is in your mind and you can get rid of it.  Some things you can stop having, in the way that cancer is a real thing and you can get rid of it, mental health is a real thing and you can eventually get rid of it.  It is not just something you make up in your mind.  Are you following our answer so far?  Is that clear?

P:  Yes. 

H:  It is a real thing.  All disease is based on your energy and all disease can be resolved through carrying your own energy.  When you say that these people with mental illness are draining. Yes.  With mental illness their energetic offering is typically quite low; depression, suicidal ideation, inability to focus, to stay together and that is scattered energy.  These people tend to not draw their energy appropriately from the top of their head to their toes.  You have learned to draw your energy this way and what we are learning now through the power of your desires and intention is energy goes into the ground and you renew it.  Every 20 seconds your energy channels through you.  (The power of your desires, your intention, your feeling) shifts what energy is attracted to you and therefore what outcomes are attracted to you.  You set your intention for pleasant interaction, “I am going to draw pleasant interactions.”    If you are experiencing mental health issues, you are not drawing that clean, crisp happy energy.  You are drawing negative feeling energy.  You are scattered.  You are sometimes mis-drawing energy so you are putting it out the wrong way and drawing it in the wrong way.

You have the word in your vocabulary, energy vampire. They might take energy from another person because that is the only way they know how.  They don’t know how to carry their own energy and that is why they feel so weird to you – because they are not carrying their energy properly. 

Mental illness is similar in that either a repelling energy or a feeding energy is inappropriately connecting to others.   If they could run their energy appropriately, from head to toe – even though the mental illness may still be a part of them, they would feel better. Like when we had a session with friend, K, when you had a cancer diagnosis, you felt a lot better even though you still had a diagnosis of cancer.  Does that follow?

P:  Yes.  So they would feel a lot better even though they wouldn’t immediately, not necessarily immediately, be healed, they would feel better and they could cope better if they could understand their energy. 

H: Yes

P:  How we manage our energy whether it’s somebody who is out of alignment because of mental health issues; or out of alignment because of anger or what have you, if I can keep myself calm then that is the best contribution.  If we do our part to be calm and in alignment we are influencing in the best  way.

H:  Yes, you are.  When you stay centered you influence things around you and people around you in the best possible way.  Influence is such a nice word and a nice way to say it.  You are influencing, not demanding.

Last week we talked about anger and how a person who gets very angry is manipulating the world around them. They are influencing it because they get a response that way.  Your influence is inviting others to share in your centeredness and to experience what you are experiencing.  When you are centered, what you are experiencing is always different than what somebody else experiences from a  non-centered place.  You see around you what is going on with people from non-centered place – burning cars from a non-centered place.  And from a centered place you can look at that and say that isn’t a right choice because it isn’t a constructive solution.  When you are inviting people to share your energy, that invites a constructive response.

H:  Friends, do you know why you experience anger?  Anger is an emotion that is offered when you are slipping down the emotional scale toward negative emotions.  Anger is a very powerful emotion because it stimulates a turn-around in your emotional state.  So when you are sliding down hill emotionally and you feel angry it means you are getting out of control.  You are losing control.  Think about it.  You are never angry when you are in control.  You are only angry when you are out of control.  All of you think of the times you were angry.  It’s because you were in some way losing control.  Anything less than anger is heading towards powerlessness.  Anger helps bring you back to having a sense of power.    When you get angry, you are getting out of control.  If you learn to hold your center, you never have any reason to be angry because you are not sliding backwards.  It’s like walking in the mud.  If you have good boots and good footing you don’t have to worry about slipping.  If you have shoes on with not good traction, you might slip and fall.  But staying centered is like having boots with traction.   

Of course, you don’t want to have to use anger because you always want to be in control.  Anger is more powerful than fearful, depression and sadness.  Anger is the more powerful emotion and therefore we would rather have you acknowledge your anger than ignore it or try to suppress it.  We don’t want you to act on it.  We don’t want you to feel murderous and take out your neighbor or something like that.  That would not be useful.   Accept the help that anger offers.  When you are angry and you stomp out the door you are following your impulse to step out of the situation and therefore gain control.

P:  When I am really angry and feel like I am losing control I don’t know if I could rein myself in and sit down and ground. 

H:  Friend, that helps us understand that maybe you are missing part of the thing we have said time and time again, which is when you have an emotion, feel it.  Don’t ignore the emotion.  It is information.  If you were to ignore your anger you would be ignoring information you are being given.  We would rather you learn to be centered first.  If you find yourself in anger, feel it.  It is telling you something. 

P:  We attract things.  For the last period of time I have been dancing around quite contentedly about things that are going right.  Good things that are happening. There is one pervasive problem that is getting worse and that is my computer.  The computer is my access to the world.  My computer is going splat.  It started doing this during the inauguration.  Is my computer failing because I am trying to reject what is going on in the world? 

H:  Everything responds to you emotionally, especially things you put energy into including your car.  You kept driving your car and driving.  We were hoping you would notice how tired it was, but you kept driving it and driving it .  You ignored it until you had to buy a car.  It is the same with your computer.  It has been slowing down for a long time.  It has been slowing down much longer than the end of January.    It is slower now and the slow down is representative of your interactions.  True.  And your ability to interact with the world.  True.  But you already have a plan which you could have done a year ago (buying a new computer).  You can implement that plan whenever you want.  You have the power to get a new computer. You have to decide to act on your decisions or thought processes which is really the more powerful indicator of your thoughts and emotions than your computer slowing down. What is more important is that it has been slowing down for a long time.   You haven’t done anything about it.  It has become critical.  It is not Trump’s fault.  Your computer is slowing down so there are those energetic connections, but it has been getting slower for a long time and we know that you will acknowledged that.

