A Conversation about Jesus and Salvation, Heaven and Hell

Question:     I have some Biblical questions. Many believe in Jesus to be their Lord and Savior and saving them from their sins so they don’t go to hell after they die.

Higgins:     Jesus is not a Lord and Savior in this way. There is no physical location known as Hell. Nor is there a location called Heaven. When a human dies the soul leaves the body and reconnects with its Broader Soul. Occasionally a person dies a traumatic death or is in some way not yet ready to re-unite with the Broader Soul and so the soul will stay in the Earth realm and are experienced as ghosts. Eventually, though, ‘ghosts’ also reconnect with their Divine Spirit. There is no alternative.

Question continues:     But in an answer to one of my prior questions Higgins I believe stated that Heaven and Hell in the Bible were describing words for a “place” one might feel like they are in, in this life on earth.

Higgins:     When we used the word “place” to describe Heaven and Hell we meant emotional status. If Heaven and Hell were instead named Human Bliss and Human Misery the concept of Heaven and Hell would be easier to grasp.

Question continues:     So my question is, since Hell is a “place” while we are here in this life on earth why does the Bible talk about Salvation so much like we are being saved from Hell in the afterlife or after we die here on earth?  What does the word Salvation really mean, or stand for in the Bible?

Salvation:     Of the many Hebrew words used to signify salvation, yasa [[;v”y] (to save, help in distress, rescue, deliver, set free) appears most frequently in the Old Testament.

Higgins:     The Old Testament was written in Hebrew. Hebrew words do not translate directly into English. The above translation is perhaps the best for us to use for this response.

To help you understand the meaning of salvation as used in the Bible  first consider the human as an Eternal Soul that has a subpart, a Little Soul. The subpart, or Little Soul can be envisioned as a data collection vehicle like those that are sent to gather data from the moon or Mars. The Little Soul ventures forth from its home within the Eternal Soul. The Little Soul finds housing in a human body and thenceforth meanders about the Earth collecting information about the environment which it transmits back to the Eternal Soul. The Eternal Soul then ‘steers’ or guides the Little Soul/human by offering emotion relative to the data.

Emotion that feels good is intended to stimulate a Little Soul/human to proceed along that chosen ‘route’. Emotion that feels bad is intended to cause the Little Soul/human to feel disinclined to pursue more of that, whatever it is.

The Earth realm is dense and to the Little Soul/human it is much like walking in deep pool of water. Movement is slow and much impeded. Due to this density, Little Soul Humans tend to lose their way despite the ‘steering’ offered by their Eternal Soul. Jesus came to Earth to assist you all in finding your respective ways, hence the Biblical references to flocks of sheep and shepherds. Humans are a little like sheep who’ve gotten lost and Jesus is the shepherd bringing them ‘home’ or towards salvation or more specifically reminding them how the game is played thus helping them realign with their Eternal Soul which is directly aligned with the Godhead/Allah/Creator.

The word salvation as used most often in the Bible really means something more like Jesus came to help you in your distress to rescue you from your struggles in the dense Earth realm (where humans flounder much as though they are drowning). Jesus ‘showed the way’ meaning he tried repeatedly to convey that if you will believe (not wish or want but truly believe) then you, a Little Soul Human, can literally move mountains.

Much clarifying information was omitted from the Bible. That is in part why it is so difficult to understand much of what is meant. The information that is contained within its covers related to how it is to be human and how to play the Human Game is oblique and hard to follow.

The Bible speaks of salvation as being saved from an afterlife in Hell for several reasons: clarifying portions have been omitted; Hebrew and Aramaic do not translate directly to English so the meaning has been lost; and lack of complete understanding by both the authors and the translators.

Is Jesus Really God In the Flesh?

Question:     Is Jesus really God himself in the flesh like the Bible talks about? Is he the only begotten son of God? The messiah? Or is he another human like us all, just he was a great prophet?     

Cheryl’s note:     Definition of prophet and messiah from Merriam-Webster online accessed 9-4-2014:

Prophet:     A member of some religions (such as Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) who delivers messages that are believed to have come from God.

