A Common Vision

When a group of people wish to construct a thing, it could be anything… a building or vacation plans, they develop a shared vision of what they want to achieve. In order for humanity to make fruitful and lasting change we need to do the same thing. We need to develop a shared vision for life on Earth.

Whatever we create it must be a world vision, one that enhances all lives and diminishes none. It must hold true for everyone, not in compromise but in fact, and it must exalt the individual. It must support the development and achievement of personal desires because it is the nurturing support of the individual that is the glue that will promote global harmony.

A vision that holds true for every person on Earth must begin with commonalities. What are our commonalities? What qualities in life are universally desirable?

I feel that every person needs to feel safe and secure and free to follow their heart’s desires; every person needs to thrive both physically and mentally; all people want relationships that are satisfying and fulfilling; that all mankind wants to prosper; and at the end of the day the most important qualities of life are to feel satisfied and fulfilled.

There is no thing that is more important than pursuing the heart’s desires. It is the heart’s desires that stimulate us to action and drives us to pursue our talents. The expression of the heart’s desires causes the heart to soar. Call that soaring heart happiness, fulfillment, satisfaction…put your own name to it. Whatever it is called, a soaring heart is a heart full of gladness and a world full of glad hearts is the goal of The Kindness Paradigm.

While life may look different for every person the qualities that make life great are the same for everyone. In the Kindness Paradigm each person is free to pursue their heart’s desire so life for one may look substantially different from life for another but the qualities they feel are the same. They all feel safe and secure, both physically and emotionally. They feel safe and secure enough to pursue their heart’s desires. They all thrive in their own way. They all have relationships that are satisfying and fulfilling although one may have hundreds of friends and another just a few. They all prosper. Though some may have more and others less the common factor is they all have plenty, their needs are not just met they are well met. At the end of the day they all feel satisfied and fulfilled with their respective day, days and finally, their entire life.

The Kindness Paradigm (1)

It is time to create a new paradigm for life on Earth, a paradigm based in kindness. To do that, we must create a vision of our collective future. It is my intention to lay out such a plan for your consideration. I call it The Kindness Paradigm.

To create the world we desire we must create a common vision, one that enhances all lives and diminishes none.  The Kindness Paradigm is based on the belief that there are certain desires ubiquitous to all mankind; recognizes that the achievement of those desires will look different to each individual; is a vision of a way of living in which happiness is the driving force and decisions are based on kindness; is a vision of life in which enthusiasm for the life one leads is of paramount importance and the importance of achieving one’s individual desires is understood and supported by all.

I will lay this out in segments over the next weeks and months.

Question About Marijuana

Question:

I have a question about marijuana. I know that it does, while high, give the illusion of deep connections, magical happenings and can actually spur some very creative ideas that have staying power.  Would you say that cannabis is useful in raising a persons vibration, say to get unstuck? OR is it just a crutch that could keep one stuck at lower vibrations in the long run?
I know during meditation the ‘high’ that I get can become just as habit-forming as say a drug high but the meditation high is more short-lived (depending on how long I meditate) although much more blissful than a cannabis high.
In short how would you compare the highs between drug induced and natural or energetic highs?

Higgins:

Marijuana can be very helpful in relaxing the mind, slowing the brain waves such that connection between physical and non-physical can be made. It does not raise vibration on a permanent basis and consistent use of it would prevent a person from making the same close connection on their own. Used long-term the use of marijuana would hamper the very connection it can assist in making.

Meditation highs are shorter lived than your marijuana high only because you are still developing your connection. The goal, of course, of meditation and connecting with your Broader Self is to make such a clear connection that you live life in that high vibration that feels so good without the aid of herbs or drugs of any kind. That is the ultimate high, truly being high on life. So how would we compare the highs? They are two different things achieved two different ways. The marijuana high can be considered a teaching aid and a meditation high a learning process high. The real high you seek is that same great feeling every moment of every day simply because you are so well-connected to your personal power source that life is your playground.

We encourage you to get high on life.

Finds it Difficult to Focus

Question:     Why is it so difficult for me to focus upon what I want?

Higgins:     There are many reasons why it can be difficult to focus. You (specifically the asker) tend to allow yourself to tire and when the body and/or mind is tired it is quite difficult to focus. It is best to rest when tired to allow the well of inner energy to refill. If you find sleep does not come easily have some quiet activity available. Television is least desirable because it is stimulating. Meditation is best because quieting the mind, better even than sleep, will help refill the brain’s reservoirs. Listening to soothing music without lyrics is another good choice because it helps lull the brain into a slow and therefore recharging mode.