It is interesting to know that at any moment you can do something to change that.  This is very exciting to us because sometimes your power to change something in your realm is not so obvious.  This is obvious.  You can literally go to the store and buy a new computer and start it up that day.   Many things are not that easy to fix.   You have a very clear, workable solution for this problem.  The thing about this is you have been slowing down as people do a little at a time over a long period of time.  So did your car and your computer.  That happens.  When you are ready emotionally and mentally to make the adjustment that you need to make — it  isn’t what you want to do – becoming more computer dependent.  You know that you cannot get around the way you used to.  So, if you will put the effort and time and money to get a new computer, that will help you do the things you want to do – get on line, get on to a zoom meeting, help you participate with other people, help you with your blog, help you do the things you like to do easier and faster and you will have a happier and more fulfilling life.  So when you are ready to accept that you are going to have to make an adjustment then you’ll go buy a new computer. And you’ll step into this new thing and you’ll say ‘Oh my life used to look like this and this is what it will look like now.”  You will be happy with your new computer and how you’ll set it up and the help you will get.  It will be a plus for you.  A big plus when you are ready.

It is a lot of technology, a lot of learning, and it is harder sometimes to learn these things as you become older.  Not because you’re not capable of learning.  You are capable of learning a lot.  It is because when you are young you are born without resistance, and so these ideas that it’s hard to learn the computer are things you have programmed into yourself. We are sort of laughing here because the beauty of that which you set up for yourself is exquisite.  And if you could see from our perspective all the steps that took you to where you are to have frustration with your computer, you would laugh out loud.  You would high 5 yourself, and then you would just fix it.  Your resistance to the very technology that will help you live the life you want to live.  Isn’t that something?  Great, great, great learning tonight. 

P:  is something wrong with me?  I don’t get angry very much.  Am I supposed to get angry? 

H:  No, like we said, anger is information.  It means you are slipping and you feel you are on some level losing control.  If you don’t get angry, it is because you don’t need it.   You are above anger and don’t need it.  That is a compliment to your ability to stay centered. 

P:  I think it has to do with letting go of fear.  I believe we are in this process for a reason, and it has to be like this right now.  Those of us who want to raise our frequency and want to spread love and compassion, we are going to win.  It is going to come to pass but we do have to go through this rough time. 

What is occurring in your political arena has been coming on longer than M has been alive (she is 90).  This is not something that has just popped up. The ball started rolling a long time ago at the point in history when you had the opportunity to change your outcome, you simply didn’t do it.  You couldn’t do it.  Will you get it now?    Will you learn to stay centered now or will you let this take you tip over teakettle?  Are you going to stay centered? 

Addendum from Higg(in)s: Will you change it? Staying centered is the thing that will change it. If one of you stays centered, you will slide through this shift of the ages and life will be fine for you. If the masses stay centered you all will experience what we can only describe as a quantum shift in the human life experience.

Higgins 3/12/25

Say in a word what each of you want tonight.  Joy, comfort, love and be loved, clarity in general, clarity as in my purpose in life; know more about energy, having my best self do what is mine to do in the world with joy.

H:  So feet on the floor, arms at your sides, let’s just breathe and connect.  Link your hearts with each other and the entity will link with all of you.  Everybody is linked with each other in the group so that we are a tightly bound molecule, one unit.  As a group we are taking your energy and filling the aura.  Let your energy drop to the floor and flow harmoniously for your best interest.  Energy flows from top down and we are going to state the words you said to us.  Joy, comfort, know more about energy, to have clarity in general, to have clarity of one’s purpose in life, to experience love and be loved and to be one’s best self and to do what is yours to do and do it with joy.  Feel these words in yourselves.  You are magnets and you are attracting whatever it is you attract magnetically.  We set these words up so that you can bring yourselves the energy of joy, comfort, etc.  As your energy flows in this spherical shape around your body and as our group molecule, you are attracting the energy that is in the Universe.  You are attracting that which is most similar to what we just said.  Beautiful.

P:  I want to know as a group if we could send energy to M so strongly that it would actually mean something. 

H:  Absolutely.  Want to do it now?

P:  we could do it during the meditation.

P:  About energy.  Some weeks back instead of having us bring energy from above you had us bring it from the ground.  Why? 

H:  the energy of the earth is equivalent to the energy of a human body.  You actually have a range of higher and lower vibrations than the frequency of the earth.  But the energy of the earth is very soothing and very settling and we just wanted you to connect with the earth and feel that soothing energy that is YOUR energy. 

P:  sometimes in different circles they have us circle energy clockwise and other times counterclockwise.  They have called counterclockwise (ccw) feminine energy.  What do you say about that? 

H:  To call it feminine energy is not inappropriate.  There are differences in how the energy feels.  Energy is all energy but it does feel different and can be manipulated for different purposes; so when you want the energy of compassion and nurturing you would often go widdershins (ccw); and more to the point, we frequently use the clockwise (cw) direction. 

P:  It is still about intent – what your intention is for that energy work. 

H:  For us the direction that we use is absolutely what we are trying to accomplish with you.  We started asking for these words so we know what energy to start bringing in.  Remember the conversation with us is like the bread that holds the sandwich.  It is not about the conversation it is the energy we bring, so it is very helpful to know where you want to go, what you want to do, what your expectations are, what your hopes are so that we can bring in the most appropriate energy template for you. 

P:  Last week we spent a substantial amount of time grounding and centering.  We were advised to do that if we were feeling off center, agitated, anxious, to do that.  I did that all this week and it was immensely helpful.  I could get back into my regular self with just a few minutes of awareness and grounding.  Really useful tool in these times. 

H:  It is extremely useful.  We would talk about the early days with the entity when we would tell her to get grounded before she did anything and she would say, “well, I am at work.  How can I stop and ground myself when people might see me.”  Well now you are many years down the road and you can do it much more discreetly.  You can do it upon the instant.  You have had more practice so it is much easier and you are also learning the essence, the feeling of what it feels like to be centered.  It feels better doesn’t it?  So, no matter how many crazy things are going on in the world, when you stay centered everything else seems better.  It hasn’t changed at all but, but YOU have.  You change and so you are drawing to you from a more balanced place. 

P:  It placates anxiety almost immediately.

P:  I would like to know how to get rid of sadness that has been with me all my life.  Do I just cry a lot or what? 