Messiah:     A king who will be sent by God to save the Jews

Higgins:     Jesus is God in the flesh just as you are God in the flesh. He was (and is) no more or less God than you are. If we will use the definition of prophet above, then yes he was a prophet. We are knowing, though, that the word prophet has come to mean someone more divine than the average human and this is simply not so. Every human is as divinely God as the next. What sets Jesus, Mohammed or Moses apart from other humans is their clarity, their mastery of the Game of Human Life.

Jesus, Mohammed and Moses (and many others then and now) came forth into physical so well centered in Self that they were able to remain connected to their divine inspiration despite the dense atmosphere of Earth’s environment. That is how they differ from you and the rest of mankind: They were able to stay connected to their source of divine inspiration in this dense realm where you and most others struggle. The reason they, and others like them, come forth is to remind those of you who struggle how to play the Greatest Game.

If you will consider a person who will do that a Savior, then Jesus was indeed a Savior of the people. Unfortunately, the meaning of his words have been changed and have become dusty and difficult to decipher over time. Many times, the Bible does not accurately reflect the true meaning of his words. That is why people are often left feeling unsatisfied with the Bible as a set of directions: Their divine source continually calls them to be as much or more than Jesus was (connected the Way he was) while the Bible conveys Jesus as the Way, the portal, to salvation which he is only in that he literally showed the Way to be in human form.

Tips for Making One’s Home a Healing Site

Question:     Thank you for all your advice. It is being contemplated, and I appreciate it greatly. My circumstances have changed so that I am having a surgery Sept 18 with six weeks in a foot and leg cast, and then up to six weeks in a boot. Any tips for making my home a healing site for recovery? I am also researching Wiccan techniques. I have been very anxious and depressed trying to accomplish all that needs to be done, before Sept 18.

Higgins:     Yes. The first thing to do, and very effective, is to consider each day one thing that you truly appreciate about your home.

“I appreciate a roof over my head and bed to sleep in.”

Secondly, and a little harder perhaps, is to think of one positive aspect of each of your home mates on a daily basis. A helpful tip is to remember that when a person behaves badly it is always because they have come out of balance, much like an out of balance washing machine in the spin cycle.

You might be able to better appreciate your father (mother, former boyfriend, etc…) if you are able to recognize their behavior differently. For example, “I appreciate that my father is a strong wanter.” This is a powerful statement that does not condone poor behavior while promoting a positive aspect.

This simple technique will only take a few minutes each day and you may well feel that you should be doing more. More  will not work better neither will it produce results more quickly. Relax your mind the best you can for the other 23 hours and 55 minutes of each day. If you cannot relax it, divert your mind with pleasantries.

Regarding your comment on Wiccan techniques: The option we suggest would fall under Wiccan techniques. Wiccan techniques and our suggestion are simply avenues to direct the power that flows. If the Wiccan techniques that you are practicing fall under ‘pleasantry’ then we would definitely do it.

Pop Star Sees Demons?

Question:     I just stumbled upon an article from a famous pop star/icon. She recently changed her faith cuz her prior religion was going against things she believed/liked. Since she has changed to a different faith, she has since seen “demons” from a place called one of the 7 places to the Gates to Hell on Earth.” From here I will relay two quote from her,

“We went to this haunted castle and were so excited. The next night we wanted to go to Stull Cemetery, which is known as one of the seven gates to hell on Earth. The Pope won’t fly over it…I felt this sick, overwhelming feeling of negativity over the whole car and we smelled sulphur, which is the sign of a demon…I was like, ‘This is scary, let’s leave. I rolled down the window before we left and said, ‘We apologise. We didn’t mean to disrupt your peace.’ Then I took a picture and there are three super distinct faces in the picture–they’re the faces of textbook demons.”

And apparently the demons followed her home.  

Another quote from her: 

“I closed my eyes I heard this really loud rumble right by my head. When I opened my eyes it stopped immediately, but when I closed my eyes it started again with whispers. Every time I closed my eyes I started seeing these really disturbing images with, like, red shapes.” 

What are these 3 “demons” she saw? and what is the “red shapes” she is seeing and what are the whispers she hears when she closes her eyes?