Further, if sleep is not easy then either of these quiet activities is restful enough to allow the body to recharge simultaneously.

Distractions are another obstacle to focusing on one’s desires. The best remedy to obstacles is to remind yourself that there is a solution (and a darn good one) to every problem. In looking for the solution you will find that there are no obstacles. All those things you thought were obstacles really are helping you identify what you really want. You’ll be amazed at how much fun you have when you allow life to flow through, over and around obstacles.

Think of a lazy river. There could be a boulder in the middle of it, or ten boulders, or a hundred boulders and the river simply flows by, enhanced rather than diminished by the boulders accenting it. Be the lazy river and allow obstacles in life to be aesthetically pleasing boulders dotting the landscape of your life.

With practice you will discover life to be filled with nothing but treasure.

Mastering the Life Experience

Higgins:     Continuing our response from June 4, 2013…..

Presumably you’ve now been practicing holding your personal energy in harmonious flow for several days and feel somewhat stronger. If not, we ask you right now to set your energy to flowing from head to toe. When one’s personal energy is flowing properly one feels stronger. Period. So maintaining personal energy is extremely important in Mastery.

Mastering the Life Experience is a magnificent goal. The road to Mastery is fulfilling and rewarding.

You said to us via e-mail you are stuck in the lowest possible position with disability, very limited income, no date, daughter doesn’t treat you well, can’t speak for more than 2 min because of vocal cord problems, and with all these physical problems working causes an even worse physical situation. Each of these issues can be summed up as data. All these problems really are is information.

The beauty of negative experience is it helps define who you are not. Once you know who you are not you know more clearly who you are.

The road to Mastering the Life Experience is about taking all the data collected day-to-day and using it to advantage. What you know right now very clearly is you want your daughter to treat you lovingly, you want money to flow easily into your life experience, you want to attract a satisfying relationship with a life partner, you want to experience robust good health and you want to be able to speak your truth. These things are the Truth about you. These things are who you are.

It is imperative to understand that how you respond to today’s life events dictates what your future will bring. Relax into life as it is right now with all life’s warts and hard spots. Relaxing is the most important thing you can do to change your life experience and frankly, sometimes it is the only thing you can do in those moments of discomfort.

Next, look for the good in every situation. Even the most difficult diagnosis is simply a piece of information. Every life event no matter how big or small can be thought of as the arrow of a compass. If the event is negative you are heading generally in the wrong direction, away from expressing the Truth of Who You Are. If the event is positive it indicates general momentum towards expressing the Truth of Who You Are.

Expressing the Truth of Who You Are is what life is all about. Emotions, feeling good or bad, are directional arrows designed to guide each of you towards happiness and fulfillment. When the arrows pointing towards negativity are ignored the negativity manifests as negative life events (such as your daughter not treating you well) and when ignored long enough that same negativity will eventually manifest as ill-health.

Friend, this is where you are in life. You must master making choices based on which feels better and you must learn to determine who you are and what you want from the negativity presented. Many times you will have the choice of two evils. Always pick the choice that brings relief and silences that nagging inner voice. Then you must focus on the most positive aspects of life as though your life depends on it. It does.

The more intensely you are able to focus on what you want and produce a positive feeling when thinking about that thing the quicker your life will turn around. There is no energetic program, psychic, self-help guru or any other thing that will help you with more effect than this. You are guided towards the perfect life by your Broader, Eternal You. No one knows better than your Broader You what is right for you and your Broader You guides you with emotions, good and bad feelings. None other will guide you more surely than you will guide yourself when you master following your emotions and when you master following your emotions you will be will on your way to Mastery of the Life Experience.

The Emotional Danger Zone Explained

Question:     Please explain the Emotional Danger Zone you spoke of in your post on June 6 about anger.

(On June 8, 2013 I posted this response from Higgins:

Question:     Why do I get angry?

Higgins:     Anger is an emotion that produces energy. It is sort of an Emotional Danger Zone.  Anger is designed to stimulate you towards action in those times when you are slipping towards a feeling of powerlessness.)

 

Higgins:     Consider the range of emotions humans can experience. Much like a piano keyboard has low notes on one end and high notes on the other there are low emotions and high emotions. The determination of low or high is based on the vibration a particular emotion produces. Low vibration is slow vibration. It produces emotions that do not feel very good and do not produce much power. High vibrations are quick and they do feel good. High vibrations have lots of energy.