H:  Good.  You are making a joke about crying.  Crying is very helpful to release tension and it is helpful to bring yourself back into alignment to a certain point.  However, the real answer is center yourself.  Always bring yourself back to center because we can tell you this for sure:  If you will center yourself the way K just described, even if you are sad, you will not feel off balance.  Sadness is quite normal.  However, when you give away your energy to it then you will sort of fall apart – you will feel like you are falling apart, which energetically you are.  So if you keep yourself centered, you can still explore those feelings of sadness without coming apart and miscreating.  The other aspect of that is you have felt sadness for a long time because you are hurt inside.  When you harbor hurt and sadness the other thing you are also harboring is anger.  And, whether you feel the anger or you don’t, we know it is there because sadness is a lower vibration than anger.  You have to move through anger to get up into the feelings of hope and contentment and finally happiness and joy. 

P:  The next question is what are some way to get rid of anger?  I have been taught to not have anger and if I have anger I am a bad person, I’m out of control, I can’t manage my life.  It is a very negative thing to express anger.  I usually do it by swearing which is not usually adequate to what I am feeling.

H:  Your society does not recognize anger as a tool and also anger is misused frequently.  It is used to intimidate and manipulate.  And the reason that it is is because anger is such a powerful emotion that people acknowledge as soon as they throw a tantrum -as a child you throw a tantrum you get a result which you can’t get by any of your other better behavior methods.  Anger has proved itself to be a very powerful way to achieve your goals.  You see it on the TV all the time.  Whoever is the strongest, the angriest and able to punch you, they are the ones who win rather than one who has the best control of their emotions.  Anger is a helper tool; anger is a powerful energy because it is the energy that drags you up emotionally, that keeps you from becoming sad, keeps you from feeling sorry for yourself, keeps you from becoming depressed.  If you have anger, you are in a much better place than sadness or grief.  Would you agree to that?

P:  Yeah. 

H:  It is more powerful.  But people don’t like to see your anger.  They don’t like to deal with your anger.  They would rather deal with you when you are a mouse.  You are much more comfortable for them.  They don’t want to see it.  That is why they discourage you from expressing it.  Anger is an emotion given to you by your broader being who is always measuring where you are relative to what you agreed and said you wanted to do before you came forward into this body.  Anger is God given.  It is not a bad thing.  The question is what are you going to do with it?  What we encourage you to do is recognize the power and the energy and when you feel angry, this is a really good thing because its keeping you from feeling less powerful and it often comes with action inspiration.  And that is what we would suggest to you.  Look for the action inspiration.  Find a way to acknowledge your anger the same way you acknowledge your grief or your sadness.  Acknowledge it but with anger find out what that inspiration is and act on it.  That is what anger is.  It gives you power to act, which is what you need when you are sliding downhill emotionally.

P:  If I don’t feel anger, is there something wrong with me? 

H:  Not at all.  Isn’t that what all of you are aiming for?  To stay in the emotion of hope or better because that feels good to you.  Isn’t that the goal to always feel good and when you get below hope you don’t feel so good.  So there are 2 things that happen if you never feel anger.  1)  you are sort of mastering life and you know that you do not need to feel anger because you are not losing control.  Why do we feel anger?  Because we are losing control.  That is one aspect.  The other aspect  is, well we don’t want to say denial because it is under such a thick layer that you cannot really get to anger.  You are so low you cannot get to anger and you call it all kinds of things.  It’s a sort of numbness.  You become satisfied with “not very good” because that’s the best you can get.  And that is OK, too, but we always encourage you to go for anger and then move higher.  We want you to be in hope or better. 

P:  I don’t feel anger.  I have to be so careful to use anger properly.  Maybe that is my concern about that.  Fear is another thing and that is a way lower frequency than anger.  I can talk myself out of being afraid, but sometimes I have to talk myself out of it the next day. 

H:  Is there some specific question there or do you want us to respond? 

P:  I would like you to respond with your general thoughts. 

H:  Can you imagine a trombone? 

P:  Yes. 

H:  The trombone slide goes out and come in and goes out and come in.  So what you are saying is that if you are in fear you are able to slide quickly up and down the emotional scale.  That you can talk yourself out of it and you can slide so quickly past fear or anger that you don’t really even notice it.  Does that sound like what you are telling us? 

P:  Well there is a ceiling that doesn’t get very much higher than consternation or disgust -not terribly high frequencies either.  The higher frequencies are much harder for me to reach.  I can hang around in the middle or low middle most of the time. 

H:  So you are not hanging around in positive expectation and belief?

P:  I can if I really work at it like in meditation.

H:  Interesting, Friend, cuz we read you differently. 

P:  Today in a meditation I got to a place where I could feel that something wonderful is actually happening.  I got to that lovely feeling. 

H:  It is interesting you share this with us because we can tell you that your belief that you create the world around you is very powerful. 

P:  True. 

H:  And belief is a higher frequency than what you teel us you are.  We know that on some level you are higher than you think you are.  We appreciate this conversation because it is an important one.  Let’s take a breather and see if we can help you feel this.  In essence you are in a believing state. You believe you create the world around you.  We know that is true for you.  However, because every moment of each day is not filled with the eager enthusiasm you would like it to be, you hang out in a sort of maudlin energy.  Does that describe it to you? 

P:  I don’t know what maudlin means. 

Another P:  moderately depressed, kind of melancholy.  Blah.

P:  I am better than blah. 

H:  We can say right now that if you are better than blah you are better than anger most of the time.  You may slide down into those emotions but your baseline is higher than you think that it is.  What we would encourage you to do is not ask so much of yourself in a day.  You physicals think that you have to be busy doing something powerful and progressive every moment of every day to be successful.  And that is simply not true.  We want you to take in the aspect of the Buddhist who sits ad looks out the window.  It is called meditation, not “I don’t have anything better to do.”  I’m improving my energy or I am contemplating life.  The Situational Buddhist.  It is a very powerful tool to learn to be happy in the quiet moment when no one is talking to you, you don’t have anyone around, you are doing nothing purposeful so you are BEING with a purpose.  Allow yourself to be and that is enough.  You don’t have to clean anything, you don’t have to do anything, you don’t have to make somebody else happy.  Just BE and let that be enough. 

P:  Seems like what B said was being.   He was DOING in the morning and in the afternoon he was BEING. 

H:  yes. 

B:  and S said that, too. 

P:  I can resonate with that.  I feel like the way my consciousness is feeling is genuinely helpful to the world.  IT DOES MATTER. 