I do have one note to add about the pop star. I wanted to add this after seeing the post up about Humans and Ebola (August 26, 2014). She enjoys watching scary, horror movies. I figured it would be worth the add.  

Higgins:     The added note is important. It clarifies that this person focuses her attention on movies that are vibrationally equal to the fear that demons arouse. Further, on some level she actually wants interaction with energetic entities from this vibrational realm as evidenced by her journey to Stull Cemetery.  

When a person focuses on anything, that thing or the energetic equivalent of it is drawn into that person’s life experience. In this case, what are called demons are appearing. She is also drawing other negative feeling communication from the non-physical.  

Whatever you physicals may choose to explore in this physical life there are non-physical energies that are interested in playing with you. All you have to do to interact is tune into their vibrational frequency. You can see them, hear them, smell them and interact with them simply by focusing intently upon their frequency. That is what she has done by watching the horror movies and going to haunted castles and cemeteries.   

Humans are much like radios. You have the capacity to tune into the frequency you like best. Humans tune in all the time although most do not know they are doing so or know that they can control the tone of the communication they receive. This particular person exhibits sensitivity, too, since not everyone is able to see, smell and hear entities from the other side even when they desire to do so.  

A person who sees non-physical energy is called clairvoyant. One who hears them is called clairaudient. One who smells them is called clairalient. Often, a person who draws energy never experiences these things; they feel it or sense it, claircognizance. Many, maybe most of you experience negative energy this way.  

The descriptive states she took a photo and three demonic energies are visible. There are many demonic energies who can and do display themselves visibly. Just like you, they have certain features that distinguishes them one from another. Just like you they can appear scary and demonic or they can choose to represent their sweet side. They play to an audience. Don’t give them opportunity; they won’t appear in their negative aspect.  

As for the red color that appears, red is often chosen to represent the underworld. When an energetic consciousness that is choosing to display its negative side (a demon) wants to communicate with you, to let you know it is there, it will often choose red or black. Pink or baby blue are colors too sweet to be utilized for this purpose.

Should I Divorce My Husband?

Question:    I have become sensitive to energy over the last couple years. It has increased lately that whenever I get in close contact with my husband my chest burns and aches, I feel it in my front and back chakras. It is one of many things that is leading me to the decision to divorce him. Do you think that is a sign I should? I am very torn because he is a nice guy but has manipulative tendencies that I am becoming aware of. I know he has baggage and I don’t know if I want to wait for him to figure it all out. Any advice would be helpful.

Cheryl’s note:     I couldn’t answer this question right away so Higgins gave a tip to assist her in the meanwhile. They said, “Your energy is upside down. Use your hand in a head to toe sweeping motion to redirect your energy to flow from head to toe. Do this many times a day. Be discrete. Your husband does not need to know you are doing this.

Higgins:     Your energy is significantly corrected. It is right side up and flowing nicely. Your auric energy is full on top yet stops somewhere between the chin/jaw and the tops of the shoulders. Continue to practice allowing your energy to flow fully and freely. The complete and full aura will generally start about two feet above the head and flow in an egg shape around your body cementing itself into the ground about two feet below the Earth’s surface.

As for your question…

We are pleased that you are noticing the flow of energy. It is rather fun to be aware of it yet sometimes, from the human perspective, it can be alarming as you begin to notice how the energy of others has potential to effect you.

Your husband’s energy flows heavily off to his left, grounding in the Earth about 4-6 feet away from where it should. This heavy loss of energy will cause him to feel edgy, angry and ineffective. The ineffective feeling is difficult for a person to cope with because it is without power. People who feel they are without power tend to do whatever is necessary to gain power including manipulate others.

As you begin to control your personal flow of energy he will not be able to access it in the same way he has been doing. He may begin to feel this and when he does, he will try to manipulate you to a greater degree to regain the sense of power that he has when he ‘steals’ your energy. This could lead to a larger chasm in your relationship.

If however, he is open to the idea of learning to access his own source of energy and he will try to master the technique we gave you the relationship may stabilize.