A list of vibrations from low to  high might look like this; despair, depression, rage, anger, hope, enthusiasm, joy.

Enthusiasm and joy feel good and produce lots of energy. They also attract similar vibration so life events are very nice for a person who consistently offers these emotions.

Hope is another positive feeling emotion. It is not as rapid as enthusiasm and joy and produces less energy. Still, hope is in the positive range of emotions and many positive life experiences are attracted from hope.

Emotions below hope attract less desirable life experiences. These slower vibrations do not feel good and in fact are in some ways undesirable. The purpose of low, slow emotions is to act as a warning signal. Low, negative feeling emotions are signals indicating thought, word or action that is in some way out of harmony with the Eternal Truth of Who You Are. Negative emotions are signposts guiding you out of harms way and towards a life of wonder and pleasant adventure.

If a person is experiencing any emotion in the anger range something in their life is causing them to feel powerless. Anger is an emotion that takes back power. Anytime a person slips into rage or anger it simply is to boost that person into action, action that will lead them away from those very slow, powerless, negative emotions. That is why we call anger ( and similar emotions such as rage, frustration and impatience) the Emotional Danger Zone.

Think of a fish caught on a fishing line. The fish will throw itself about trying to free itself from this trap. The more terrified the fish the greater the contortions it goes through to free itself.  That is what anger is: anger is a human instinctively trying to free themselves from an emotional trap. The deeper they slip towards powerless emotions the harder they struggle and that struggle appears as rage and anger.

Next time you find yourself slipping into impatience and irritability stop yourself. Remind yourself that you are not a victim. None of you are victims. There simply is no such thing. Instead, look for a solution to the current issue and act. This will feel empowering and quickly you will slide up the emotional scale into better feeling emotions.

My Husband Died And I’m Trying To Get My Life Back

Question:     My husband has now been dead for 7 months. I am still trying to get my life back. I had open heart surgery last December and am now in the process of selling my large home. I can’t seem to get over my anxiety that I will make the wrong decisions. I’ve always had someone in my life to talk things over with, but not now. How and when will I feel confident again? I am 74 years old and can’t imagine living the rest of my life alone.

Have you some helpful words that can take me forward?

Higgins:     The first thing to do is collect your energy. A person feels drained when their energy isn’t flowing properly and solving this will help every aspect of life.

Energy should flow from just above the head, along the spinal column, into the ground ending just below the feet. Direct your own energy to do this by thinking it to be so and even drawing your hand from your head to your feet. This will help set up the correct flow so you can make better, clearer, more confident decisions.

We’d like you to stop reading right now and practice this aligning of energy. When you feel a little stronger, a matter of seconds to one or two minutes, read on.

You have experienced two major life events very close together. Assess what you have come to appreciate about life relative to the loss of your husband as well as the significant surgery your body has undergone. We expect you to discover that you value pleasant company. You already know that having someone to talk things over with is important. What else do you value? Do you value your body more than ever before?

Identify those things that you value. This should sound like, “I value having someone to talk things over with,” rather than, “I miss my husband.” Although we’re sure you do miss him (and we encourage you to grieve thoroughly) this grief period is also an expansion period while you dream up what you want for the next segment of your own life. The quicker you identify what is important to you the quicker you will see positive change.

Remember that your age has absolutely nothing to do with how marvelous a life experience you can create for yourself. It is easy to see how others live their life (whether they live it well or not) and unconsciously model your own life after theirs. We want you to intentionally choose a life that suits you rather than (unintentionally) following society’s life model which may not suit you. Selling your large home, for example, we see as a marvelous decision. A large home is too much for one person to care for and still have plenty of time to develop an expansive new life. We encourage you to dream about your new place thoroughly so that when you arrive in your new home it has all the amenities and attributes you love.

Next, we want to remind you that this is a process. It often takes a year or more to get used to your new wings. After you get the hang of looking for the things you value and choosing the life of your dreams the process becomes fun as life unfolds in unexpected yet miraculous ways.

Life is a game. Learn to play it and you shall have a wonderful adventure.

Feels Incapable and Anxious

Question:     How do I stop depending on others for so much? I don’t feel capable of doing anything on my own, and deal with constant anxiety. I am pushing people away. Any advice?