H:  Your consciousness matters.  What this group is collected here, and M this does include you, what you have done to work on your energy through the years does benefit mankind.  You may not see it, you may not know it but it is.  We would say if you take anything away from today, BE content when you are doing something.  Enjoy what you are doing and then be content when you are doing nothing.  Let go of the guilt of not accomplishing more somehow.  Allow yourself to BE and let BEING be OK.

P:  I think that the doing belief system is a result of having such a patriarchal and societal structure for many thousands of years.  It’s almost ingrained in our DNA.    And learning to be receptive and enjoy life and enjoy just being is really foreign to our experience so far.  It is like learning to walk – to be comfortable with not doing anything.  Even meditation can be a “doing” thing for me sometimes. 

H:  Yes. 

P:  Sometimes I feel like using a word “walk” in our current world condition that exists that I feel not responsible for is like trying to learn to walk on holes because it is just plain extra tough right now, not for me, but for a lot of those I observe. 

H:  This is really opportunity and we cannot stress this enough that this is opportunity, opportunity, opportunity.  Friend, M, if we may:  Her cat made a mess on the floor and she said “this is not a problem because I am going to practice getting down and getting back up off the floor.  It was not a problem.  It was an opportunity.  And that is how we want you to think about these current times.  Wow, this is why every single one of you is here right now.  This is it.  You have had all this practice, years and years of practice.  All of you on your respective roads are here at this moment to witness what is happening; to find your center and stay there.  And like driving down the road you have to stay in your lane.  Right now you are driving 100 mph and you have to stay in your lane.  It means you need to stay centered.  It is why you are here;  it is why you were born.  Friend, M, it is why you have lived to 90 and why you will live a little bit longer because you are here for this moment.

P:  And the road is not straight like a freeway.  It is twisty and turny. 

H:  An added challenge.  You wanted it.  You not only wanted it you planned it.  You planned it.  So it is opportunity to express how powerfully you can stay in your center.  Just stay in your center.  Friend M in your hospital bed, you are staying in your center.  M if you are driving down the freeway you are staying in your center.  You are staying in our center NO MATTER WHAT is happening. 

We think a centering meditation right now, a long one – 30 minutes on centering and peace.  Friend, M, you were wanting to say something?

 P:  I am listening carefully because I feel anger and deep deep rage and it isn’t like an activating thing like anger.  It is a deep, deep rage and I feel like I am becoming a split personality.  When I have the deep, deep rage there I am.  But other times I can start looking toward the future with vibrant positivity.  It is very hard for me right now. 

H:  at least in that sentence you were able to use the words “vibrant positivity “!  Well done. 

P:  I work at it.  I’m trying.

Higgins 3/5/25

Hello, Friends.  What sort of intentions did we come here with tonight?   

P:  Just to connect.

P:  To say thank you. 

H:  Oh Friends, we are delighted to work with you. 

P:  When there is time I am feeling troubled about Ukraine and how is the best way to help the people. 

H:  you all have been enjoying us for quite a long time, why are you here tonight?  Your deep down reason?

P:  to get deeply connected with Source.

P:  Having a quiet time to reflect on the meaning of life and existence. 

P:  I feel connected to the group and I enjoy the contact.  I get so much more in touch with myself and my purpose.  Helps me enjoy the adventure of growing and gaining knowledge of the way energy works and how the Universe works.  Now I realize I can’t imagine my life without understanding energy and having such a huge desire to learn more and more.  There is a sense of well-being that brings me here each week.

P:  Similar to what everyone has said.  To be grounded in spiritual awareness, practice and community. 

P:  He just said everything I wanted to say. 

P:  I like feeling grounded and hopeful and very connected.  Community is very important to me. 

P:  I come for comfort and hope.  Higgins always makes me feel like the Universe is worth living in.  I feel understood because I have been with this group so long I feel on some basic level we are all connected.  That is really important to me.  My life doesn’t need any explanation.  I am and that seems to be enough for everybody. 

P:  I think about our members during the week and how they are doing.  Most of all I get such a boost out of these sessions with Higgins.  It is sort of like I should really get it all by now after being exposed to this for so long and practicing.  But, for me it is something I need to work on all the time.  It is just really helpful.  I am hopeful Higgins can help me and us navigate this situation the entire earth is in right now with the instant knowledge of everything that is going on and we get inundated with the negativity of so much knowledge.  Would like any hints to help us on how to deal better with it. 

H:  Very helpful, friends.  Let’s just breathe, while we assimilate everything you just said and create the conversation for tonight.  Think about your own energy, where it is going.  It should flow from head to toe. 

Let’s begin this conversation very gently with what you just told us.  If you were a baseball player on a baseball team and you were a professional athlete you would arrive at the stadium.  You would dress appropriately; you would do your warm up routine and you would be ready to participate with the group.  You would like some coaching, of course, but you would go out and play the best you can having already applied what you know and then having a coach helping you expand. 

We meet once a week, and during the rest of the week you have what you have learned from us to help you for 6 days till the next week and then you can get your Higgins fix.  The way we have approached this, both with the Wisdom phase and the now Knowledge phase is that we offer what we know and then like students in a school, you learn and apply the parts you understand and then sharpen up on the other parts  – and we coach you as they come along.

Well, one of the things that you are telling us is that you want to cope, and not just eeek out a life during these next few uncomfortable years but actually want to thrive during these years.  If that is the case, we will give you some more tips for you to apply every day whether we, you coach, are with you or not. 

In order to stay centered, you have to keep your energy running head to toe and ground yourself in the earth.  We’ve talked about energy in many different ways.  In essence each one of you is right here.  You are a ball.  Energy runs down your spinal column and into the earth.  Energy does a lot of things but the picture we want you to understand and to work with is that your energy flows from head to toe and down into the earth.  If your energy is not flowing head to toe and down into the earth, you are going to feel a little discombobulated.  Maybe that discombobulation will look like tearful and sad; or frequent eruptions of frustration; moody, melancholy or maybe lazy  -not a lot of energy to get off the couch and not  because you are ill but don’t have a lot of motivation.  The #1 thing that we would have you do every morning and multiple times during the day is ground yourself.  Energy flows from head to toe whether you intend it in your mind or whether you show your energy how to go by using your hands to draw the energy down.  It doesn’t really matter how; you just intend it.

