From Higgins’ Live Session December 2, 2013

In our last live session a new being addressed us. He stated that he is in physical form on some other planet. He made comments regarding the Shift of the Ages although he didn’t refer to it as that. What follows is a paraphrased excerpt of the major points he made. This information is intended to help us understand (from the perspective of another physical that has already made the shift) what we are shifting to and what we can do to help ourselves make the transition. This is from Higgins’ live session December 3, 2013:

Humans on earth are shifting their vibrations. The point is spiritual advancement, an expansion into the fullness of your Being–the Source of it—meaning God.

If you envision your head inside a consciousness bubble you will better understand the shift.

Exercise every day of the world. Make it part of your life. Learn to love your vegetables.

Make it your goal to find your life’s work.

Never stop thinking of something new to do. Get up every morning enthusiastic about that thing you are going to do.

This is the end of our first transmission.

(There was laughter somewhere during the discussion, with the line:  It is hard to laugh through 10 layers of Being. Higgins once told me they surround me as a core group of ten.)

Significance of Comet Ison

Question:     What if any significance was there with the recent pass by of Comet Ison?

Higgins:     Mankind is participating in an epic play. The very scope of the stage it is played on is boggling. The arrival of Comet Ison is much like any other participating player. It has arrived on stage for its scene. Just as a cat may be observed as it walks through your yard or an eagle is sited soaring on the wind, Ison is a player in the human drama as it unfolds.

Pet’s Death Meant to Spark a Change?

Note: This question refers to the death of the question asker’s pet.

Question:     This has taken me a few days to process. I’m still trying to understand. Was her death meant to spark a change? It seems odd that she would leave or have to leave at a time I needed her most. Would you mind asking them to explain this to me?

Higgins:     No, not to spark a change. She brought to you, with her love, a heart opening into the more. This ‘more’ is that heart connection into the eternal All. You and she had a pre-birth agreement that she would come into your life to allow your heart to open in this way. This heart opening had to occur earlier in life, prior to succumbing to the programming of society that does not allow for ‘more’ to exist in the universe.

Interpreting Negative Emotion

Question:     The interpretation of negative emotions is something I wonder about a lot; I often don’t know what a ‘bad’ feeling is telling me. I feel as if I am navigating with a broken compass.

Higgins:     There are no broken compasses however this is a beautiful description to help us understand how you are feeling.

This applies to each of you: you are a beautiful soul, your intentions when you come forth into physical are pure, the navigational system designed for you is in good working order.

When you think thoughts that are true relative to your soul’s pure beauty you feel good, powerful, strong, uplifted in heart.

Thoughts that are not true do not feel good. That is why looking in the mirror and thinking, “I’m ugly,” brings a bad feeling. It is not true. This why when you fail at something and say to yourself, “I’m a failure,” you feel bad. In brief, you feel bad when you disagree with your Self. You feel bad because your Eternal Self disagrees with your Physical Self.

The solution is simple but takes practice. Each time a thought comes to mind that causes you to feel bad reword the thought until the feeling that comes with the statement feels good or at least slightly more power filled. You may need to look at the issue from one or more new directions until thoughts come to mind that do feel good.

Let’s go back to the looking in a mirror example. “I’m ugly,” isn’t going to feel good unless you’re dressing for Halloween and want to look ugly. Try things like, “I’m not dressed in a way that flatters me.” Wait a moment for the heart’s response. If that is true your heart will agree with you. If it is not true then try another statement until a statement that is true lights your heart.

There is always a constructive solution to a true statement.

More On Spirit Guides

Question refers to post from November 28, 2013 entitled ‘Mixed Signals from Greater Self to Transgenders?’.

Question:     Thank you, Higgins; this is helpful. I am surprised at the information about spirit guides and goals, though. I suppose that with people like me, who have no specific goals, it is harder for the spirit guides to do their job.

Higgins:     The ‘job’ of the Spirit Guide, or one primary job, is to inspire you towards your goals. This means goals of your pre-birth agreement. However….understanding that all of you have a pre-birth agreement to continually seek that which feels better emotionally a Guide could and would assist you in, say, plotting revenge.

This may seem counter intuitive based on all we’ve said about Eternal Truth’s however, what has come to be known as The Law of Attraction (the entity inserts here a thank you very much to Abraham-Hicks for coining this beautiful, understandable phrase) is a very powerful law or rule of the Universe. It is. It exists everywhere.