Higgins:     This is a beautiful question. It is important to have recognized that not feeling capable is not right for you.

You are, and each of you is, completely capable. The Earth experience is designed to be a safe and fun place where each of you can stretch the limits of your being-ness. Unfortunately, the game is very difficult to play without directions. Verbal and written instructions for the game were once readily available but over time they’ve been altered, lost and even intentionally destroyed.

Regardless of what has happened in the past now is the time to remember the instructions and master the game. (In a nutshell that is what the whole 2012 thing is about.) That is why you and many others are struggling with this sort of issue. Life doesn’t feel right and in fact, it isn’t.

Let’s remind you of Who You Are by reviewing directions for playing The game.

You are an eternal being of light. You are eternal consciousness and like that which you call God you are a creator of things. That is what the Bible means when it says you are created in His image. Additionally, it means that all things are part of a whole and the whole and the part are the same thing. In the physical realm all this means is that everything around you is metaphor for something that has been created in the mind of man.

The eternal consciousness that you are decided to come into the physical realm of Earth for the fun of it and also to sharpen your skills as a Master Creator. Each of you comes forth with some kind of gift and the tools necessary to play. The Eternal You stays focused in non-physical while at the same time putting forth a portion of itself into physical, that’s you. The two yous made agreement about having fun and what things would bring a sense of pleasure unto you. What is a happy, positive thing for one may or may not bring the same sense of pleasure to another.

In this body you have the ability to communicate with that Broader You and you do so all the time. Emotions are the communication tool used most. Also, you are guided by impulse and intuition. Emotions will never steer you wrong. Intuition and impulse can become off balance but emotions will always be true.

Emotions are offered by the Broader Self relative to the pre-birth agreement you made together. Negative emotions indicate that in some way you have strayed off course from the agreement and positive emotions indicate that you are on track with that agreement.

You (the questioner) feel negative emotion because you are not focusing on your life experience the way you agreed to do. Your Broader Being will never stop issuing these negative emotions as long as you persist in focusing on yourself and your life the way you are. Your Broader Being disagrees with the thoughts you are having about yourself intensely and that is why you feel so bad.

The agreement you have with You is that you are capable, bright, kind and cheerful. The agreement you have with You is that there is nothing you cannot achieve and that while  here in physical you will look at the life that comes to you as a sort of living data system. Each life experience is to be sifted through and your agreement says you will have positive feeling to stimulate you towards that which is right for you and will be pleasing and you will feel negative emotion when you receive data that leads you into mis-creating.

Mis-creating means you have allowed yourself to notice the negative aspects rather than the positive aspects of a thing, an experience or even a thought.

Once you have determined from your emotions what makes you feel pure, powerful and positive set your attention to those things. Thought, word and action that bring you closer to achieving those things will make you feel good and life will be enjoyable.

A feeling of dependence and anxiety are both far from the Truth of You. Remember you are capable and ingenious and have access to all the tools you will ever need to make a wonderful life for yourself.

People draw away because you either shove them away as you try to regain the balance you know is right for you or the negativity you emit repels them. The result is the same.

We encourage you to center your energy. This is a quick way to regain your balance. Energy should generally flow from just above the head to just below the feet. The energy that runs through you is designed to ground in the Earth. Gently draw your energy back from the energy thieves in your life. Use a gathering motion with your hands and arms…imagine Jesus drawing the little children before him saying, “Gather around me little ones.” You will say instead, “Energy stay with me.”

Once you feel a little stronger direct your energy to flow from head to toe.

You should feel better in seconds to minutes. Once life energy is flowing properly it is much easier to make decisions about what’s next. Please remember that nothing about this life is an energetic one way street. If you are a person in a mode to (negatively) give away energy there will always be another around to feed off you and suck you dry. The hard part for you is to stay stable while the others who are used to taking from you stabilize their own energy. You will need to practice centering many times a day.

From this more centered place begin making decisions. Consider what is wrong in life and make choices that bring relief. Example, the house needs to be vacuumed. You hate to vacuum but leaving it messy feels worse than cleaning up. Clean up. Example, a significant change is needed in your life. You know what change is needed but are afraid to take action. The thought of making the change makes you feel sick inside but the thought of what life will be like once the change is initiated feels like relief. Go for relief every time.

This last paragraph really is the sum of what we encourage for you. Start to make decisions for you and stop making decisions because other people want you to want to make them. Said another way, make decisions because your insides tell you to and not because your friends or family or society have molded you into wanting what they want you to want.