We have been using this metaphor of the picture of just standing up and walking across the room.  You can do it whenever you want.  You may have varying levels of discomfort in your hips or your foot, but you know that if you signal yourself in a certain way you will push the chair back and turn and walk across the room.  You will stop and turn around and come back.  You know how to signal yourself how to do that.  It is the same with your energy. You have a signal.  My energy flows this way and it does.  You don’t have to understand it, it just does.  Just like you don’t have to understand how your car works, you just turn the key and it runs.  If you send your intention for your energy to flow head to toe it will flow head to toe.  We are elaborating on this because you need your energy to flow head to toe to stay centered during these times.  If you allow yourself to become uncentered and lose yourself in different directions, you don’t think right, interpret right, feel right.  There is something that’s off.  You feel off.  Get your energy flowing this way.  Energy is eternal and non-stop; never stops flowing.  If it stops flowing that would be the death of God and that is not a viable possibility.

Sometimes your energy runs faster than it does at other times, and sometimes it runs slower.  You feel best when it is flowing at a moderate rate.  When you feel excited, enthused and you feel that passion- that is a wonderful, wonderful feeling.  We encourage you to find the things you love so much you can get that passionate energy.  However, there is the standard day-to-day energy and you know what it is.  It is the kind of energy when you have a good day.  Pleasant interactions with other human beings that really were uplifting.  When you exercise your body and it feels good.  M, you used to come home from work where you worked outdoors and you were invigorated, uplifted in your heart.  And, that is the standard energy that we would hope for you all to be walking around with.  When you have that standard energy of having a pretty good day, your energy flows quite freely and fully and it goes into the earth and because of your magnetic attraction, you pull energy down and around in a spherical or apple- shape and it forms a looping pattern around you. It is in every direction.   It is not just this direction where you see these fingers down into the core and around.  It is every conceivable direction in a sphere.  When you can carry that energy on a steady basis, that is stable.  That is centered.  That is grounded and you feel connected.  The emptiness in the pit of your stomach goes away; the worries in your mind go away and you are able to listen to the inspiration that you are provided by your connection to all that is. 

When you stay centered like that, you do not panic.  Panic is just something else.  So, the groundedness is what helps you receive inspiration that helps you cope with the world around you.  If you will always be connected in that stable way, you will always be able to receive the feedback, the inspiration from the Universe that tells you what the next step will be.  And, with that pleasant energy running, you typically will have the energy to act on it.  If you’re getting inspiration and do not have the oomph to act on it it is because your energy is a tad too slow.  You can call upon your spirit guides, you can call Higgins or God Himself or to (literally) the grass in the yard, but you can always get help to stimulate the flow of your energy when you are short on your own.  The Universe wants to work with you.  The Universe wants to help you succeed.  Positive, powerful energy feels better to every being everywhere and that is what they like to run.  And they want to help you achieve a happy, healthy energy.  There are lots of beings. If you are wanting help just ask. 

The point of that is, Friend, you asked about Ukraine.  Many of you are concerned about the political situation and the entity said as B was talking “yes we can’t say his name; he who must not be named, we can’t talk about that.”  Kind of a joke. But, that situation is so charged it will easily pull you off your center; if you think about the tariffs that will easily pull you off your center; if you knew what is going on in Africa and other countries it would pull you off your center.  So, it is not helpful to allow yourself to be pulled off center.  If you will stay centered, here is your power spot and your opportunity. 

Friend, M, when you wonder what you can do in the world and you stay centered, and then you write a beautiful poem for your friend, that is staying centered – working from your center.  You are 90 years old. While the body can live a long time and just be done, it does slow down.  It is not expected that you, M, will have the same physical capacity you had when you were 50.  Not valid.  But if you stay centered, no matter what your physical condition, you can still find a valid way to express yourself that is useful in these times of great opportunity.  We say great opportunity– to choose who you are going to be. Are you going to stay centered?  Are you going to express your humanity?  Are you going to do what you can to be a powerful, positive influence in the world, or will you allow yourself to become unglued? 

We are going to share with you an experience that the entity had years ago.  The  entity lives on a street that is a homeowners association.  The street is a mirror of the Republican/Democrat discomfort that goes on.  There are 2 sides.  The 2 sides are not cooperating with one another.  It does not matter the fact that the 2 sides want the same thing.  They will not work together to get it.  They want to achieve in 2 different ways, and they can’t do it.  Some years ago, there was a twice annual home owner’s association meeting.  There was such a row that one of the women literally got sick with her distress.  She had to go to the hospital she was so upset.   If you get so upset that you have to go to the hospital, are you effective?  You cannot even help yourself in this situation.  So, that is why we are stressing the importance of finding your center and staying centered.  If it takes re-centering yourself 100 times a day then that is what it takes while you are practicing getting your energy together.  If you wat to help the political situation, stay centered; do you want to be a role model?  Stay centered.  If you want to help Ukraine, center yourself.  Do you want to be good at your job?  Center yourself.  If you want to have a nice conversation with friends, center yourself.  Are you following?  Centered is the baseline and if you do not start from center, all else will not be good.  The outcome will not be as good. 

Friend, D, do you want to ask more specific questions about Ukraine?

 P:  I know that what you said is true.  It is the essence of what I believe.  I am caught in the whirlwind of seeing that some of the politicians don’t want to send aid to Ukraine.  Maybe I should support that.  They won’t get food but they won’t get the war machines.  I feel I need to make a decision of what to do—what side to support.  That kind of thing. 

H:  The issue in Ukraine has been coming on for years.  In the White House and the previous White House and the situation at the border and the weather —all these things have been coming on for decades, longer than you have been on the planet.  To try to unravel something like Ukraine, you are going to find it frustrating and you will find yourself impotent.

One person, centered, acting from a place of connection is a very, very powerful place and you are more powerful than perhaps millions who are not acting from their centered place.  However, no matter how centered you are, there is little you can do to stop what is happening in Ukraine.  You can’t write enough letters.  There isn’t enough ink or enough people to read the letters if they arrive; You can’t make enough phone calls.  It isn’t a viable plan for you to think there is something specific that you can do to stop that war. 