If he is not open to mastering his own energy source you still have some options. The best option is to find one thing to appreciate about him every day. Then spend a few minutes every day for the remainder of your lives together finding one thing to appreciate about him every day. It will draw him like a magnet to steel to offer you more of the things you like about him.

You must be vigilant about maintaining your own energy. You must be steadfast and resolute in your decision to carry your own energy properly and not give it away.

We do understand how divorce may seem a good way out of a difficult situation. It is our knowing that the two of you have the potential to combine  your respective powerful energy sources to create a magnificent life together. This is the direction we would choose for you.

Regardless of whether he is willing to consider redirecting his own energy intentionally do appreciate him every day.

Another important aspect to relationships is solutions. There is a solution to every problem and if you are willing to look at every problem that arises and find a happy, fairly easy solution you yourself will develop great personal power. Should you both be willing to find a solution for each and every problem that arises….well, mountains will move for you.

Unable to Conceive Due to PCOS

Question:     For years I’ve been trying to conceive without luck. I have pcos but many women do and still have a baby. I’ve done everything from tracking, natural therapies. My hope is… depleting. This is the short version. I feel like I’M being punished, foresaken or cursed.

Cheryl’s note:     “pcos” refers to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

Mayo Clinic definition:     Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age. The name of the condition comes from the appearance of the ovaries in most, but not all, women with the disorder — enlarged and containing numerous small cysts located along the outer edge of each ovary (polycystic appearance).

Infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods, excess hair growth, acne and obesity can all occur in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. In adolescents, infrequent or absent menstruation may signal the condition. In women past adolescence, difficulty becoming pregnant or unexplained weight gain may be the first sign.

Higgins:     First and foremost we wish to convey to you that you are not being punished. You are not forsaken. Nor have you been cursed. It may feel that way but it is not true. That Prime Source of Energy that exists (often called God) does not do any of those things. In fact, your life experience is actually created by you.

Life experience is partially pre-determined before birth. The aspect of you that is eternal, in a very considered way, gathered with other eternal souls and brainstormed. As individuals and as a group you discussed what sort of life experiences each of you needed to gain insight and to grow emotionally as souls.

A very good example is a person born without limbs, born deaf or having Down’s Syndrome. The souls that inhabit these bodies are thrilled to have the opportunity for the growth experience provided by these unique bodies.

Your soul’s plan for personal growth was all about remaining centered, emotionally balanced in your Truth, regardless of the life situations that came your way. While you didn’t say as a soul being, “I think PCOS will be just the ticket,” once you arrived into your physical body your POWERFUL pre-paving of this life experience kicked in. We can say with certainty that you have had many occurrences in your life with the potential to knock you off your emotional balance. PCOS was, if you will view it this way, an easy thing to draw to you so that you would have the opportunity for the desired growth and emotional expansion.

Life experience is also created by what you focus your attention on and, importantly, how you feel about those things you focus upon. How well you focus upon those things that uplift your heart determines how much pre-planned negativity is experienced. This means that if you are able to consistently focus on those things that cause your heart to soar it is possible to avoid drawing into your life most if not all of the pre-planned difficulties.

The first thing that you need to do to start turning this situation around is get your personal energy flowing. We can feel you and the majority of your energy is stuck over your left shoulder. Energy should flow smoothly from head to toe, grounding in the Earth. An energetic aura should surround you in an egg shape that begins about 2 feet over  your head and ends about 2 feet underground. (This varies from person to person but this is an easy average.)

Direct your energy to flow head to toe with a downward sweeping motion of one hand and the mental intention for your personal energy to flow harmoniously through you for a happy and fulfilling life experience. We encourage you to do this many times a day. It will help you return to emotional center, emotional balance.

Next, every disappointment, every aspect of life that tends to throw you for a loop or causes you to feel anything other than positive, you must address it right away. These are the aspects of life that are drawn to you specifically to assist you in stabilizing your emotions. You must master this.

When you are emotionally stable enough to realize you will be happy regardless of whether or not you are able to bear biological children you will relax. When relaxation occurs the barrier you have unintentionally created (unintentionally from your physical aspect) will evaporate and then, if your body is at that time capable of bearing children, you will conceive.