It may seem ugly at first. We assure you, though, that taking the first steps may be hard but taking them leads to the life of dreams and not taking them leads right where you already are.

Sunshine, we adore you. We know you have the capacity to do what needs to be done. We also know you already know what you need to do. Doing it seems overwhelming perhaps but as we said, not doing it leads to where you are right now and where you are emotionally right now is not life giving.

Wants to Master the Life Experience

Question:

Thank you for giving such opportunity. I have really serious issues and question regarding MY LIFE.

I’m a channel, and I went through ascension once in this lifetime, however, now I stuck in the lowest possible position (disability, very limited income, no date, my daughter doesn’t treat me well, can’t speak for more than 2 min because of vocal cords problem…), and with all my physical problems even if I try to do something on this level (I mean working) I get even worse physical condition. I’ve used so many energetic programs trying to resolve issues with health and finances, but effect was very little (if any). Looks like something preventing me from any actions on 3D level.  I’d like to find out what is blocking me and what I really need to do in my 3D and spiritual lives to get to MASTERY.

I attached here some of my artworks I’ve done using channeled patterns.

Higgins:     We will start with some statements for clarity:

1)  Channel means that non-physical beings communicate with you. Through you they speak to others in the physical realm.

2)  3D and physical realm are the same…they refer to the Earth Adventure.

3)  We are uncertain what ascension means to you. It is a word that has unclear energetic definement.

You state that you are “stuck in the lowest possible position (disability, very limited income, no date, my daughter doesn’t treat me well, can’t speak for more than 2 min because of vocal cords problem” and we want you to understand a couple of things:

1)  You are not stuck although it may feel that way. Actually you (unwittingly) hold yourself in this position.

Think of humans as beach balls. A ball can be held underwater or even tied down so it stays underwater but the instant that the ball is released it will pop back to the surface and float. Once you learn how to release yourself you will pop back to the surface.

2)  For the significantly greatest portion of your lives you are given complete free will and no intervention occurs from the other side that is initiated by the other side. If, however, one of you has a significant commitment (typically from pre-birth) that has not yet been achieved and you take action or intend to take action that will prevent the achievement of that commitment then the other side will step in to prevent that action.

A scenario could look like this: one of you is about to step off the curb into the street in front of an oncoming vehicle and are pulled out of harms way by some unseen force.

Occasionally a scenario is more like this: one of you has an idea or plan that will prevent the achievement of the pre-birth agreement and unseen forces prevent accomplishment of the goal thus in a way forcing you towards achievement of the pre-birth agreement.

Remember that intervention is unusual, even rare. What we’d like you to consider is that you are not interfered with or prevented from achieving the mastery you desire. Instead, these difficulties in your life are the pathway towards that mastery. Furthermore, your intentional pre-birth arrangement is playing out perfectly. You experienced something wonderful (ascension) and recognized that there is more to whatever it is you are. In order to master what it is to be human you arranged for yourself this wonderful opportunity for discomfort that would create in you a desire to master the physical experience thus reawakening to the Truth of Who You Are and returning yourself to that blissful feeling of ascension.

From this wonderfully uncomfortable, difficult and beautiful location in your life we encourage this: relax. Relax about life the way it is today with money not flowing and health so difficult. Today, life is what it is. We say this because how you respond to today’s life experience dictates what your future will bring. If you fret and worry over today’s events you will only bring more things to worry about.

Second, you are losing energy to these things that worry you. In a general way, energy flows from a primary source located just above the head, down the spinal column and into the Earth ending below the feet in the Earth’s crust. (That is why it feels so grounding to walk barefoot on the Earth and to spend time out of doors…it is most natural.) Energy is being sucked away and that makes you feel weak and ineffective. Also, other people sense the weakness and will sometimes treat you badly if they themselves are out of alignment with their personal Truth.

Think of yourself as a garden hose. The water is turned on but because the hose leaks from several locations there is very little water coming out the end. Realign your energy so it flows head to toe by intending something like this, “My energy flows in harmony with the physical expression of the Truth of My Being.” Use your hands to direct the flow from head to toe.

Additionally, you may need to reclaim energy that is lost to those not treating you well. Do this by saying, “Energy, stay with me.” As soon as you feel stronger ( a matter of seconds or minutes) then direct your energy to flow as in the previous paragraph.

Try these things for today. We will follow-up with more after you’ve had a chance to collect yourself.