Tonight, we will do a meditation and work on it from an energetic perspective and yes from there we can do something–because we are coming from a place of stability.  If we can help set a template for those folks in Ukraine to find their center then they will be other points of powerful attraction from their centered space and that makes them more powerful attractors of their own safety. 

P:  We here on this side of the world when we stay centered ourselves, then it can help them be centered? 

H:  absolutely.  Your effect from a powerful centered place is more helpful than if you worry and worry about it and become uncentered. Even if you did nothing for Ukraine, just the fact that you are centered will be better than if you become uncentered.

P:  I don’t disagree.  I would like to add that even if phone calls and emails don’t directly help the people in Ukraine, at least it can help further our centeredness by feeling we added our voice to the equation.  I think there’s value in that.  If they were to get so many letters they were knee deep in them, even if they couldn’t read them, all that alone would be a statement.  They would have received that statement.  That would have been an act of integrity on our part.  Whatever little thing we can do from my standpoint feels it is making a tiny contribution and it’s also grounding for myself.  It has the double effect.    

H:  Yes, 100% we agree with you.  If it brings you a sense of power it is better than feeling powerless.

P:  I have been thinking about trying to describe to myself, like if I think about energy and then I think spiritually about earth being an earth school and me making a soul’s contract to come here and go through the changes of the earth and then I am thinking more like when a group like this gets together, we learn to just keep our energy strong and literally impact the force of the Universe.  It is that energy that we do that the changing time in the Universe will carry us through to a new place.  I am very comfortable thinking that.  Where I get into trouble is the day-to-day routines, the news and cranky people and then I start to feel obligations that I should be doing something like picketing people or writing letters.  More and more I am feeling like those things keep my left brain busy that I should be doing more.  I have to adapt my belief system to be more expansive  than just being a human being puttering around the earth.  My energetic soul purpose is much broader.  I want to know more about my soul energy, my connections to the Universe and I feel if I do that I have an easier time staying in my power and being of service when the opportunity presents as opposed to trying to figure out what to do next because I have anxiety. 

The more I learn the more I feel everything is energy – what I think, what I say, what I feel is important and staying centered is the way to happy and joy.  My purpose is just being an energetic being.  That is enough.  If I stay in my best energetic self, I am contributing.  Even if I’m not contributing, my days are more pleasant.  It is why I come here.  I want to know everything I can learn possible about energy and how to use it and maybe share along the way.

H:  For our meditation, what we would like to do is just do this centering energy so that you can feel what it feels like.  You do not have to do anything with it. Just carry it with you. If you go into the hospital carrying this energy with you, you will attract the best doctors, nurses, help.  D, you will attract from your family the best responses and each one of you will attract the best out of your day whatever you do, whatever your day looks like, you will attract the best simply by following this technique to use your energy from your stable standpoint.  Back to basics.

Friend, M, if you go to the hospital they will put you in a bed.  It will matter not one iota whether you are lying down.  Your energy will still flow head to toe.  It knows how to do it.  It will find a way in.  You just intend it 

Feet on floor or not; arms at sides or not; head in air or on a pillow.  Your energy will find a way when you set your intention for it.  Your energy flows into the earth and in a certain way it is a ground and in a certain way it is a plug- in.  Just believe either or both and send your energy into the earth.  It ricochets back up because you are a magnet drawing it back of and over and over and over.  Running the energy through, leading it in the earth and returning it back around.  There is always more energy coming in and always some energy going out constantly being used and replenished.  Sort of like you’re a hot water heater; some is going out; some is coming in, some is being used, but what gets used is being replenished.  Think about pulling your energy down harder, like a bell rope, pull it down.  Keep pulling it in.

Now, your energy is powerfully going straight down into the earth.  And now you are to think of yourself like a powerful magnet, like an MRI machine.  You affect that which is around you.  You are going to be such a powerful magnet you draw your own energy back around so it comes up around your body and back into the top of your head.  You are bending the energy – equilaterally- same on both sides.  Even your head pulls harder which is why it comes back down into the center of your head.  It is an apple or spherical shape.  Remember to pull equally from every location on your body.  You don’t have to know how to do it, just decide you will do it.  Every degree on the sphere in a 360 degree circle around your spine. Pull the energies hard.  Pull it down into you.  Every part of your body is a magnet.  Let it pull the energy that is headed to the ground.  It gets a certain distance from you and it has to respond by pulling back up and around until it gets to the top of your head and by the power of your pulling pulls it right back down through the center of your head.  It is full, equal, well-shaped.

Friend, even if you have an illness, that spot also can and wants to participate in this in a healthy way.  Now, each of you as individuals turn on an energy faucet on the top of your head and you decide how much feels good.  Let it fill your lungs, your bladder, eyes, heart, your mind and your stomach.  Good.  Balance.  Fill your lungs, fill your lower back, your shoulders, eyes, your ears, fill your feet, fill the area which is your groin and hips equally down both sides of your body.  If you wish to turn the faucet up do so at your leisure.

Brilliant.  We want you to feel how stable you are.  If you will get stabilized like this before you take action you will be more powerful than any of you have been to date.  Feel the stability of it, feel the centeredness of it, the quietness of it, feel the calmness of it.  If it feels quiet and warm and cozy, you are doing it right.  If it gives you a little sense of aaoooga you are doing it right.  Beautiful.  Beautiful. 

We are not giving you energy.  You are doing this yourself.  So, well done.  Gently open your eyes and come back.  You do not have to let go of this energy because this is you and you have every right and expectation and capacity to walk down the street like this every day.  When you wake up in the morning, set this and carry it with you as you move through your day.

Higgins 2/26/25

One of the things we have talked about and explained regarding the process and importance of this work is setting your intention before an event.  If you have to make an appt. to see a doctor, for example, before you pick up the phone, set your intentions.  What do you want from the doctor? Likely you want information shared clearly that is helpful and helps you determine your next steps.  Then at the appt. time, intend yourself arriving in a timely manner; receiving good service, etc.