From the physical perspective each of you acts as a magnet drawing life experience towards you. The magnetism you emit is a vibration that is always equal to the emotion you either are experiencing in the right now, this moment, or that you carry in a general sort of way most of the time.

Based on understanding that personal life is a result of the emotions you feel, isn’t it important to always feel as powerful as possible? And is revenge not a more powerful feeling than that of victim?

Spirit Guides help you achieve what you want to achieve because pursuing desires makes you feel good and powerful. If the highest most powerful emotion you can achieve is revenge your Spirit Guides will help you get there. If you decide to move beyond revenge to happier, more powerful emotions then your Spirit Guides will help you do that.

As you learn to act on emotions remember the reason for reason. The heart provides the emotion. The brain tempers action stimulated by that emotion. The brain filters information it has stored relative to the rules of the society and says either yes, this is a great idea and I shall pursue it or yes, this is a great idea but pursuing it will eventually lead me further away from the happiness I desire because this does not fit the rules of the society I live in.

Guides are on-call 24/7 to assist you. They really like working as a team with their human counterpart. When their human counterpart ignores or remains ignorant of their inspirational offerings long enough Spirit Guides do get discouraged and sometimes bored. When, like you, the human counterpart does not have many goals the Guide will continue to assist with thoughts that when followed upon would ultimately lead towards your happiness. The term ‘hard’ as you used it works in some ways but Spirit Guides don’t think in terms of hard. They think in terms of that didn’t work what now?

Peace

From Higgins’s live session September 4, 2013:

Lack of war is not peace. To have peace one must be peace. A side effect of peace is lack of war.

The Kindness Paradigm (13)

Nurturing

In the last post I ended with:

So how do we fix UFJS (Un-Fulfilling Job Syndrome)? We place importance on discovering what we love to do without regard to age, health or ability, or even skill. Then we nurture the expression thereof.

Typically, nurturing is considered a thing we do with babies and little children. By the time we reach adulthood it is somehow expected that we will not need ‘that stuff’ anymore; to need nurturing is to be weak and to nurture is also weak.

In the Kindness Paradigm to nurture means “to help (something or someone) to grow, develop, or succeed.” (Merriam-Webster’s Online Dictionary accessed November 29, 2013) Certainly, that is not weak. The Kindness Paradigm allows us to re-envision what it is to be human and redefines chic.

The Kindness Paradigm (12)

Note: segment 11 is un-published awaiting copyright permission.

Un-Fulfilling Job Syndrome

In part 11 we reviewed the steps one may take to develop kindness. However, kindness in and of itself is not the point of the Kindness Paradigm. The point, in a nutshell, is to create happiness.

There are three notable areas where happiness is lacking for many: work, relationships and health.

I am quite certain that work in and of itself does not create misery. Work, I feel, is actually a happy thing…when I’m doing the work of my choice. When I am doing the work of my choice I look forward to getting up in the morning so I can get started and I often wish my body didn’t get tired so I could work later at night.

My dog, Tucker, loves his work and will fetch with enthusiasm any time of day or night. He walks away from food to do his job of fetching tennis balls.

If work itself is desirable and fun how did work become miserable for so many of us?

I believe we suffer from Un-Fulfilling Job Syndrome (UFJS). It is not work that is hateful. What is hateful is working at something that does not provide a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.

Children are often coached in school to think about what sort of jobs they might like to pursue. In the Kindness Paradigm we recognize there is no need to ever stop thinking about what we’d like to be and do. In the Kindness Paradigm others root for our success when we are 12 and wondering what to do and still rooting for us when we are 92 and wondering what to do next.

Each person is born with inherent gifts. In the Kindness Paradigm we want to be happy and we want others to be happy. Knowing this, we develop the gifts of children and adults alike. A person who is happy is a person who thrives so it benefits all of society to help each other find the thing that makes them happy.

Then, when we industriously go about doing that thing we enjoy and are good at we suddenly realize that work and life are the same thing. They are not separate. Life and work in the Kindness Paradigm are better read as life’s work. I don’t mean a person gets to the end of their life road and looks back at ‘their life’s work’ as a summation. Life’s work, in the Kindness Paradigm, means the work that gives you life. Life’s work is one of the things that gives meaning to life and fulfillment to every day.

So how do we fix UFJS? We place importance on discovering what we love to do without regard to age, health or ability, or even skill. Then we nurture the expression thereof.

Mixed Signals from Greater Self to Transgenders?