If you get a new refrigerator, use the same steps to getting that new frig.  Intention: What do you want? Define it. Everything you do – before you do it set your intention as to how it will go.  If you practice this, you will find things you do will be smoother.  Things slide along like a greased wheel.  Getting gas, going to the store, etc.  Whatever you do during any given day, this is and extremely helpful tool.

P:  How do you move through the scale of emotions up to love and bliss?  With anger you have to move through the steps.  How? 

H: Picture a stairwell: the lowest steps are terrible depression and then fear, anxiety, then jealousy, thoughts of revenge, hate, frustration, impatience then hope and contentedness and then believing, feeling of confidence and then love, joy, bliss.  Each one of those is a step and imagine you being on the lowest step and trying to step up to contentedness.  It is too big a step.  You cannot do it.  It is a physical and emotional impossibility.  What you’re really trying to do is move out of your despair into something less than despair.  

We so often encourage you to find your angry place because anger has power.  You can’t jump from despair to anger typically either but you are looking for gentle movement up the scale one step (emotional level) at a time.  The way you do that is to gently seek the best feeling or thought you can find about any topic. 

If you are frustrated about the amount of time you are having to wait in the grocery store line, we suggest you start looking around for all the good things that are happening.  The line is slow because the clerk is giving quality service to the person in front of you, and you know when you get there you will get quality service as well.  That is the sort of simple thought process that we would have you undertake to move one from one step to the next.

You have two kinds of emotions, in essence. You have your current emotions. If you get into a traffic jam and you feel impatient, that is a current emotion that is coming from your greater self (spirit) informing you in that moment that this is not what you really want. You’d rather flow smoothly through traffic.  That is one kind of emotion. 

There’s another kind of emotion and those are deep-seated feelings.  Those are the things that are instilled in you along your birth trail.  The family of birth teaches you something, and teachers teach you something. Your early friendships in school teach you something. You learn you are safe or not safe; that you are loved or not loved.  You learn all kinds of things along your way.  Those years, especially the early years, form the foundational emotions that will guide you through your life. Those are the emotions that will either help you focus and be oriented and be able to ‘pin the tail on the donkey’ or disoriented and not be able to ‘pin the tail on the donkey’.   

The things you need to know you set up in advance with your parents, your teachers, your friendships.  The family of birth that you come into helped you become oriented or disoriented in whatever way that you needed to help you learn. It is really a valuable time.

We call these your base-line emotions, and when your base-line emotions are negative they end up showing up in your health as time progresses.  These beliefs that you develop in your youth are often hammered home again and again in your adult life. Because the Universe is circular, events with similar conditions happen over and over again.  The opportunity to face your fears, frustrations, or whatever come to you so that you can learn and grow.  Once you learn the thing that you wanted to learn, once you get an “A” on it, those  opportunities will present themselves again and again but  because you have gotten an “A” it doesn’t bother you.  Your emotional response is more mature.  You have become a broader person and you are learning something and you can apply the new things you have learned. 

There are two kinds of emotions:  1) the one in which you respond to that says “run! You are in a burning building” and 2) You have the other one that guides and defines how you look at the world.  Are you looking at the world through rose-colored glasses?

Friend M: You had good childhood friends and your view of friendships is a very positive one.  But if another person had had many friends who they discovered could not be trusted then that person would have a different view of what friendships are about. They would look at friendships through a different lens and respond through that different lens until they come to understand that you get to choose how to respond.

Let’s go back to what we were first talking about, which is setting your intention  for everything you do. If you are going to get in your car and drive down the road, we encourage you to define what it will look like before you do it.  That way, any of those negative building blocks that you have are sort of set aside for the moment and you are starting from a more concrete, a more stable surface. 

P:  If we learn how to cope with situations that seem to recur and recur in this life, when we come back again will we remember any of that and benefit from our experience or keep stumbling along? 

H:  So many of you are doing these past-life regressions hoping that will help you out in this life.  No, you don’t need to do that.  That life is done. If individuals perceive that there is a sort of bleed through it is because in the new lifetime they wanted to learn or enhance their learning about a previous lifetime. 

When you begin to get ready to plan your next lifetime, you set new parameters.  If you got it in this lifetime, there is no need to do it again.  You would have a whole new set of parameters formed and then from that new definition of what you want in your next lifetime your broader Self will give you positive and negative emotions based on what you chose.  And your Spirit Guide(s) will give you new inspiration towards achieving that which you desire in the new lifetime.

You have a spiritual self and that spiritual self is guiding you like a navigational system.  If you feel terrible about something your broader self is feeling really great about the very thing you feel terrible about. The worse you feel, the bigger the opportunity that you created and that is why your greater self feels so good.

So you die and you move into the next life.  And, when you start planning your next life and if you have learned what you wanted to learn in this lifetime, then you plan a whole new lifetime.  Sometimes people say “Oh, the last one was pretty hard, let’s do an easy one.”  Or, “You know what?  I figured this part out but never really understood that other part.”  So, you plan a whole new life.  There is no reason to know what happened in your last life because your navigational system (greater self) is guiding you every step of the way towards  what you decided before you were born – that what you wanted to learn in this lifetime. 

P: is it really that our spiritual life gets to make that choice when we are coming into a new life or is it just given to us? 

H:  No, you make a choice ahead of time for  what you want.  You are given some parameters then you improvise like players on a stage as you go along.    You have some parameters that you need met.  There is someone who has said I will meet up with you in this lifetime and help you achieve those goals.  You are much vaster than you think you are.  You are magnificent spiritual beings.  This earth realm is one of the hardest- if not the hardest- physical realm to exist in because of the difficult contrast. 

As you look at what is happening in your political system in this country, you feel yourself being torn apart. The fear of what could happen is terrible for some of you. At the same time, your greater self feels joy, saying, “Right on.  Bring it.  I know we are ready, each one of your team is saying we can handle this.  We know how to do this.”

And even if you become extremely fearful, your broader self is saying “hey, we got this and feels really good about what you are learning” and continues to guide you like a flashing beacon – come this way, come this way.  The earth realm is thick, like molasses and feels like you are swimming in molasses and is harder than you thought it would be, and sometimes you just have to lie on your back and float or do whatever it takes to keep your head above water or molasses and still that beacon that is your broader self never stops flashing “come this way, come this way.”  And that is your intuition talking.  You know what to do when your intuition says this. 

We know how hard that is to do when your intuition says come on. We feel we have been living in this body and checking in with you and we know how hard that is to do.  The entity says, “Well this thing seems not good to me, but I am afraid to not do it.  I am really afraid but I would rather do it even though I know that what you are telling me is come this way and I am afraid to stop doing it because I don’t know that I can really do what you are telling me to do.” 

When this happens, there is no point in kicking yourself.   This is a very difficult realm you are living in. This is a really complex adventure you are having.  There is nowhere to go except go back to your Source. So even though you feel lost, you can never be lost because the only thing you can do is go back to your Source.  So while you are here you may have walloping great success or you may flounder around; you may feel things are not working out for you but in the end you’re having this great adventure and then you go back to Source.  There is no place else to go.

And by the way, friend M, should you decide to step out of your body in the next weeks, or months, we’ll meet you and have a party.  We will really welcome you.   If you would rather stay here, we will help you meet that goal, too.  Whatever you want to do friend.

M: After you die and you have gone to non-physical do you think about the things you left undone in the physical life?  I am having a hard time coming to terms with the idea that when I’m dead I will have no agency in this world.  What I don’t get done before I go will not get done.  I feel bad about it because I feel a responsibility to get a lot done so other people don’t have to do it after I’m gone.  I’d like to think I just don’t give a darn after I’m gone. 

H: This is a delightful question.  When you go, you are dead.  Someone is going to meet you that you want to see and you will feel good about that. There will be a greeting and there will be a time of helping you to adjust.  If it has been especially hard for you in this lifetime, people will take a little siesta and kind of sleep in a cozy cocoon for a while till you are ready.  And then, yes, you’ll kind of think about the things you just didn’t get done but without any guilt.  “Oh I left some things undone and what that did for the person who had to deal with it gave them some expansion room!”  You say, “Wow, I did that great.  It felt funny at the time and I thought I was wrong but in fact it was all right because I set that up in conjunction with the person who is following.”

 H: So, you all in your dream time are interacting with one another and in your conscious waking time you don’t remember it.  In your conscious waking time you improvise what you are going to do to make all these things happen and work out so everybody gets their learning opportunity.  We have said so many times, just try and be happy.  Look for the best in everything because really that’s what’s really happening, the best of everything.  It may look like it is the worst of times but it is really the best of times. 

P: After a person transitions, are they aware of the beings they left on earth?  Are they able to see what they are doing and miss them and how long will that last?

H:  Again you are met on the other side and embraced.  You either sleep for a while or you’re reintegrated.  Yes, you are aware of the things that are going on.  However, you feel really, really good about it because you are now reconnected to your eternal broader self.  So, you are looking at everything that’s happening from that eternal broader perspective -the one that when you were feeling really low was going “yeehaw” so you are looking at it and not feeling sorry or despair or unhappiness.    You are saying “wow, I did a great job.”

P: Can you actually see what your family is doing on earth?

H:  you mean like day to day cooking a meal kind of thing? 

P:  yeah.  Seeing what happened to your grandkids.  Do you have a connection with your family for a while or with your friends? 

H:  You certainly can.  You don’t necessarily do that.  So, friend, Name removed, your mother has decided to stay non-physical until you are done because she is looking over you.  And that happens quite often.  But it’s not a requirement.  They certainly can check in and do.  The entity is pretty good with connecting with non-physical beings.  Her dad is dead.  She could check in with him any time she wanted but the fact is she kinda doesn’t.  Once in a while she does a little, but she kinda doesn’t because life moves on.  So, your life moves on and their life moves on. 

Once you’re gone you’re still living and doing something interesting and that has value and if you are needed to check in, you definitely will.  For example, Friend, D, if there is somebody you want to talk to and you call out their name, yes, they will hear you and come visit with you if they are able to do that. Now as we have said some people go into a cocoon and won’t be available right then, but if they are available then yes if they can they will come to you. Absolutely.

P: This happens to me quite often I have a vivid dream about my mother or aunt  – people who have transitioned -and you can talk to them and say I miss them and then you realize that they are gone but they are not gone, they are right here and it is powerful.

P: I have had that happen.  For about a year and a half I had a physical sensation that my first husband was with me and had dreams he was with me.  And it was comforting because it was one of the best relationships I have had.  I wasn’t sure why this contact was occurring.  This past week I was online taking a class from a medium and in a short meditation on how to use your medium skills I called ‘J’ in.  He came immediately and I knew it was him from the energy and I got a visual.  What surprised me so much is that I thought he was trying to contact me, but as soon as I felt his energy I burst into tears and started apologizing for wrongs that I thought I had done to him.  As that guilt left, I got a great big hug and he left.  I haven’t had any of those feelings since except a great sense of relief.  In examining this experience what I realized was I had never associated guilt with grief.  I realized from this experience that I couldn’t let go of the grief of his passing because I still felt guilt of not having done a better job being in the relationship.  I don’t need that past energy because I had a clearing.

My second husband came through twice and the second time and said “maybe we should try this again in the next lifetime.” My visceral response was NO because I was thinking about how hard that was.  But after this experience of letting the guilt go with J, maybe I do need more contact with ‘K’ because I am still carrying some anger towards that relationship.  One of the things that I have been thinking about is I am going to be 73 and since my 70’s I have spent a lot of time looking at my past life to see what lessons I might have encountered.  I think because I am now willing to look at these lessons I think that is why I am having more energetic experiences, like with J, to see if there are things in the lesson process that are not complete that I would like to complete. 

H: Yes.  That is a very clear picture, and I think the group understood it.  If you were to have a relationship with K in your next lifetime, you would not necessarily remember your life this time.  You would set new parameters. 

Any more questions before we meditate?

P: I would like to know do we encounter our past pets? 

H:  Oh, absolutely.  As you prepare to make your respective transitions, you can say “Boy I would real like to see that pet” and they will be waiting there for you and there will be a nice welcome if they can be -unless they have moved into physical.  If they can be there they absolutely will!