Question:     As we are guided by our emotions to do those things that will lead us to fulfill our intentions, formed and agreed upon before we come to physical, is life more difficult for those whose transgender identity is ‘accidental’ rather than intentional? Would there be mixed signals between self and greater self and spirit guides because the pre-physical agreement did not include being transgender?

Higgins:     Intentional transgenders feel powerfully that they are in a body that doesn’t fit them. Accidental (if you will allow us to call it that) transgenders are likely to be cross-dressers simply because they like the ‘feel’ of the opposite sex’ clothing, mannerisms, etc…

There are infinite gradations of all things so one transgender is not necessarily like the other. What is true for all is that the Broader Self will guide you unerringly. The hard part is for Physical Self to master the meaning of their emotions, which have infinite gradations and are sometimes difficult to interpret.

For example, a person who looks in the mirror and sees a fat person and feels bad likely interprets that bad feeling as being ugly or overweight or other negative connotations. What the bad feeling is more likely telling them is they are not caring for their body as they agreed to. Further, when a person feels negative they tend also to feel powerless. One thing none of you is, is powerless. Your emotions will disagree with you every time your thoughts head towards powerless. So you see there can be a significant difference in the meaning as intended by Broader Self v. the interpretation of Physical Self.

The job of the Spirit Guide is as muse, to offer artistic inspiration towards the achievement of those things you desire. Whether your dream is to promote anarchy or harmony, your Spirit Guides are able to assist you with very clever ideas. The ideas they give you will always move you towards your goals. Spirit Guides do not necessarily guide you towards your Truth as the Broader Self does. Spirit Guides offer help and inspiration towards your chosen goals whether or not your chosen goals are in harmony with the Truth of your Being.

The only misleading that occurs is not true misleading but instead the Physical Self misinterpreting the meaning of their negative and positive emotions.

Clarification on Animal Spirits and Death

Question:    I hope you are doing well. I very much appreciate the responses.

So, maybe I’m reading this wrong, but Rosie passed because I was unhappy?  I became very depressed about a month before she died.  I always thought that my subconscious /higher/broader self knew the event was coming and that was the cause of the depression.

I’m so happy she was with me but I feel awful for causing her to leave the physical.  She was a great joy in my life.

Did I read the response incorrectly?

Also, (sorry, yet another question!),  Higgins said the choice was, “clearly a connected heart choice.” Does that mean she felt it was best also?

Response from Cheryl:      You should know that it is easiest for Higgins to respond through me the more I know about you and the circumstances. When they connect directly as they did a few times with you I worry that what comes through me will be somehow worded incorrectly or awkwardly.

My understanding is that Rosie came to you to assist you with your connecting to the Whole. You know how it is to love an animal and to know that animal friend without words? That was Rosie helping you. Your agreement with her was that she would leave at a certain point allowing you the opportunity to continue your growth which will expand beyond the here and now into much broader understanding.

So…the time to leave was exactly when she did. You didn’t cause her to leave physical. That was pre-arranged and pre-timed. (This is not so common but still, part of the agreement you had with her.) She had to have a how to leave. She could have died a zillion ways but the easiest was to reflect your emotions either what you were exhibiting or what was (emotionally) coming into your future…dogs are highly clued in like that.

(By the way, you too will benefit by really looking into this so that as a healer you can also see where a person’s health is headed….important for you!)

Do you remember when President Bush number one and  his wife and dog all came down with thyroid disorder in a short time together? (Actually, I think the dog had some other autoimmune disease but it was all three of them in close order.) That is what Higgins is talking about, the dog reads off their closest humans and displays physical evidence of  what their human is experiencing emotionally before the human displays it.

That’s why they said get happy. Think of a happy reason to exist every moment of every day. That way you radiate your best and therefore attract wonderful things all the time. Note that she still would have left. That was pre-agreed.

Blessings on you as you incorporate this. When you understand it fully you will find beauty and freedom rather than sadness. Keep asking questions until then.

Cheryl Jensen, November 27, 2013 at Lake Goodwin, Washington

Regarding Higgins statement that you made a ‘clearly connected heart choice’ they meant clear as in crystal clear. You made a right choice from your heart for you and for her. She knew and appreciated your choice. Also, it made her happy to understand your were able to connect clearly with your heart wisdom.

If I didn’t get this clear please keep asking. I’ll check in with Higgins about it again as many times as are needed. When Higgins says something that stings there is always a brilliant area of growth awaiting.

Bright Blessings,

Cheryl
